I was a little concerned because there wasn't a great deal of information out there about ANTOnline, and the confirmation emails could use a little professional polish. But ANTOnline definitely came through! I'm enjoying my new PS5!

The packaging was delivered earlier than expected, in good condition, everything works as expected, and I will most certainly order from ANTOnline again.

I received my items safely, but I had a couple minor issues:
1) Most importantly, when I received the box with my items, there was no padding inside to keep the smaller items from bouncing around and getting damaged. Luckily they all appear to be fine.
2) ANTOnline said my items were shipped on a Tuesday and would be delivered that Thursday, however based on the tracking it seems as though UPS didn't start shipping the items until that Thursday, and they eventually showed up late Saturday night. I don't know if this is ANTOnline's fault or UPS's fault, and the shipping time could have been worse, but it irks me when combined with the fact that I had to pay for the shipping to begin with, compared to other online retailers who don't charge for shipping.

While the package arrived quickly, we were very disappointed that there was nothing in the main box to prevent the contents from rolling around. This wouldn't have been a big issue if it was a cheap or non-fragile item, but a ps5 shouldn't just bang around in a big box like that. The boxes inside were dented so it shows they weren't handled kindly by UPS. A little filler to stop it from sliding around would have been nice especially since replacing the ps5, if it had been badly damaged, wouldn't have been easy.

They agreed to EXCHANGE a defective item, but processed it as a RETURN instead, with a 15% restocking fee (and my shipping charges). Thay have not addressed the problem after almost 1 month of emails. I am going to call my credit card company next!

I pre-ordered a PS5 disc console and game bundle from ANTOnline and it was delivered promptly and securely the day following release! Email updates were clear and concise leading up to the release. I would not hesitate to order electronics from ANTOnline again.

I would give them -5 for review! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. Apparently, they make their money by shipping you stuff and claiming a 15% restocking fee even when you try to cancel (not returning) your order.
I bought a processor from them that was priced at $2600 and I did my best to cancel the order days before it was shipped and they charge me $400 restocking fee for an item that weights less than a pound.

I bought a Xbox one s all digital and had it for a year only played it for about 3 months outta that rest of the time it ast there untouched well 2 weeks after my warranty was I hear a bunch rattling inside my Xbox so I turn it off go check it out and I have a bunch of these little plastic rings around my Xbox that look the same size as the vent holes from being punched out and instead cleaning them out of the Xbox he said oh well I won't be giving any refunds or exchanges so it's not my problem... so I wrote ANTONLINE and he said it was his problem anymore he wasn't viable for the damage yeah DONT LOSE YOUR MONEY TO THIS GUY HES A JOKE

I lucked out with a restock through the site. The shipping was incredibly fast, having only taken 5 days from order confirmation to deliver (over a holiday weekend, no less). The only "issue" encountered was that I had to take a day off of work to accept delivery. A signature was required, understandably, but I was not able to specify a time window for delivery; nor was I allowed to have the order rerouted to any other address (which would have allowed someone else to sign on my behalf). Rerouting the package to a UPS store wasn't an option, either. All of this was due to restrictions placed on the order by the seller; it just put me in the position of having to lose a day of work to accept the order. Otherwise, the order experience was perfect.

Im very happy with my purchase from your company. I was like the millions of people searching for a ps5 preorder i *******@Wario64 post you had them and i never heard of your company before and was a little nervous. You have been nothing but professional. You sent multiple emails confirming my preorder. You also emailed me to let know my item shipped. If it wasn't for you i wouldnt be enjoying my PS5 thank you again and i hope your company and all its employees have a great holiday.

Order threw an error right when I placed it and thought I had missed out. 9 hours later I got a PayPal payment notice and the next day my item shipped.

Absolutely satisfied with order, my phone had an issue when ordering and accidently ordered twice. Was able to cancel one order with no issues. Product arrived in good timing no problems.

I was able to get a PS5 preordered when they first became available back in September. As promised my order shipped the day of release and I had my PS5 within 5 business days. ANTOnline kept me updated the entire time and I couldn't be happier with my experience.

**IGNORE BAD REVIEWS** I ordered an Xbox One S Fortnite Bundle from Walmart.com for $219.99 and everything went smooth. I got the Xbox on the day it said I would get it! I would recommend this company. 5 stars!

When other retailers were struggling to handle the load of next gen console launch, Antonline was able to deliver without spending hours refreshing the page

I was really just looking for sites that had an xbox one x but now I would like to see what else this site has to offer checkout was seem less and shipping was quick

Bought a hard to find product and thankfully they didn't price gouge. It was bundled with something I wasn't after but that didn't bother me too much and was worth the purchase to get one!

The worse experience ever, i ordered 2 monitors through Walmart mark place, 10 minutes later decided to cancel the order, I call Walmart they said I have to contact the Seller (antonline.com), I called but they were closed, I sent 4 emails 2 through Walmart portal and 2 dricerly to the Antoline customer service and order online support, finally after 2 hours they responded,

We are sorry you changed you mind after ordering and the order was already too far in process. I intercepted the order and returned it back to the sender, they charged me $54.00 restocking fee, I called Walmart got full refund --
Conclusion antonline.com is unethical, unprofessional and dishonest, I would never order anything from them and I will write bad review on every site that I can find, please stay away from these scumbag..

The whole preorder transaction went flawlessly and I received my PS5 at my door on launch day with everything in fresh from the factory condition (along with my PSN code in my email). Highly recommend antonline.

I've been messing with you guys since August. Your deliveries are always fast when I order and I can't believe how fast this one came in! I am very happy!

- Cancelled the order within 2 min of ordering
- ignored the cancellation and shipped the product the next day
- Return is paid
- Customer service non responsive or provides standard response

I am happy with the service that I received overall only because I was able to secure another one to play on day one. Receiving the console days after the launch defeats the purpose of a pre-order but I understood the way it worked. However seeing that others got the console. A day after who preordered that week was just unacceptable. If anyone should have gotten their preorder early I should have been the people from the first wave of preorders not the 3rd. Thank you overall but be consistent.

After exhausting all revenues on trying to order a PS5 online, I found ANTOnline and was able to pre-order a PS5. Easy to complete purchase and received my order about 5-6 days after release by UPS. I will remember them for any future pre-orders of tech. Thanks ANTOnline!

Whoever packed this couldn't be more lazy. The box was too big, only one crumpled up packing material, EVERYTHING slid around, and the PS5 box (inside the box) was crushed because of all the space. Good job Sony with your packaging design. It protected the PS5, no thanks to Antonline staff.
