Apple is one of my favorite phone and compare to other mobile phones, apple providing application and phone clarity is amazing. The same time, Samsung also providing some phone on this month. So, in future, selecting phone will be confused us.
Forget about the manufacture issue they want me to pay 400$ for (iphone 7 audio ic), and apple passowrd reset took over 8 weeks. But why you wasted my time and money to send me to unauthorized apple store!?

Last month I upgraded my phone from an IPhone 7 to an IPhone 12 Pro Max and all I can say is What a HUGE upgrade!
Everything about my new phone is a massive upgraded in everything from the screen clarity, picture quality, and even though its much bigger it doesn't really feel heavier. The largest improvement I would have to say would be the processing speed which went from merely adequate to lightning fast.
The only downsize to this particular phone was the price and it took me a few months to save up for it, even while going on a contract. These phones aren't cheap but boy are they nice.
I do recommend the IPhone 12 Pro Max.
I dropped my iPhone 10x and it blew up the glass. When I pulled the case off, the back was shattered also. I contacted the department and they texted me back that I could mail it in or had to take it the store because my Apple care expired. No one told me that my Apple care expired. Thought I paid for it monthly I told them I probably couldn't do either because I'm a 100% disabled veteran and just had a heart attack and no one was with me during the day because my wife had to go back to work. They were like oh well, that's the only option. I've been a loyal customer and never had anything but Apple phones and products since they first came out. Doubt I'll be buying another. I really needed help today and they turned their back on me. They didn't even bother to try and sell me another phone.
I've enjoyed my iphone 5 for almost 18 months.It's simple in its design, easy to use and beats their competitors in many aspects. However, their assurance period and pricing could be disappointing depending on what you expect for your money. Overall the iphone 5 wasn't too disappointing and I might buy one in the future.
With online purchases, or support, Apple has been wonderful to do business with. Their "Geniuses" are very knowledgeable and have quickly solved any issues that I have had (not many) with my 5 Apple devices. Their online purchase process is simple and efficient. I just wish their products weren't quite so expensive.

I managed to lock myself out of my iPad (forgot the code). I couldn't remember the email I used for it for it was used very rarely. So they asked me to prove ownership. I went to BestBuy where is was purchased in 2018 and they were able to print me the invoice INCLUDING the Serial number which matches the box and device I have Proving I own it, however since it's been longer than 3 years were unable to print the actual receipt… They at this point are still refusing to unlock it… My wife and I added up the money we have spent with apple over the last 3 years and it was ridiculous over 26k! That is all gone now, I will NEVER buy another apple product ever again after this experience. This isn't even the first issue I've had with them a few months ago they locked me out of my phone for 3 weeks. Any company that can just lock you out of your device at will is not a company I wish to continue to do business with, especially amid all of the accusations they are using forced labor in certain places around the world… Today marks the day Apple lost 6 customers forever. We might only be 6 strong but when you operate the way they do those numbers will start to multiply... Buyer beware, not worth the price of admission…

I've had good luck with customer service on the phone and online. I made a mistake when I purchased a song, and they got back to me hastily and fixed the problem.
I've always had someone polite to assist me whether it be phone or email.
Just wish they made iPhones last longer than 2 or so years. Not everyone can afford an iPhone every 2 years!
I always know I will find what I need at this site. Mac needs are very specific and it pays to go to the source. If I am looking for a replacement cable or peripheral that I know is compatible this is where I search first
I have had a phone locked up since September and no matter how many customer.service workers and supervisors ive spoken too. No one responds. No one fixes the issue. They had no problem collecting my money but wont make it so i can use the phone.
This update does absolutely nothing for people who only use it as it was. This update is absolute trash. Location is trash, messaging is trash and maps are trash. It's so backwards I feel like I'm using an android. They really need to fix it now.
Sometimes there is a little bit of a wait but if you schedule an appointment in advance then you get seem fairly quickly. Most of the issues that I have had were able to be resolved with a reasonable period of time. Today I went in to compare prices and benefits of Mac book air and MacBook Pro. The first person that I spoke with was more of a technical expert so he directed us to a gentleman who was more versed in sales. He took plenty of time to explain to us the differences and help determine which laptop we would be purchasing in the future. It was a great visit today even though it was busy.
I purchase Mac Pro 13 in July 2014 and just after I registered it with the upcoming July Cal Bar exam and download the exams, the Wi-Fi stopped working. I called for technical support but the technician could not fix it. He scheduled a reservation for me with an Apple store in Berlinggame to bring in for repair. Unfortunately it confirmed the Wi-Fi problem is irreparable, and the hard drive needs to be replaced, but Apple no longer makes replacement parts for that model. So this Mac Pro, can no longer have Wi-Fi. I was seeing red at the store, thinking I was ripped. I spent almost $1400 for it, now it's in the eight year, and at this critical moment the Wi-Fi crushed and Apple could not repair it. I don't think I will buy any Apple products from now on. They are expensive, though look fancy, some are potentially defective.
I understand why Verizon gave this to me for free. This product is garbage compared to a Walmart android. I could go on and on, just DO NOT waste your money. Apple decommissions their product for adequate service faster than any service. Everything costs money to do anything at all and is against you for formatting software. If you know nothing about technology and do not care wasting your money, then go for it.
Heed this warning heavily. You wanted to know and I barely skimmed the surface. Just get a Samsung.
Bought a brand new XR iPhone just a few months ago. The phone stopped working and Tim ( Senior Advisor) from Dallas Texas states that I would need to drive 2 hours to the Apple store with or mail my phone in to the store without a loaner phone or any compensation. I think Apple is not always customer satisfaction. As long as you are buying their products is all they care about. I will not be purchasing another Apple product.
