Newegg's service department has contacted me. There decision is to give me a 100.00 coupon for any of their products. I thanked them for their generosity, but declined to purchase another Newegg product. I purchased a refurbished macbook, plus warranty from them last March, total was over 1000. 00. Looking back I am kicking myself for not just buying a brand new macbook, which wouldnt have cost much more (macbook pro).
I bought this macbook from Newegg because they had a sterling reputation. They are not the company they once were. I am trying to warn as many unsuspecting customers as I can. They sold me a used computer that should have been sent to electronic waste. It does not support any operating system that Apple runs, therefore you dont get any Apple service. No Safari, no protection from Apple. It is just as vulnerable to viruses etc as any other computer.
But the most egregious problem is that the computer itself was thrashed. I did not find that out till earlier this year when I tried to see if I could fix problems with the computer, and see why I could not run an Apple OS. I checked the RAM.
I opened it up and was shocked to find "dust bunnies" around the fan, old frayed
Electrical tape around fraying wires, and just very dirty, old and in extremely poor condition. Its as if someone had used the computer outside in a dirty environment.

It was obvious to me, that NO One had looked inside, let alone Refurbished it. SHAME on Newegg.

Order was delivered as expected ps5 console no issues however the shipment was delayed it was arrived couple days late it was kinda expected also one of the games release was canceled and I did get PSN credit which was used to order different game

I bought and brand new ps4 and didn't even open it. Shipped it straight back which I paid for then they didn't refund my whole amount which was $339. I only got $271 due to them saying it was damaged. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I was a little skeptical at first ordering from you guys since I've never heard from you and I didn't want to give my money to a complete stranger however now I am so glad I puled the trigger on that bundle for the PS5 and I'm very happy that you guys chose signature receipt for delivery made me feel a lot more comfortable and secure doing business with you guys hopefully in the future we can score another bundle thanks

I would rate my experience 5/5 if only I didnt have to send my new Xbox Series X to microsoft for repair. The shipping of my product was perfect, everything was on time and recived in excelent condition. To no fault of the distributor I had to send my new Xbox back to microsoft due to a power malfunction in which after 2 days of use the Xbox would crash and then eventually basically turned into a 500 plastic brick. I have sent it to Microsoft for repairs so it is to NO fault of ANTOnline. Hopefully they make the nessesary fixes and I have a great product in my hands.

Great service, Easy access website. Ordering was quick and painless. Also it shipped pretty quick and arrived about in about 6 days. Was very pleased with the experience

As a first time customer I thought the experience would be well met. However, upon buying a PS5 I noticed there was an issue with the shipping address. I called their line and was hung up on once I got through. Called a second time and after 15 minutes of being on hold I got through. They informed me that I couldn't change the shipping address for security purposes. They then directed me to submit a claim ticket to see if there were any other options I could take to get it resolved. I asked that she stay on the line while I wrote everything down and in case I had other questions; they hung up immediately. I submitted a support ticket as suggested and within 2 minutes my order was canceled. I did not request it to be canceled on me and refunded a few seconds later, all I was looking for was additional information. There was no discussion between myself and the support service. I've heard nothing back from them and I'm not expecting to hear anything back given my experience as previously described.
My order total was just over $900. They will be lucky to get business from me again and I will not recommend using them to anyone if asked.

I don't know why your company uses FedEx because the are terrible, I highly suggest using UPS. Getting no shipping updates for 7 days is completely unacceptable, I have never had that issue with UPS but my guess is FedEx is cheaper for you, guess you get what you pay for.

I was lucky enough to get a Twitter alert that ain't online had PlayStation 5 Verizon forbidden edge bundles disc version in stock that came with an additional Sony purple DualShock controller and official Sony dual charging dock for the dual sense controllers and an official unopened copy of MLB the show 22 for PS5 and between the date I was lucky enough to order one before they sold out to the day today when I receive them it's been about five or six business days total and everything came exactly as promised perfectly brand new unopened and packaged with care no damage to any of the items and everything went exactly as planned and also was actually faster than I predicted between order date and delivery date. Five stars

Had read some spotty reviews before buying, but everything I ordered showed up timely. Could've used a little better packaging methods but ehh. It is what it is.

Received the product about a week late after ordering on launch day (5900x), but I understand that the projected shipping date was sort of a placeholder.

I'm just Surprised it got here so fast, thank a ton. I sometimes work in shipping so I know how hectic it must been to ship these orders. All to say I appreciate it!

Pre ordered my playstation 5 on September 19 when it came out in November got it the next day I would order from antonline again I highly recommend them

It was a welcome surprise to get right in purchase the Xbox Series X with no issues at all. I'm hoping to be able to get a PS5 as well. I haven't lost all hope yet.

Great. Everything came as expected. Arrived fast too. Only thing that I didn't like was that my order wasn't placed where I requested it to be but luckily I was awake to collect the package myself.
