I ordered and Xbox series X that was in high demand and got it after searching for days. The delivery was fast and and right on time. Will definitely recommend to others

This company wants me to pay for the return shipping for the 3 non working items i purchased from them. Now i know why the products were marked down over fifty percent.

I bought a Dell Inspiron 15 15.6" Laptop Intel Core i5-8265U 8GB RAM 256GB SSD laptop. I needed the laptop for my brother as he is starting his Grad classes and needed it for his assignments.
Upon delivery and setup, it started showing the display issue on first day itself. Screen suddenly went black and would not start up until you close the screen and open up again. I made few videos as an evidence.
I called and emailed antonline explaining issue, and then asked for refund. I sent the Laptop back and no refund was done. Waited for couple weeks and then called them for refund. Antonline made only partial refund claiming that device is fine. I sent them one of my video showing the issue. But They stopped responding to my emails since then.
This is the first time that I had such horrible online shipping experience with anyone.

I bought a PS5 bundle from this company and emailed them to request an address change. They replied, stating that they do not change addresses due to risk of fraud, and advised me to request a cancellation if necessary. This was not necessary, as the address on the order was my home. I did not reply. I then received a second email stating that they had CANCELLED MY ORDER even though I did not request this.

After 30 minutes on hold, the person I finally talked to was rude and unhelpful. He told me he worked in a separate department and the best he could do was open a ticket for me, which I am sure he never did. I requested a supervisor and was told there wasn't one. I asked to speak with anyone else at all, and he said he was the only person in customer service period. Uh, what?

I emailed multiple times to request my order be shipped instead of cancelled and NEVER received a reply. Refund came through later that day.

This "company" is a joke. I've tried to secure a PS5 for my kid's birthday since January and I was thrilled to have found one, but this dumpster fire of a company's shenanigans wrecked that for him.

If not for the shortage of PS5's, nobody would even know this company existed. They are a fly by night operation, probably run out of some dude's garage.

Buyer beware

I purchased a brand new Xbox one controller for the Christmas holidays from Antonline. It arrived quickly enough, but upon opening it, I saw that the factory sealed tape had been cut open, meaning the item was not new. I opened it up and the controller was covered in dust, which indicated that not only was it not new, but had been opened before. Thinking a mistake had been made, I reached out to their customer service team, telling them what had happened, and that I would like a replacement item.

They never replied to any of my emails, which means the only course of action I had was to RMA it. However, that would mean that I would have to pay for the return shipping costs, and because it was opened, they would charge me a 30% fee, even though they were the ones that sent it to me open!

Terrible, terrible company, they send you things that are NOT as advertised, they don't reply to messages and you're left with no recourse to getting a full refund for something that is THEIR mistake. How can you sell something as new, send it to person opened, then charge them for sending it back opened?

Avoid this company at all costs.

Horrible service. Ordered xbox series x. Took money out my account but never received confirmation. Emailed support and they said theybdidnt have order for me. Still haven't received my money back

I managed to order a PS5 on launch day from antonline. I had never heard of them so I was a bit nervous but nevertheless took the chance. 3 days later the PS5 bundle showed up at my door! Thanks!

Preordered the ps5 in September. They sent it out for delivery on November 11th and it arrived on November 19th. Great company to buy from for new consoles. The ps5 was in a bundle and price was very good. Product brand new.

I also ordered an Xbox One Bundle on 11/22/2018 and received a tracking number for the shipment & was supposed to arrive from Nov 28th-30th. I called UPS on 12/02/2018 and they said the seller had never actually shipped the product. After reviewing complaints this seems to be known practice with them. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and will be contacting them tomorrow and will possibly file a complaint with the FTC as well.

I was able to place an order for the PS5 bundle on launch day as stock everywhere else was disappearing quickly due to bots and scalpers. ANTOnline shipped out my purchase the very next day through UPS which I'm sure glad they did because I started hearing horror stories from customers of other retail websites getting their PS5's stolen from seasonal delivery workers of Amazon and FedEx! Anyways, within a week later I was next gen gaming! Thanks ANT!

With all the chaos going on in buying these new systems, antonline has made the madness easier to deal with. With their social media updates, people have been able to grab their system of choice.

I just want to say that the purchases that I've made with antonline have been great and perfectly on time and I can say that they beat the competition with the PlayStation 5 because I got mine on time on launch day but every other retail says they were backed up and their customers still have to wait one more week maybe 2 so I'm glad I stayed with antonline and they have earned a loyal customer.

ANTOnline provided email updates on when my purchase was shipped and the expected delivery date. It shipped quickly and arrived sooner then estimated. I was very satisfied.

Antonline has been amazing to me... purchase the Xbox series x from them with no problem and the customer service was amazing! And they verify your information!

Only website I could find this product on and checkout was super fast and easy. The product even arrived way earlier than expected and in great condition!

Thankfully, there was only a delay by one day with the delivery, considering the high demand of the product purchase. Other than that, there were no damages

Fast shipping & processing time! Loved that they have bundles which last longer than just the ps5 console as I can never be quick enough to snag just the console. Definitely worth the extra splurge.

It's a lot of bias negative reviews online because they are a small company but I received my order(Ps5) on release date which was earlier than I expected. It was a smooth process no issues

I was searching for a PlayStation 5 and I heard they ship rather quickly and from start to finish this company is amazing they took PayPal and from add to cart I received my brand new PlayStation 5 with games and accessories two days later and I got my confirmation and shipping that same day and in my shipping email it said I would receive my new system 3-7 days but I got it in two days and no dings or damage at all this is an amazing company and I say go with them for anything pc needs or gaming they know what they are doing i will buy from them again any day

I was able to snag a pre-order of the elusive PS5 bundle, and it was relatively easy to order through the site. AntOnline provided adequate updates, even when there was a SKU change to the bundle, there weren't any issues leading up to shipment. The shipment was understandably delayed a day (I assume due to the fervor of the PS5 launch and navigating through COVID). The issue I had was the way is was shipped. I received it in a torn open box, with no padding, and everything loose. I was disappointed to find a single sheet of packing paper about a yard long on one of the box, completely compacted. Luckily, nothing was lost from the shipment, and everything was intact with minimal damage. Although, not much can be done with the way UPS handles their packages, AntOnline can still improve their methods.

I got my ps5! And I love it! Antonline kept me in the loop every step of the way, my only complaint would be that ups took a bit of time to deliver it, but everything else was great!

Quick delivery and product. Took a star off for customer service having little to no information about delivery delays. Still gave four stars because they surprised me with a quick delivery!
