Brilliant from start to finish. Made a potentially stressful house move stress free. Driver had a great attitude, easy going, friendly and did most of the heavy lifting. Turned up with blankets for protection/padding. Furniture was loaded thoughtfully and all arrived perfectly.
Terrible recent experience (August2024) with AnyVan. They made a mistake and communicated to the chosen removal company a different delivery date than the one agreed in our contract. I was not home on wrong date and remover charged me £240 for storage. I turned back to AnyVan to ask them to cover costs since THEY passed on the wrong date and the fee was based on correct date indicated in contract. Since then… silence from AnyVan. I told them I would spread the word about their service, but clearly their reputation is not even worth the £240 … somehow I agree. I would recommend going directly to a removal company and not using a broker like them.
From start to finish the whole process was pain free. I was kept up to date via email and text which assured me everything was fine. The gentlemen who turned up were chatty and very professional. I would certainly recommend AnyVan as the ones to use.

We had a very short window of time to organise a move and AnyVan took away the worry - it also saved having to ring round lots of people! The company we used (X Factor) were brilliant and made the day go as smoothly as it could.

Great service but the only reason why I am giving 4 stars is because they wanted to charge me £50 extra for the movers to carry my belongings from the old property to the van and from the van to the new property. When I told them I cannot afford it and it sounds like a huge amount to pay just for carrying personal belongings (I had no furniture, just bags and boxes), they decided to charge me £30 instead as they said that in this case, only one guy would do the carrying instead of 2 (for whom I would be charged the initial £50). I think this is an overpriced service and I know for a fact that a lot of drivers would happily carry a few items free of charge or on a much lower fee that £30-£50.

My furniture left in perfect as new condition and arrive damaged. My furniture was not covered or tidied down in the van and arrived with other peoples furniture fallen ontop of mine. Drivers attitude was appalling, the van unroadworthy and communication zero. Anyvan refuse to contact me! Very poor service and very poor customer service. Anyvan is an embarrassment to the removals industry. There opinion is because the item is delivered, I should not be refunded the delivery! AVOID

I was very impressed with the service, my initial phone enquiry was handled very professionally, I received a text the day before the collection to confirm the time. My item arrived safely wrapped in cloths to prevent any damage. Definitely use them again.

Arrived dead on time to pick up my vespa scooter. Item was loaded carefully and was fully secured in vehicle with ratchet straps. Met the van at the other end and the driver was just as careful with unloading. No problems at all. Would recommend.

I was totally pleased with the prior communication before the day and also just before the allocated time. Both guys were very polite and professional and loaded my goods with care. They made the whole experience totally stress free. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Bad - very bad. Do not use these guys. I ordered two guys to move a sofa one story up. Simple job. The movers bashed around the sofa against the walls so much that they caused extensive damage. They scratched and chipped the walls and door frames very badly. We have recently repainted all the walls along the staircase and doorframes when we did our attic conversion. We have the proof of the work. The company refused to even take a look at the proof of the recent work and take responsibility for what their workers did. It's not professional. Their staff are not trained properly. See photos of the extensive damage they have caused, which they refused to look into and rectify.

I booked a service to collect a motor bike - a nightmare avoid these people, on the web £70 then I ended up paying £110 because they could not find a sub-contractor to do it for the £70 it sucks plus they stored my card details!

Listed a job and paid up. Collect some outdoor furniture from a friend and deliver to central London. Then the trouble started. The job was subcontracted to another driver who kept us waiting ALL DAY before telling us he was having trouble with heavy traffic. He didn't get in touch and we had to phone and phone the other driver and hassle to even get a response. There was no heavy traffic on that route. That was simply a lie. He eventually turned up at 10.30PM on a Friday night and expected our night porter to help him. Worst still their customer service is zero. Phones permanently engaged, emails not replied to, nobody gives a damn. I spent hours trying to get through and get someone to take this on board. They just made it so hard they're banking on you giving up. After 10 days of endless pursuit, they offered £20 credit (as if i'd use them again!) and truly dont care. DO NOT USE ANYVAN. They're truly dreadful.

What company takes your money and offers a collection slot between 8AM and 6PM then turns up at a block of flats at 11.40 pm to remove furniture which only had to be moved to a house less than 10 minutes away. No apology, disturbed neighbours and inadequate compensation for all the stress caused to my daughter and my mother. Any Van is a disgrace. A weak company officer who uses the iinadequate customer service staff as a shield. It would be interesting to know how long he keeps his customer service staff poor things!

Great all round service from selecting the best date and best price for me to getting my car collected and then delivered. Delivery tracking app is 100% spot on all the way. Driver was polite and professional. He even explained how he was able to reverse his truck right up to the address for easy collection. I liked the fact that he wasn't like "his your car unloaded I'm off" I have already recommended anycar to a couple of my friends. Would definitely use them again. You even get a courtesy phone call and text the day before letting you know name and a photo of your driver and times of there route etc. Top man Aaron. Thank you

If there was 0-5 rating Id still rate them minus 10 if I could.
Weve booked a 4 bedroom house in advance and paid extras for premium service. What a joke.
Not only did they turn up hours late without any notice or courtesy call but they also had the wrong size van (!) and unable to mov all at once promised to turn o first thing in the morning the very next day.
Need I say this never happened and after half a day chasing on the phone and demanding for our prepaid job to be finished they had the cheek to say Noone is turning up at all.
So our house is still only half moved although weve other things on schedule which we now had to postpone.
Utterly ridiculous, unprofessional to say the least.
Just a disgrace, not even remotely able to give any customer support.
Well most definitely demand a refund for their sh! T premium service as well as compensation for all the expenses weve now incurred thanks to their delay and incompetence.

I can't recommend this service enough - it was really easy to set up, very competitively priced, and with good communication from setting up the requirement to the driver himself. The driver made it all the way from London through heavy snow and the furniture was delivered in perfect condition.

First time using a moving service usually just find someone on Facebook but the last time I did that they broke my stuff and didn't give me a discount. Using the any van experience was so simple you can pre add what you want to move and if there's more that's fine you may get an extra charge but it wasn't much for me. Driver was friendly and helpful and even helped more than needed I was so greatful. Alexandro if you read this thanks again

I used anyvan.ie for a job in SE Ireland but the currency was in sterling. To my mind, this is a bug that should be a simple fix. As it was, I fell into the trap and thought the price was in Euro, but it wasn't. The reply I got from the Anyvan Helpdesk was less than helpful basically saying that of course the price was in pounds.
Otherwise, an excellent service that is not hesitate to recommend.

I called anyvan to book a pick up and drop off and my item was picked up 2 days later and delivered on the same day. I was given a time of drop off so I didn't have to wait in all day. The guys were very nice and I would use this company again.

I booked AnyVan to take 5 items to a local charity shop. The two men arrived early, were polite and helpful. I switched one of the items I had stated on the booking, this wasn't an issue. I only wish I'd used them for the rest of my house move

Very very bad experience with this company, driver never showed up, did not answer his phone, no answer on customer service, called at least 12 times in 1 h -no luck. Had to arranged another company, 2 days later, still no money back and no luck with phone calls, ones agin called customer service 3 times each time 10 min on the phone and no answer!
