My order came earlier than the initial estimated date. I received constant emails whenever a change happened with my order. Overall, great experience. One thing I would like to request for the future is for the delivery driver to handle the package with a little more care. My package was sitting upside down. This was an expensive piece of electronics and it should have been handled with a little more care.

Good delivery, I received my package quickly without any problems. Was a little shook since I didn't get order confirmation for 30 minutes which was kind of scary since it was such a big purchase, besides that everything else was fine.

After contacting antonline.com the first time they had an immediate response although now that I'm trying to return the printer, there is no response and newegg is trying to help me resolve the issue although they haven't bothered to respond to my request to return. Seems like they're prolonging my return. Luckily it hasn't been more than even 20 days yet. Unfortunately my worst incident online yet.

No issues trying to secure this. First try and i was able to check out. I was not aware of the 3 day hold on your credit card and had no correspondence letting me know that, but was a pleasurable experience

I ordered a Playstation-3 video game through Amazon for my grandson's Christmas. After Christmas he discovered antonline sent the wrong game. It was for the X-box.

I talked to Chris at antonline about exchanging the unopened game for the correct game. Chris informed me they would not correct their mistake because it had been over 30 days.

What ever you do, don't do business with these fly by night jerks. Amazon should dump antonline!

Excellent customer service and fast shipping. Pre-ordered PS5 and unit arrived on launch day as promised. Pre-ordered from Amazon who missed the mark. Says a lot about the trajectory of this company. Buy with confidence.

Ive been trying to buy the new playstation since pre orders in september. Between bots, never ending queue waits my transaction here was the smoothest compared to walmart, best buy, target and playstations own website.

Or ordered my ps5 from antonline in September. I was a little skeptical because of all the bad reviews but I decided to take a chance with them since they are listed on Xbox site as a retailer. I'm so glad I did because I got my ps5 with all my games and an extra controller 2 days after launch day! Many people still can't find a ps5 anywhere! Antonline is legit fast shipping and great customer service!

After tax and shipping the 5900x came out just over 600$.
For 600$ i would expect some care to go into shipping this product.
However, it came in a box with no packaging material, processor facing down.
Since the packaging from AMD, has the processor in view, this meant that every single bump in transit went straight onto the CPU.
Packing peanuts, air cushions, paper, literally anything would have been better. But instead it was loosely tossed in a box to bounce about.

Great easy ordering experience for a lucky PS5 pre-order! Shipped the package super fast and arrived quickly as well. Only thing is shipping items should be WAY more secure. Using a cheap extra large box that's not firmly packed with anything makes items move around during shipping. My package arrived with a PS5 game underneath the console. Could have easily broken the game being crushed. Use common sense during shipping and separate small items also. Other than that great sale!

I was a little iffy on ordering thru Antonline just by reading reviews & social media & first time buying from them not having any idea they existed... glad I did i got my PS5 twos day after the launch which is just fine. Thanks again Antonline I will be doing business again

Was kinda sketched out when I saw all the negative reviews but antonline was one of the only places I could find a ps5. They were really good about sending confirmation emails and got my ps5 with no issues 2

Ordered my Xbox series X bundle on launch day, order came in 2 days. Been playing the new console for a week and a half now. It's so fast and powerful. Ray tracing is amazing. The elite controller that came with the bundle is hands down the best controller ever

It was an easy check out and the product got here sooner than I thought. So glad the package required a signature once it arrived to ensure it doesn't get in the wrong hands or left out. It's honestly the best decision I made.

I was expecting my delivery a full week later than it arrived. That you for the prompt and immediate response. Also, customer service assuaged some issues I had with the auto-respone emails. Great service

I'll be honest, I never heard of this website but saw that they had a PS5 bundle in stock and quickly bought it! I'm so happy, especially since I've been hearing that it's impossible for some people to buy a PS5 themselves. Will definitely use this website in the future for shopping.

Thankful to find a vendor in stock. Didn't expect to be playing the console 1.5 days later. I received both the console and the digital codes very quickly.

Was able to snag a 5900X during these crazy times, had to wait a little bit but that is to be expected when stock is being sold out every time it pops up. UPS ground shipping was one day early which surprised me, they are usually never early.

My entire experience was wonderful, except when they didn't have a next day option for my shipping and I tried to call in and make that change, but the rep told me the order cannot be change once placed, which was understandable but if you could change that it would be a better experience for me and I'm sure many other people.

Happy about overall experience. I got my order as promised, two days after PS5 was released. Only issue was that I noticed that the playstation 5 box had been opened. Nothing seemed to be missing, but it was odd.

Asides from a small dent on the controller box, everything look great! Prompt shipping. Plus they sent an email with a code to $70 gift card for a replacement for a delayed game. I'd vouch the ANTOnline.

I called customer service 3 times in a span of a week. They say to email *******@antonline.com. They say there is nothing they can do over the phone. They are basically robots. I emailed the support email 3 times, but there is never any response. Beware before buying because there is no customer service and they do not care.

Fedex royally $#*!ed up but antonline was great. Fedex never attempted delivery (they did not ring the bell or knock they just left a note) and their customer service reps kept sending me to the store to go pick it up for it to not be there. It was finally found at the hub - not where the system showed it at. Unfortunately I had already gone to the store three times under FedEx's instructions.

I would have chosen a higher priority shipping or ideally a totally different shipping carrier but the order did not give me any shipping options :(. That would definitely be a great benefit to your customers to allow them to choose between shipping options. The box wasnt packed well either - no cushion or anything just the ps5 box, controller box, and game cases bouncing around loose in a big box. Everything survived though!
