Their site won't let me buy a plan (the Basic Plan). They won't recognize my current credit card (Amazon does!), but they bring up a canceled card I haven't used in months!? Also spent a whole day rewiring so our downstairs Infinity box would be closer to the front door upstairs so the Ring doorbell would finally acknowledge our wifi. It's the only thing in or on our house that wouldn't pick up our wifi. Otherwise the doorbell video and notifications are pretty impressive although once in a while we won't be notified that someone's at the door.
