I recently ordered the PS5 on antonline on 11/9/20, and it just came in today (Launch day). The package was perfectly fine, the shipping was smooth, and customer service was great with any questions I had. Was a little nervous from ordering here, but I don't regret it, excellent job guys.

I don't know why there are so many one star reviews. I didn't read the reviews until after I ordered my own X Box S from Walmart's online site and freaked out a little wondering if my package would ever get here despite the updated notices I always received. Surely enough, it came on a Friday after ordering it earlier in the week! (Monday) I received it in an appropriate sized box with nothing opened and the X Box in perfect condition. I couldn't be happier with the price and delivery!

Purchased a $2000 item by mistake and wanted to cancel it on the same day. I freaked out when I read the whole RMA process, didn't want to pay 15% restocking fees. So, I sent a ticket to Customer service and they replied super fast (even though it was close to their office closure at 5:30 pm ET). They were able to cancel my order and process the refund.

Due to the superb and fast service, I will definitely consider them for future purchases.

I bought an xbox, but apparently clicked the wrong model accidentally. I immediately called them and they wouldn't cancel the order, even though it was not yet shipped. I emailed as well and they repeatedly said they would not cancel it. When returning it I had to pay $30 shipping and pay nearly $100 "restocking fee". Absolutely insane scumbags. For the rest of my life I will caution anyone against buying from them.

If you never bought anything from here don't if you plan to return or have a DOA item. It's impossible to return even if the item came defective. Also you will have to pay shipping back and their customer service suck. This site is a gamble. If your item came in good working condition its good but if it didn't good luck wasting time and losing more money.

Ordered Seiko Toughie printer labels, antonline sent regular labels - a much cheaper item. They wanted me to pay for return shipping PLUS a restocking fee. They sent the WRONG ITEM. If the other 3 million reviews of this place can be believed, this is typical behavior. Pretty good business model, though. Lots of profit potential. It; s FRAUD, of course, but nobody cares.

I ordered 2 Xbox series X and received confirmation of purchase within a couple of hours, shipping confirmation in about a day and the consoles were delivered in less than a week. I'm very happy with their service and will definitely be purchasing from them in the future.

I had never heard of this site, but heard it mentioned and thought id give it a try in order to get the xbox series x. I was very hesitant and nervous, but they were quick and I received it within 5 days... Thanks so much Antonline.com

I know the company has bad reviews, and they seem incredibly sketchy, but they got me the PS5 I ordered on time, and before release. The bundle was a good deal and the items were delivered as expected. No damage occurred to any of them.

I did not speak to anyone in customer service so take this with a grain of salt if you do have to deal with them.

Great customer service team. I had ordered a product that I thought was something else so I quickly sent out a cancelation and they returned my email within minutes and granted my cancelation. Sorry about this but rest assured I will be back to buy from a reputable company like yours.

I was hesitant to buy from antonline after seeing earlier reviews but I went for it and I'm so glad I did. While I can't speak for the other reviews my package came earlier than expected with no hitches.

Beware of when returning, you have to pay to return this product, pretend to send return label, scams, still can get a return label they said the return will be deducted from your refund, still can see any label, there's no one to fix the issue on the phone, she keep saying she will contact the support department, disgust of you people, never will purchase any items from you guys again

My son was ecstatic to get this system. The only thing is when I called Disney+ to find out why I keep getting an error code when I tried logging on is they claim that it's not compatible even though it's loaded onto the system.

I was lucky enough to place an order for the PS5 bundle back in September. Like most I was hesitant since I was unfamiliar with antonline, especially since all of the more well known sellers were sold out. Contrary to other reviews I had read, they communicated extremely well about plans for shipping and status of the order. The order shipped on launch day and I received everything as described and in good working order. In fact being that they did not charge sales tax and just a $10 shipping fee, I ended up eating a good $50 over purchasing from any of the other sellers out there. Overall the experience was very smooth and there is no reason why I would not order through them again in the future.

My purchase went fine and the product turned up quickly. However, I had some issues contacting the company:

1. I never received a confirmation email with my invoice details
2. I initially emailed their customer support asking if I could cancel my order - they never replied
3. I asked them to send my confirmation because I'd never received it - they never replied to that either

So their customer service just seems nonexistent.

I ordered a PS5 on launch day from AntOnline after much frustration with other sites. I'm so glad I found them since it was an easy and stress free experience. Shipping was fast and their communication was great. Would definitely order from them again.

Ordered a processor and they sent the wrong one, not even close to the right product. I have now had 4 attempts to reach them and they are saying they will only provide support over email. Do NOT order from them ever.

Purchased PS5 Bundle. This was my first time visiting to this site. I was skeptical about the site and the credit card check which was kind weird since I've never had that done for purchasing an item before on other sites. When I purchased it I got the confirmation email at a reasonable timeframe. The credit card check email was like a 6 hour wait before it came in. The delivery came super fast. Ordered iron that Monday and came on launch day even though they advised it would take a week. Those of ya that don't trust this site because the way this setup... it's legit. I would definitely purchase from them again.

I did successfully receive my order. It was in a box that was larger than necessary, and there was no padding or packaging insulation. So far no issues but would it have killed them to throw in some styrofoam or air padding?

I was able to get a PS5 while everyone else struggled. I heard about this website from a blog sometime ago and always kept it in the back of my mind for some reason. I was able to get a bundle for $850 and received it five days later. Right after I paid I read all of the negative reviews and was extremely worried that I had made a mistake. I was reassured once I received a UPS tracking #. I had a perfect 10/10 experience, but most likely won't purchase from here again based on so many customer complaints.

Ordering with ANTOnline was a great experience! They emailed me with relevant updates and always communicated timelines. Mostly importantly my package arrived on time and the packaging was very well done.

So my first Christmas going with Walmart over Old Faithful Amazon, due to the way Amazon treats it's employed was horrible. Antonline gave me a "New" piece of crap Xbox ONE that didn't work out of the box. To return the item I have to pay or request a label, which I'm sure will be deducted from my refund. Because I carefully opened the box and needed to tear away some of the plastic wrapped around the batteries for the controller and HDMI cord, more deductions from my refund. I am convinced these folks sell busted stuff right out the door, and the turn around profit they receive is from shipping and returns alone. Lesson learned. Slaving on back to Amazon. Sorry Wal-Mart, but you should check the marketplace sellers you partner with better. Or at the least intervene somewhat.

Days and days of searching. Subscribing to countless random twitter feeds for in stock notifications. Constantly refreshing Best Buy, Walmart, Target, Gamestop. I hadn't given up hope yet but it was fading. And then ANTOnline reached their glorious, beautiful hand out and pulled me from the darkness. A mere 3 days later my Xbox Series X was placed on my doorstep and a single tear drop fell from my eye at the sight of it. Thanks for coming through in my time of desperation ANTOnline!
