One of the best most stress-free online ordering experiences this holiday season. Order was smooth going through, no website crashes or issues checking out. Multiple communications via e-mail detailing where antonline was at during the process of getting my items to me. 2 Hours later the order shipped, and 2 days later I received the item.
Bought an Xbox Series X bundle from them. Checkout was fast and easy. They send multiple email updates on my order and gives updates on when they have shipped your item, and when you have received your item. Xbox got here in 2 days, and the package was fully sealed and in good condition. I'm enjoying my Xbox Series X and if you're unsure about this company, don't be. I highly recommend them. Saw a lot of bad reviews for ant and I'm not saying they are not true or they are but I got my ps5 on Saturday and it came out on Thursday so definitely was EXCITED nothing was wrong with it and everything was there

I bought a Chrome book from Walmart.com. And Walmart got it from ANTONLINE. Twice while using it, it shut itself down and would not let me back in via my password. I took it to a computer repair shop and the technician also could not get me back in so it is completely usesless. ANTONLINE IS REFUSING TO LET ME RETURN IT AND GET MY MONEY BACK. I HAD IT EXACTLY 21 DAYS BEFORE IT STOPPED WORKING. THAT IS CALLING STEALING. THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT A GIANT THIEF

The process to get my PS5 was quick and seamless. I loved everything about it. I received my PS5 a day before launch. I will definitely order from them again in the future
If I was givin the option of 25% off from antonline, or to add 25% and buy from a different website- I would gladly pay 25% more. If you call customer service, the person answer will just tell you to "email customer service" because there is nothing he can do. Why have a support line if you cannot actually, well, support anybody? Ludicrous.
Antonline loves to file claims with Ups for damaged goods. I bought computer supplies from them. The box was in great condition, but some of the contents were missing. Ant filed a damaged goods claim with ups. How is it ups' fault they shipped it without all parts of the order? Sad thing is that ups paid their claim (and we wonder why shipping rates go up. If something goes wrong with an Antonline order- which presumably happens a lot due to these reviews- they just charge the shipper) to top it off the had the audacity to try to charge me 15% to return there products (both the ones I got and the ones I didnt.) The restocking fee is how they make there money. This happened within the span of 20 days. I suppose they were trying to hit 30 days so they could say the didn't have to let you return in because you we're past the 30 day return period.
In conclusion:
Customer support is a joke.

They commit fraud
Nothing is ever antonlines fault
Waste time and money
Setting your money on fire would be a more worthy investment than giving it to these frauds. Avoid antonline like the plague- I didn't, and I regret it.

I ordered a laptop from them through Newegg and was not given a shipping option. When I got a tracking number I saw that it was going to require a signature but I am at work during the day so I wouldn't be there to sign for it. I contacted UPS and Newegg and they both told me that I would have to work with Antonline to get the package.
I contacted Antonline and asked them to either change the address to my work address or leave it at a UPS location so I could pick it up. The rep told me that they couldn't (or wouldn't) change it even though UPS told me that only the sending party had the authority to change a shipment. I went back and forth with all parties several times and eventually the Antonline rep told me to just let it get returned and then order it again to a new address. Because I wasn't home to sign for the package, it automatically got returned they charged me $110 as a restock fee even though their restock policy is that you would get charged if you "refused" a package. Which I didn't! I wanted the package but the Antonline rep purposefully told me they wouldn't change the shipping address so it would get returned.
I've contacted them numerous times and no one ever back to me. Newegg never helped either. This is unethical at the very least and possibly illegal! They basically shipped a package so no one could receive it and then refused to help so they could collect $110 from me for nothing. Please spare yourself the pain!

BEWARE! Do not buy from these people. If you need to return, because it is faulty, they will only refund you 2/3 of your money. It has taken me over a month to recoop, finally the credit card company satisfied the remaining... It is the return of a product. You get a defective product and you have to pay a restocking fee! This is SO WRONG! IT IS FRICKEN DEFECTIVE! I can understand if you decided not to get it, but if it is broken you SHOULD NOT BE PAYING a restocking fee. I don't believe they will change as long as they are getting away with it. BEWARE OF ANYONE SELLING WITH NO PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT. Lesson learned! GO THROUGH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO recoop. NOT WORTH THE PRICE!
I have had the single worst experience as a consumer with this company. I have been trying to return $1600 worth of brand new product (wrong) since 1 week after receiving it. They have "lost", "canceled", "ignored" my online RMA request now for 20 days and are now telling me it's too late. I will take this as far as I have to out of principle - I have filed grievance with Amazon, American Express, the BBB and will take it to a personal attorney next.
DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. They should be shut down.
The product you are adverising is not what you are fulfilling. In fact I am going to file a complaint with the better business bureau and the FTC for fraudulent business practices.
