I had a macbook pro 2018 display issue where suddenly yellow spots appeared and it just so happened few days after the 1 year warranty expired, since it was bought from another country where I wanted to fix it... it would've costed. Apple support made an exception in their system that allowed my laptop to be fixed for free in my country. Thanks

Trade in item

Do not believe what Apple tell you for the trade in. They lie to make sure you don't get any credit. And the customer service are damn bad, they don't say anything right. They send the trade in case late on purpose for you not to get the trade in. And they say they received it late! After 2 week (window trade in). But customer service says the time count when you receive the trade in kit. Pure trash! Just 0 rate for them. Zero star what they deserve.

Good bye Apple
October 2, 2018

I have been locked out of my phone for 2 weeks now and now they are telling me 12 more days this is after i answered all questions correctly i just dont get it! I am over it and fed up with it, i have had my phone since the 7 came out but this weekend i am switching because i can not deal with this any longer being a manager and a mother of 4 with no phone!

I am thrilled about using the iPhone 11! Its camera, messaging apps, photo editing tools, and other features have significantly simplified my daily life. It feels like I have a personal assistant who manages my entire routine. As a result, I am now planning to purchase a MacBook. Nevertheless, I am a bit confused by the wide range of models available. But I know that I will eventually select the right one for me. I cannot wait to have another electronic assistant and become an even happier owner. What could be better than that?

Apple are an excellent company - I have always had great help when an issue or error has occurred with my products. It is helpful to live close to an apple store if you have apple products - but have found online help to be just as useful. Cheers guys - keep up the good work

I have never understood people who buy apple phones. All the time I thought that the price for them is too high. And after using IPhone 5 during a month I know that I was right.
Guys, really? Is it normal that you can't use such expensive phones when it is cold outside?

It is time for a class action suit against Apple for their nasty "customer service." Actually they put you on hold for hours and then disconnect the call - meaning you must call back and go thru the process all over again...

Ok. I have an apple computer and a apple iPad that I can't remember the email account associated with it and have been told unless I kept the recipt the iPad is useless. Guess what you don't have to worry about me buying any more apple devices. They focus more on theft then customer service. This is never an issue with Android devices. I'm done with them.

My husband had to send a phone back & when it reached their warehouse the box was empty so apple charged us right at $800! It was a broken phone so why would we not ship it back? Apple done absolutely nothing to resolve the issue or try to figure out who took the phone out of the packaging! Someone in their warehouse is stealing but they don't care!

Overpriced

Going into an Apple store can be intimidating. There is always a bewildering array of merchandise to pick from. Sales associates are too busy to take the time to fully explain what they are selling. More interested in commissions than customers. Ask an out of the way question and you get the "duh" stare.

I ordered my phone more than a month ago (oct 24)and the phone was at my nearest post office but they never deliver. They return the phone and now they are saying that we don't know what happened. I called them many times also I chat with them 4 times and they never solved my problem. Manager supposed to call but I never received the call.
I am working with my phone and since my previous one is broken I need to purchase extra temporary phone. I am Apple customer for 9 years and they did not take care of my problem. This is unacceptable

Apple is the worst.

Apple creates systems that work against all other systems. To buy an Apple product is to commit to a lesser technology that will lock you out of better technologies. They make all their garbage in China which further supports a terrible government an one that works in direct opposition to western ideals. Apple has no soul and their products are second rate at best. Good luck resetting a password to access your own account. Worst purchase I ever made hands down, and I won a Prias.

This is another site I'd prefer to shop in store. My husband's 17' MacBook Pro arrived with a scratch. It was tiny. Both of my MacBook Pros, 17' per the latest, have been purchased at an Apple store. No scratches. No problems. Perfect customer service.

I recently got the new iPhone 14 Pro Max. I did the transfer from my old phone to my new phone over wifi like I usually do. However, a bunch of my shared albums were missing. It is just a stroke of luck that I hadn't erased the old phone yet, which I normally do, otherwise all of them would be gone. I have had 3 phone calls about it so far and it STILL hasn't been fixed. So I am stuck waiting to delete the phone and give it to my mom, who really needs a new phone. Not to mention 5 hours of my time have been wasted thus far. I have never had such a frustrating, disappointing, and stressful experience. I hope they give me a gift card or something for the wasted time, since I can't get my time back and this should have never happened.

Always an ihpone user

Far more iOs is far better than any brand of phones. User friendly, limited app is always a great thing. Less procurement and everything else that goes with it. Proud owner of iphone since iphone 3 up until 6s plus.

Great device

I am so excited using IPhone 11! Camera, all apps for sending messages, editing photos and other sources, which it has, make my life easier. It seems like I have a personal assistant who regulates the whole my daily routine. Now I am going to buy a Macbook. However, I am confused a little bit, because the variety of models impresses me. But it is just a matter of time. Soon I will be a happy owner of new electronic assistant. What can be better?

Recently, I have bought a pair of Air Pods which I use daily, however, I find having them in your ears for long periods not only painful but unattractive.
