Said online that I had nine months left on the units warranty. Just got the unit last week, It wanted to sell me more warranty. Already screwed me out of three months warranty. Not trying to be my girlfriend ar you? What gives?

It was great! Honestly didn't know too much about this company at first but decided to use it just because of the high demand of gaming system I wanted. But from the great experience, I will be using you guys for further business.

I was a bit skeptical at first but I looked at some reviews and took the chance to buy one. It came only a few days later (8/10/22). Many more months later and I have no issues and came with everything that was shown. Overall a very satisfied customer!

Pre-ordered a Playstation 5 bundle on 11/09/2020 on their website. The whole ordering process took maybe 30 seconds; I paid with PayPal and they sent me a confirmation email within 20 minutes. On 11/10/2020 they sent me an email stating that my order would be shipping that day and it arrived on 11/12/202 which was the actual day of the Playstation 5's release.

The whole process went smoother than i could have expected for a major console release.

Called to ask about my order and phone failed. I purchased on Sept. 18 and got a confirmation, but no other updates on my order until the day it was shipped (11/10/20). Was also shipped and arrived late and 4 days after its actual release which was strange because this is the only company that make you pay for shipping and it was still late.

Order came very quick after making my order. The only thing I could complain about it the packaging. Maybe adding some bubble wrap or newspapers in the boxes to keep the console, controller, and videos games from bouncing around in the box. Overall though, all is well and got my order very quickly. Ordering was fine, but received an email stating that my order would likely be delayed... but I then ended up receiving it on schedule.

This could have been an issue since this was a hot ticket item and I might have bought elsewhere at a markup.

Box came in horrible condition. Shipping and series X box. No extra padding for safety.
Won't be able to open box until Christmas to even find out if the xbox works.
Definitely not a scam for those wondering, but horrible shipping experience.

I bought a monitor from them via Newegg, and it arrived missing the stand. They failed to respond to repeated communication from both myself and Newegg, and now claim that I cannot return it after more than 30 days.

Dreadful seller that ruins online shopping for the rest of us - avoid like the plague!

Bought the computer on Thursday and it arrived by Monday. Their prices are decent to good overall. They box up and send out the items fast so even though they're in the east coast it arrives in the west coast at an orderly time period.

I'd been searching for a PlayStation 5 on every site you can think of and they kept selling out. I was finally able to make a purchase on antonline because their site didn't crash. On top of that, I got my PlayStation 5 within a day. I ordered it around 11 AM Friday and it arrived around 2 PM Saturday. Way sooner than expected!

Nothing but positive words to say. Navigating the website to get my product was easy. The communication of emails always kept me informed of my order. The quickness in which i received my order from start to finish was unimaginable. I mean come on even now with this follow up email making sure I received my product is just great. 5 stars I will continue to use ANTOnline.

I found out the Xbox series s was going on sale on this Site and gave it a shot and got my friend a gift! It went so smooth and they let you check out with PayPal?! I received my console very fast. I will definitely be shopping here again soon

their $#*!ing idiots i called them it was a female on the line who said thir name was.mikey i dont understand them they take god knows how much money has been taken and no reports to down the site i say burn it. to the ground then take em to court

So far I can say this Xbox Series X has been the best purchase I've made in a really long time as far as tech goes. This device is really ahead of its time. Very easy to use and setup. The graphics are amazing. The user interface is going to take some time for me to get used to coming from PlayStation 4 but I honestly think the Xbox Series X gets the job done. I LOVE IT!

I had a issue about one item is different from the order description. Problem solved within almost 24HR via emails. Antonline is at east coast, and I'm in west coast. That is VERY FAST. And I'm satisfied with the solution.

While I was incredibly Hesitant to order through AntOnline based on reviews I was pleasantly surprised everything arrived in perfect condition and functioning. Still do your due diligence but this was a smooth process.

I was able to order an Xbox Series X bundle without the site getting bogged down, or scalpers snatching it up. It shipped promptly and arrived in 2 days. Was absolutely pleased, especially given the frustration many customers have experienced with big box retailers.

Was a little worried since this isn't a "well known" retailer but decided to place my ps5 pre-order here anyway. It shipped on release day and arrived 3 days later. Safely packaged and included all the parts of the bundle (including an email for the electronic portions). Would recommend.

I'm glad people decided to pass on this site because they're relatively unknown, it allowed me to easily obtain a PS5 with no hassle. Arrived two days after launch day. Customer service reps and the Twitter media team assured me that my order went through and I would be getting my PS5. Overall really easy transaction. Just wish they added a little more bubble wrap in the box.

It's my first time hearing about this online store and I'm already so impressed with my purchases. They have given us desperate would be buyers of the new playstation ps5 a source. Very easy to order and understand. Received my PS5 on launch day which was better than I expected considering I ordered mine about a week before. Only minor issue is that I ordered a bundle so multiple things were packed in one box but no padding between the items. Nothing was broken however.

Everything went seamless. Placed order. Received confirmation email. Received notice prior to shipping and date of receipt was exactly as scheduled. Couldn't have been happier. Had concerns due to past reviews but fortunately found them to not apply in my case.
