I ordered the Astro Bot controller and received it with the controller box itself in a plastic shipping bag. These controller boxes are not designed or tested for edge crush strength like shipping boxes so they get crushed during shipping.

My controller arrived with box crush damage and makes the box less presentable collection wise. The controller itself was fine and had no damage.

When I ordered the Concord controller from Sony's PS Direct, it came in a well packed box and had absolutely no damage to the controller box. This is how controllers should be shipped, not in a plastic bag.

I purchased the Astro Bot PS5 controller and was severely disappointed with the shipping involved with my product. It was shipped in a plastic bag with absolutely zero padding or protection for the product itself. When "unwrapping" the order (instead of unboxing), it naturally suffered multiple dents and dings that could have been avoided by simply using a shipping box, even potentially without additional packaging. Terrible shipping care for a limited-time product.

I gotta be honest: I had no idea that AntOnline existed until I googled the Astrobot controller and saw an article from IGN recommending the site as one of the only places to get the bundle. So, I took a shot, and I'm grateful I did, because it arrived quickly and without issue.

Don't sleep on this site—they're great!

Decided to do a console upgrade and wanted one with a disc drive for backwards compatibility. ANTOnline was offering a good deal for a Series X, so I purchased it and they delivered it, and the bundled item, in excellent condition.

I was kind of nervous at first, because it's a company I wasn't familiar with. They had a great deal on the AMD Ryzen 9 7900X3D, so I took a chance. It was a great experience. The delivery was quick. The product was as expected at a very good deal. Thank you ANTOnline!

If you try to return anything back to them, good luck cos you'll regret it. Their return policy has so many loopholes only to benefit themselves and screw the consumer out of at least 15-30% of what you paid. Item can be factory sealed as you received it, they would still deduct up to 30%. If you had digital media, that's non returnable regardless of you used it or not. Customer service is useless over the phone and email replies are from live agents but copy and paste from their site. Shipping was fantastic, purchase experience was great but everything else was a huge turnoff. I would not suggest doing business with such shady and dishonest business.

Was able to purchase this on Antonline with no issues. In a world where "bots" push real people out of the way, Antonline put their foot down and took care of the people. Purchased for my cousin. Smiles all around.

Great customer support! While it says on their site that they don't do cancellations, they were able to cancel when I reached out to them right after I placed the order. They promptly responded and helped me cancel through their support email, so I'm quite satisfied with my experience.

This was my first time ordering the high demand console from antonline and I was lucky to secure the bag. Unfortunately, it was not packed as great as I thought it would be. No air bubbles to protect the console so it has some dents on the edges of the box. I just hope the console is not cracked. The package box came bent and opened. I have photos to show it. Otherwise, you receive everything you paid for. Just wish they can improve on packaging quality though for the price/shipping.

Got it earlier than expected and everything was included, would be 5 stars but the packaging was a bit under done allowing for movement inside during shipping so it could have been damaged. Outside of that "what if" awesome service

Order Xbox One X a week ago product info said 3-5 business days, its last day mail can run 10 year old wouldn't have Xmas! No transaction number, no tracking number! I'm stuck sitting up in bed wondering why they if my son will have what he wants for Christmas! Worst experience I've had with ordering, I'm a gamer dad that lives close and figured I'd give Antonline a shot saw a great deal! Son will wake up with nothing! Thanks worst Xmas ever!
