Hi the best products they are producing but Iphone 5 is bit low quality of because the aluminium frame got scratch and dent when it fell down to any hard surface. I never experienced this issue with Iphone 4; even it was heavior then iphone 5 frame.

But over all good product. I like pencil also.

I had heard that Apple had terrible customer service but I didn't know how bad it really was until today.
I lost my apple watch due to the awful wristband it comes with and the find my watch feature did not work.
I called apple support to see if there is anything they can do to help me and they did not at all. It was not representative it's apple's policy. This was a very awful experience and will no longer use this brand.

Overpriced

Still make you pay too much for a computer or mp3 player. Sure, they're good products, but why charge $300 for one iTouch, or 2000 plus dollars for one iMac? Plus, the music on their iTunes is overpriced, at least, in my opinion. Much of the music is 1.29, and when you have less than 99 cents left over, you're screwed... unless you feel like buying some song that's 69 cents... It's not a bad site, but they're overpriced.

Apple has always designed its products for the user's sense of design and functionality. We do admit since the passing of Steve Jobs there is a lack of freshness but the website still is as shiny and sweet as the name suggests.

Recently while ordering the new iPhone 6s I was reminded of how user friendly the site is. Not only did I buy my shiny new toy, but added on suggested wants. Apple you get more than an A plus, you make shopping personalized fun.

God-Awful

I have no idea how this POS company even exists. The products are terrible, and employees are morons, everything is pointless. I will never again touch a crapple product, and know that anyone who uses this junk will be succinctly evicted from my life.

Just purchased an iPhone 6+ a few weeks back, one of the best handsets I have ever used. The responsiveness of the screen, the usability, UI, apps, are all remarkable. I think it is safe to say that I have, & always will be an Apple customer.

Bad Customer Service

This company does not put any effort to satisfy their customers. First you overpay to have the honor of using their products, then when you call for help with something as easy as resetting your password (which you have to jump through hoops), they say that there is nothing that they can do and that they provided the "Apple Answers". May horrible fortune go their way. Never buying from this garbage company again. (ipad, ipod Touch)

Very bad experience
August 2, 2018

Very bad customer service. We lost 1.5 hours w/o any help. We came to get support for two MacBook Pro that both didn't work. We were asked to wait for one hour as we didn't have an appointment. After one hour I asked for un update on the waiting time and the Apple guy said there were still many people ahead of us, so we had to leave. As soon as I left the parking spot (5 min later) I got the text message that our spot was available. This is a joke, wasting our time!

They can be better

I love apple, but was a little bit disappointed with my last purchase. I bought an iWatch, and 2 weeks later the paint start falling off, i went to apple and they replaced it, but I am still shocked on how such a quality issue is out there, it has been apparently reported by many clients. I would expect better from apple

Submitted activation lock removal with all requested invoices/documents. Called to see why it was denied. Senior advisor could not give me 1 piece of info as to why it was denied. He could not even pull up my case and view anything. Said it was "locked." Wouldn't transfer me. I will never buy apple again. Time to revolt against the grip they have on society.

The updating is stupid
February 12, 2024

Just because ONE payment declined, I can't use my card anymore. It's really annoying, it's hard to deal with, and I can't update any of my apps due to it. I don't understand why my billing information has anything to do with updating apps, but it's generally stupid and i' so confused on why it's like this, there is no significance to the reason.

My phone is only 4 months old and the speed drastically reduced and tgg by e worst battery life ever. You might as well keep your phone plugged in all day or it dies on you. Apple support has the worst customer service ever. They were no help at all. I might as well go buy a new phone for what they told me. They know there are issues with this model and still did nothing for me.

I hate apple. Every month they take out of my bank account significantly more than I've bought. It's becoming ridiculous but why try and reach out and ask why when they have the worst response team in the world. Apple is garbage and I'm looking into switching to android. I'm sure they wouldn't steal money the way apple does. I'm so frustrated with this company. Honestly, apple go f yourself

I've owned an iPhone since the first release, upgrading every time a new one comes out. I also have a iPad and just recently, a new Mac desktop. Apple is such high quality and I never worry about my products not functioning properly - heck my OG iPhone that I still have from 9 years ago still works like a champ. The only complaint I would have is with the phone chargers - they are junk and have to be replaced periodically, but not worth not purchasing Apple products.

My kid has an IPad. Apple allows borrowing money to kids. Even when my child does not have funds, apple allows for in app purchases. Then the iPad is not allowed to download any new aps until the balance is paid. This includes any subscription the child might have on old games they no longer play.

I'm 10+ years customer with a fairly new original charger (bought at an Apple Store) plugged to an outlet (not charging the phone) which got overheated and burned my hands, bed sheets and mattress. Opened a case with their support and they couldn't care less. Unsafe products and terrible customer service!

On Saturday, his son plugged his MacBook in and few minutes later, we left for my boyfriend's birthday party at his mom's house and we got a call not long after that the house was on fire. We watched the firefighters try to stop it for hours but everything is gone now and they finally told us the cause of the fire was a MacBook that either is, or should be, recalled. It got too hot when it was charging and started a fire and burned the whole house down.

I lost my iPhone XR when I tried to upgrade to apple latest IOS 15
