Brilliant from start to finish. Made a potentially stressful house move stress free. Driver had a great attitude, easy going, friendly and did most of the heavy lifting. Turned up with blankets for protection/padding. Furniture was loaded thoughtfully and all arrived perfectly.
Terrible recent experience (August2024) with AnyVan. They made a mistake and communicated to the chosen removal company a different delivery date than the one agreed in our contract. I was not home on wrong date and remover charged me £240 for storage. I turned back to AnyVan to ask them to cover costs since THEY passed on the wrong date and the fee was based on correct date indicated in contract. Since then… silence from AnyVan. I told them I would spread the word about their service, but clearly their reputation is not even worth the £240 … somehow I agree. I would recommend going directly to a removal company and not using a broker like them.
Our move was made much easier with the support of snyvan convenience to book and negotiate a great price without having compromised the service. The service from start to finish was amazing. I will be using again and fully recommend to others.

Book the service a week ago for today. Been calling the driver for three days, someone -who I honestly think was the driver- took 2 of 6 calls saying driver was busy and will call me in a while. Never called me back. Tried to talk to someone from Anyvan Customer Support. Waiting for between 15-20 min everytime and never took my call. Today's moving day and still haven't news from driver or anyone, just that they would appear in some point between 8am to 6pm! Just had to cancel it and find another way to do it and lost 80£.
Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

If I could give this company minus 5 stars I would. Arranged for them to do our house move. We had both taken the day off work for the move. They had not arrived at the appointed time even though their tracker stated they were near our house. We had to call them to find out they were broken down 30 miles away and had no idea what time they could get to us - this was at 10:30. Called Any Van headquarters and was told a van would definitely be with us that day. We then received another call at 3pm from headquarters to say nobody would be coming and that the first person should not have promised us they would. We were lucky in that we had a few more days left on our lease but if we had been exchanging that day it would have been a disaster.

Dealing with anyvan has been brilliant from quotation to collection and delivery was just a breeze. The customer service and experience was outstanding from start to finish and would highly recommend to friends and family.

My first appointment had to be cancelled because of the heavy snow, but it was soon rearranged and all went exactly to plan. The new driver contacted me 2 days before the job. He was very pleasant and contacted me again an hour before arrival with my furniture, which was well packed in the van. He helped me in with everything and I was very pleased with the service and the price.

AnyVan put us in touch with a driver to take a piece of office furniture from our offices to the home office of one of our consultants. Communication was efficient throughout and the driver was punctual and friendly. We would use AnyVan again.

If I could give this company minus stars I would! Avoid at all costs! Terrible service! Slow, moaned the entire time and then dumped clearly marked boxes all in one room! They also informed me late afternoon that I would require two trips as too much to fit in one van, they knew the new buyer was waiting for keys! I only lived in a small 2 bed not a mansion!, why did they send a van that was not big enough to accommodate the expected one trip! If this wasn't bad enough the driver then blackmailed me and stated that a second trip would not be done the on same day, but if I paid £100 in cash then it could be done but only if the kids and I helped to carry boxes from upstairs to the door!
I have complained to the company who had the cheek to offer me £100 refund! Basically giving me back the money I was forced to give the drivers just to complete the job I had already paid for!

From the live chat through to the delivery the customer service was excellent, I was kept informed of the pick up and delivery times and had the drivers contact details, I would definitely use anyvan again.

Any Van I got a quote for renting a van to move some furniture. Then I got a quote from Any Van far cheaper with the latter did not have to go out of the house first class company will use again in the future. Thanks

Very professional setup from the first…
Very professional setup from the first initial conversation right to the end, where they quickly and carefully moved all my furniture.
All my furniture were securely strapped and protected with thick soft blankets.
The 2 delivery men were so helpful and did an amazing job and I wish I had the energy they both had.
I have no problem with recommending AnyVan, and if ever I moved house again, they will be the guys to do it.
Tip for consumers:
Just make sure you put upstairs or 2nd, 3rd floor etc, so the quote will reflect that, otherwise if you state ground floor and there are items of furniture to be taken down the stairs then there will rightly be a further charge.

We scheduled this service on Friday. They were easy to work with. They were professional and kind and quick. They quickly emptied our home and moved it into the new flat. We were very happy with the service

Rescheduling fee 50%. They never offer a refund even when no services were offered. Why do they take customers money even when no service has been offered. Avoid, avoid avoid avoid. I just lost a lot of money.

Booked and paid for a collection and delivery £53... they kept txting to say they were going to be late... the guy I'd bought a desk from in the end went out, he'd been in waiting for 5 hours... they arrived late and wouldn't wait. Even if I rescheduled I had to pay another £25, even though it was their fault!... waste of £53... didn't even reimbursed

I used them to move and they were excellent. Kept upto date of where they were and were very helpful and would definitely recommend them. Also price was very reasonable and driver and assistant very friendly and polite can't fault them.

The price of the delivery was 1/3 of the price I have been given by a man with a van. The driver was very friendly. He was in touch a week before the delivery date, so I had his name, mobile phone, e-mail. On the day of the delivery he kept me informed form the morning.

It took a while to get the final selection of van. I had to alter my selection due to the precise time to vacate my property and to relocate in my new premises. The final selection was pretty good. The two men were very good at fitting all of my furniture into the two vans and relocating it all into my new premises.

Paid for car transport. The collection had to be on a set day as i was moving. Three times they promisrd everything was ok then two days before the pick up they rang to say they couldn't do it. They are useless.

They will damage your goods and will not accept responsibility for damaging your goods. Goods are not stored properly on the van and they will lie about what the goods looked like after the fact and blame the retailer.

Right from the moment we booked our van, the office team and the delivery team were really helpful and we were kept updated by the app and the driver. On the day the team were very conscious of the walls and paint work as they manouvered the sofa from the hall over the Bannister and into the lounge.

Driver's name Shaka did not deliver my stuff to the location.
I paid for 3 suitcases and 2 boxes to be carried to the 2nd floor, they left my stuff on the ground floor unattended. When I try to call them, they hang up the call every time. I called the customer service which took hours to pick up my call. The driver lied and said he carried my stuffs upstairs. The customer service said I didn't have a photo evidence and there's nothing she can do. At that time I was too upset and focused on getting all my belongings upstairs and I never thought about taking a photo. I am very surprised how the customer service took the words of the driver over that of the customers.
No refund. Nothing. The driver lied and got away with this.
