The upper management is incapable of leading the company. The managers are unqualified to be in their positions because they are ineffective in accomplishing their jobs. Most of them are clueless on how to handle employees and only resort to verbal abuse. They also clearly show favoritism and do not treat the other employees fairly. The management is too disorganized to properly lead.
