I returned an Xbox that I ordered, I was sent the wrong one. You call they tell you that they can't give you and updated status or talk to you at all about returns but will send an "urgent email" okay? My xbox was delivered to them 2 weeks ago but still no word on a refund? I email and email and call and call but NOBODY will tell me anything. Pretty sure they are just going to keep the money and the xbox

On time very good. One of the only companies that is not ransacked by bots. Got my preorder done easily with no problems. Every other place I tried was awful and couldn't get past the first screen. This is how it should be. Great job!

Purchased for Grandson, he was so excited when it arrived. Didnt believe i had pre ordered. His friends were so dismayed that they hadn't taken me up on the offer to pre-order for them. Thought your site was fraudulent.

Placed an order on eBay from two different merchants. Antonline canceled my order claiming that they did not receive payment yet my card was charged and the other merchant from the same order received payment and already shipped. I have no clue what the scam is but I will definitely avoid this company from now on.

As the title says, I received my PS5 about 6 days after launch with absolutely no scratches or visible damage anywhere. While I definitely would have liked it on launch day, beggers can't be choosers, so otherwise zero issues! Definitely would use AntOnline again!

I purchased an Intel processor, they sent me a FedEx tracking number within the hour. The problem is that they only created a label but never shipped the item to me. It's been 2 weeks now and the tracking shows that FedEx never received the item to deliver to me.

Customer service is non-existent, I had to email them 4 times and create a ticket before hearing back. They said they were going to "investigate" the issue. I never heard back from them again. Now I have to file a chargeback with my credit card company to get my money back.

Preordered at launch, bought a 5900x. I got multiple emails regarding my order and it felt very taken care of! Came on time and early in the day for that matter. Quality packaging and item was not damaged and was as described! 5 stars!

I received bundle in a reasonable amount of time after pa5 release. I would have given them 5 star but the packaging was horrible. The PS5 an extra controller and 2 games just free floating around in a big box with no packing materials.

Forget about returns - This place is a ripoff. Ordered product was sent wrong item. Tried to send it back. They wanted me to pay for return shipping. Told them im not paying for there mistake, havn't heard back since (2 weeks). Finally had to get amazon involved there working on it. Don't buy from antonline.com. They are TERRIBLE!.

Unfortunately I have compulsive buying disorder; when the 3070 package was in stocked I jumped at the deal but sadly there was a better deal locally. I didn't want to deal with RMA and the FAQ said it was impossible to cancel. Their return policy also suck; 15% restocking fee for new untouched items is outrageous. BUT it's understandable as a business can't lose money from shipping to remorseful buyers. Fortunately I opened up a support ticket and they immediately canceled my order. 10/10 Service but questionable policy.

Once I purchased the PlayStation 5 bundle from antonline.com I immediately received my confirmation number via email. The NEXT day I received my shipping information with a tracking number included. The transaction was smooth, fast, and reliable. I even called to double check that I was actually receiving my PlayStation 5 bundle and the customer service was polite, patient, and informative. She assured me that my order was processed and that the product I purchased was correct and getting shipped out. I have zero complaints with this company.

Sooo happy and relieved! Bought a ps4 at the best price I could find online. I saw reviews that made me worried it was a scam or not real but It just arrived (early)and is perfect! Fast shipping and packaged great - will definitely recommend to fam and friends.

Ordered the 5900x past the pre-order timeslot on launch day by a few minutes only because I had the page already opened. Thought, "why not, better than hunting for one for the next few months." And what do ya know, I got my 5900x 2 weeks later!

My free far cry code didn't work, but I honestly would have never played it so I didn't bother requesting another one. As for updates before shipping, I feel like Antonline was being as transparent as they could be.

Glad I ordered from here. Now for finding a gpu...

It said the ps5 would show up like a week after release, but it showed up on the release day. I was very pleased I was able to grab this. I was hesitant because I've never heard of this site before, but those fears were dashed immediately. It DID say I'd have to sign for it, but nobody made me do that. Luckily I was monitoring it like a hawk, so I grabbed it off my front door immediately.

Customer service & support teams were not eager to help me when UPS lost my package. Had to call & send multiple tickets to support & refused to give me information on their return/ refund policy for a lost package. Will not be ordering from antonline again.

I am pleased with the entire experience from start to finish. Speedy processing and shipping... and they communicated through email what was happening with my order the entire way. The bundle even came in a discreet box. I'm happy with my experience.

I was bound and determined to get my hands on a PS5 and am so freakin thankful I stumbled upon ANTOnline! I purchased the bundle pack without a thought to the site... and after purchasing did some research on the company... Not gonna lie, the many past negative reviews really worried me... did I just waste nearly a thousand dollars on something that may never arrive?! Will it be damaged or missing pieces?!

But alas after all the anticipation it arrived without any issues and just a few days after the release! 2020 has been $#*!ty but being able to give a hardcore gamer a PS5 in the first release was pretty epic! Thanks ANTOnline! Will definitely use the site again!

All those other big retailers completely messed up pre orders for the ps5. I seen bundle just sitting on Antonline so I purchased the ps5 as fast as possible. It was sitting there for 3 days and now everyone wants a system from antonline. Most trusted site and I will use it again!

First time doing business with Antonline and definitely wouldn't hesitate to do so again. My purchase went smoothly, my PS5 arrived in perfect conditions on main day. I was surprised since I thought it would arrive later. This is a legit business, in case someone was wondering as I was because I had not heard form them before.

Fast shipping, but the box the items were shipped in had just one small piece of paper inside. As a result of the total lack of protection, two of the game cases were broken on the edges. Luckily the PS5 was undamaged. Really need to add bubble wrap or similar to this packaging.

I impulsively bought a graphics card bundle (because these things are in high demand nowadays). After a few minutes of thinking about the other parts that came in the bundle I decided it wasn't for me. I contacted customer service via email and they replied back within minutes and helped me cancel the order. Extremely painless and they were completely understanding. I will definitely do business with them again. I'm actually eyeing their pre-builts.

I wanted to buy a LAptop for 1 g but passed as it looks like the seller is not the best. Tired of the waste of time seller. BBB complaints up the wazoo, 88 percent with Newegg. 2 out 5 on all issues. Pass em by.

I am very happy with my experience with ya'll. You guys certainly felt so much faster than any big box stores (best buys, walmart, target). I will always look to support you guys moving forward. Thank you for my new PS5!
