I ordered a graphics card bundle and changed my mind a few minutes later and just replied through the order confirmation email to cancel the order and they cancelled and refunded the money to me in minutes. Great customer service and quick communication. Will buy from them in the future.

I had purchased a new Dualshock 4 controller through Newegg marketplace, only to find out later it would be handled by antonline.

Not knowing the site, my curiosity got the best of me and I looked for reviews of them. Was horrified to see the massive volume of complaints and issues with broken products or wrongfully sent ones and then them charging a ludicrous shipping/return fee for something that wasn't the customer's fault.

So as I waited the 8 days(reason for knocking off a star) it took to arrive, I was filled with dread as I expected the worse, but very surprised to see that my package arrived in fine condition and brand new. No issues with it whatsoever. So I am not denying the validity of any of the people on here who had issues with antonline, just wanted to throw out a positive story in the midst, to let people know Ant isn't definitively a scam site. Guess I was just one of the lucky ones.

One of the few places that had the console left during the pre-order rush, and managed to snag a bundle. A bit extra but I don't mind having an extra elite controller.

The delivery and tracking was sent out several days ahead of time and I got the package Wednesday (and it launched Tuesday) which was nice. I don't mind the extra day of waiting to get my sweet new xbox haha.

I followed them online via Twitter. They posted that they were going to have the Xboxes for sale here shortly went directly to their website was able to purchase an Xbox and I had within 3 days. Everything from start to end was perfect as far as the experience with the website.

Ordered a Xbox series S bundle. Ups was supposed to deliver and never received it. Contacted customer service and all they said was it was delivered and never sent anything back. Currently Trying to
Dispute but no luck. Customer service never sent me back anything. Contacted email/ and social media platforms. Now I'm out $400 and no one has an answer for me.

I had went through many reviews... the neutral or negative was focused on the lack the customer service and those problems. I decided to chance it and I'm glad I did. I'm very satisfied with the quick shipping.

I couldn't find the 12 month subscription. Customer service said to check real good the box etc. And sure enough it was with the game

After placing the order they sent me an email verifying the purchase and provided multiple updates through email about my package, when it would be shipped, its location throughout the shipment process, and the eta of my package.

I read the reviews on here and I was very skeptical and worried about whether or not I'd get my ps5. Turns out this was the fastest and easiest site to order off of. I also preordered the Xbox from a competitor and this one got here 5 days before that one. They are also super straightforward with the delivery and send email updates about your order. U might be hesitant with making a purchase with Antonline because of the reviews. Trust me, I was questioning my purchase as well. I managed to secure a PS5 preorder from antonline 2 months before release. The order confirmation was kinda vague but keeping track of my order status was easy. I was able to see right when my order shipped. The delivery part took longer than I expected, BUT everything went smooth and easy. Maybe this company has received flack in the past for returns and customer service but if you're making a purchase that you know you're going to keep than trust Antonline. Consumers should always be aware of a companies return policies/ standards and expect for the worse when it comes to that. It's hard to deal with those things in general. I have to say, I'm happy with my purchase. Thank you ANTONLINE.

Wish Antonline was a more well known website, have had nothing but good experiences ordering from here. Have purchased a PS5 bundle as well as an Xbox Series S Bundle. Both were reasonably priced for what they included and got here surprisingly fast.

I preordered a ps5 bundle back in September when every site was sold out. It was shipped out launch week and I got it 2 days after launch day on a Saturday morning at 9 AM. I will definitely be buying from them again, good business is hard to find.

I ordered 2 sunbeam electric blankets November 27 for my two granddaughters for Christmas from antonline listed on Amazon. The blankets were shipped
November 29,2015. I received them December 7,2015. We found out
December 27 that one did not work. I contacted antonline and Amazon on the 27th and they said I exceeded my RMA window and refused to help. I saved my emails and phone records. I always trusted Amazon and have made many purchases from them. It is up setting that Amazon would even allow a shady so called business such as antonline to rip us off.

First I would like to say thank you, never would've thought to get my hands on a PS5 this year but you guys came through. Conformation and status of order came quick; was a bit worried about the eta of delivery but I was proven wrong. Shipping only took a couple of days and now I been enjoying my PS5. I'll be lookout for a xbox series x now. LET'S GO!

It's been incredibly difficult getting next-gen consoles. As much as it hurt having to pay for a bundle, it was nice to be able to secure a console. I'm hoping ANTO can continue making product available to regular end users rather than scalpers and bots. There are so many of us that want to enjoy these consoles and next-gen games and we can't because of what's happening with the aforementioned. Please continue making it possible for authentic gamers to enjoy these products!

Was able to pre order a very hard to get Ryzen 9 5900x. They shipped in a very timely manner when other companies put up similar pre orders that were heavily delayed until late this year or next. Very happy with antOnline!

I ordered my Xbox Series X on launch day. It was delivered to me 2 days later. The shipping process was quick. I was giving updates daily. I was scared I wouldn't receive my package because of the reviews people were writing about antonline. I had a positive experience!

I had never heard of this site prior to the race for a PS5 began on launch day. I was able to snag my bundle with 4 games and received it in less than a week. I am a very happy customer and would recommend this site to anyone.

Loosely packed items in a box. When received from UPS, it appeared box had been tampered with, the deliver Driver noted it on his computer. Games and controller there. PS5 box appeared intact, I did not open because it will be a gift. Hopefully it is in its box.

I will say that I quickly ordered the XBOX Series X on pre-order before reading numerous ratings on several sites after the fact. I won't lie, I was worried that what I ordered wasn't going to be delivered. However, I couldn't be happier to wrap a Christmas gift for my 15-year-old son who said this was the only thing he was hoping for this year. He is actually having spine surgery before Christmas, and I wanted to find something to make the holiday seem a little brighter while he's recovering. I received notice that the shipment was on its way, still apprehensive that I was actually going to receive it. The day it arrived, I waited until everyone was already in bed before opening the box. I honestly wanted to jump up and down because I was so excited! I can't wait to see his face on Christmas morning. ANTOnline receives 5+ stars from me.
