If you have a problem with them their speech is "we're a ecommerce company" so all customer service problem are handled thru email. The website showed the size I needed but sent wrong size then want to charge me for shipping and restocking. Thank God it wansnt a big purchase or I'd get in my car and go postal on these $#*!s. BEWARE!

Never received a emailed confirmation. Debit card was charged though. Called customer service during their business hours but couldn't reach anyone. Order was not delivered on date website stated. After seeing all of these bad reviews I decided to just cancel the order.

I ordered an Xbox one 1 TB 2k bundle for only 219.99 through Walmart as a third-party. Package came right on time, brand new, very satisfied! Don't know what all these 1 stars are about? Kinda had me worried

I ordered my Xbox series S bundle it said it'll take 5 to 10 days to ship it however it came in 2 days! They kept me informed and even sent follow up emails to make sure I understood the email with the keys in them. Do not fear ordering from them, if your having 2nd thoughts. Those negative reviews has to be from people who are afraid to point the finger at themselves 1st before placing blame on others. Great company great service

After reading several negative comments about this site after ordering a ps5 I was nervous. Antonline communicated very well via email on delivery date and tracking numbers. I received my package on time with no issues. I would buy again from them in the future :)

Ordered a PS5 bundle, no issues at all, receiver numerous confirmation emails with updates, and called to double check with customer service. Rep was kind and professional, assuring delivery would be fine. Delivery arrived on time, everything was exactly as described, in perfect condition, excellent experience.

My PS5 controller that I purchased had a drift effect only a month after getting it delivered in the mail. For that reason alone I'm very disappointed! These controllers are brand new & should function perfectly for the next year or two at least!

Obviously the bad reviews were alarming, but that's for helping me get the PS5. GOTTA say the packaging could use some work. I bought the bundle and dark souls was sliding around the case and had been sliced open. Actually haven't tried that disk yet. 5 stars to try and improve the overall rating tho cause I'm satisfied

I looked everywhere for a PS5 when I stumbled on Antonline. At first, I was hesitant because there were negative reviews online. I'm glad I did some research to see that the company is in fact trustworthy. Everything from ordering to delivery was easy. My best friend and I even got our ps5 delivered days before others who went through bigger stores. I would order from here again for sure.

At first I was skeptical about ordering from this retailer after reading all the reviews but decided to try it out anyway. I ordered the Nintendo Switch from them during Black Friday and the item delivered a week earlier than anticipated.The only thing that prevented me from giving them a 5 star was more about me being nit-picky than anything else. The item was shipped without being stuffed with any dunnage bags thus it I have to assume that it shifted freely during shipping. However the item arrived with no damage (outside of small creased corner). Lastly I can assure you that I am not a paid reviewer, this review was truly based on my own experience.

At first I was a little skeptical never hearing about antonline.com, and then it had such bad reviews. But I will tell you I got my PS5 bundle no problems from them, and earlier than I expected. Antonline customer service was also very nice to work with they answered all my questions.

Everything as expected and on time, while plenty of other retailers were botching the whole process of the PS5 launch. Packaging could have been a little better, but no items were damaged or anything upon arrival.

Ordered from Newegg, but Newegg sent my order through this God awful place called Antonline... which sent me the wrong item. A $7 micro sd card, I ordered a full size sdhc card... the micro won't fit in my camera. They screwed up, so why should I pay to ship it back to them? For christ sake, it's their fault, Not mine! Now Newegg or whoever dropped the ball, and I have to pay more? I would also give this place a minus 100 but it isn't available, STAY AWAY! Guess I will shop locally instead of Newegg from now on. One bad EGG!

Giving this 1 star now because when I tried to redeem my 3 months of GamePass, it said I already used the code. I immediately emailed customer service and have not had a reply yet. Once this issue is resolved I will change to 5 Stars.

Outstanding service. Ordered a ps5 bundle in HEB. I got the confirmation email about an hr or 2 later and literally 3 hrs later it shipped with tracking information. Waited 48 hrs for the big package was at my doorstep with everything intact. Great efficient service!
