Received Thursday, delivered quickly. Fast affordable shipping. Packaged safely. Two Sioux hardy water lilies, six pack of the purple Japanese water irises and the six pack of yellow Louisiana Dixie water irises, a 10 pack of Vallisneria jungle, 6 yellow snow fringe, and the cute dozen olive snails. Everything in great condition! Looks absolutely beautiful! Can't wait for our pond to mature! I would have taken photos of the snails, but they have happily wondered away into the pond.We will definitely order again!
The package from Aquarium Plants was received by the carrier late on June 21 and delivered to me at about 2:10 pm on June 23. I had it in the house and unpacked it within ten minutes of delivery. On their website, Aquarium Plants states that "Our Pond Plants are large mature plants." However, the plants I received were bundles of obviously fresh cuttings, held together with rubber bands and with no roots – far from the promised large mature plants. Additionally, the water mint (approximately half the value of the order) was a mess of rotten foliage that had expired long before I received the package and fit only for the compost pile. I immediately emailed the company with pictures documenting the condition of the plants and requesting a refund for the water mint. To date, I have not even received the courtesy of a reply. I am attempting to root the cuttings I received with some success.

I received a replacement order after my first one went awry and I'm very happy with my replacement! My snails came in excellent condition, you can tell they were very well taken care of, and I received exceptional customer service from Randy with aquariumplants.com. The shipping time was absolutely phenomenal! Packaging was great so no shells were broken during transit. All of my snails arrived healthy and alive.:)
I definitely recommend this company and I would advise customers to have patience because things do happen with weather, during transit, etc. that companies cannot control. Please be mindful that it may take a minute to get back to you with small businesses, something I completely understand owning a small business myself.
Thank you again for everything and I do plan to purchase more in the future!
No response all 3 times.
Google search.
I like snails.
This was my second time ordering from aquariumplants.com. Both times the plants arrived in excellent shape and are provided in larger than expected quantities. Be aware of the harvest schedule, I'm always caught off guard by it (my fault not theirs)
Wide selection of plants at reasonable prices
I moved to a larger tank and want to populate with mostly low tech plants
The website was well organized and easy to use. The prices seem very fair! They provide really good prices on shipping, which is usually an issue I run into with other sites. My plants came completely undamaged/dead.
Google and cheap shipping
I wanted to brighten up my Betta's tank

Only hiccup was that two of the (18) irises were either incorrectly packaged or labeled, but since they are going into a bog, it will not be a problem at all. They are beautiful plants and well-packed
Good selection of aquatic irises
I've been shopping from here for the past four years. Purchasing from this site is always a pleasure. The plants and products are of the highest quality in the industry. The plants seem to be in excellent condition. Since the staff put time and effort into their tasks, it stands out. I would strongly advise someone to consider putting an order with AquariumPlants!
Most plants were great, i had a lot of root rot to clean off my underwater clover and dwarf swords, and the bulb plant i got was already sprouted so it had rotted/melted leaves. It's already pushing out new growth though, so everything should be alright!
Bunch plants were in the best shape, and a nice healthy grouping with many stems. Not a fan of their rockwool-potted plants because mine both had really bad root rot and were overcrowded, but hey, more plants!
Definitely feel like I got a fair price on what I ordered.
This platform was suggested by one of my friends and I was very happy to buy plants from here, they came alive and they were very safe. Also for shipping, they added the cooler packs inside. Overall an incredibly positive experience
Fast and easy. Great details and descriptions of all products! Make sure to check their shipping info. It all depends on what day you order from them, but mine arrived super fast after shipped, and all of my plants were healthy and alive! This is my second purchase with them and both of my orders turned out great. They haven't let me down yet! I usually always purchase large orders, so I know I can trust their quality when ordering from them!
I took a chance the first time I purchased from this seller and had a great experience which made me buy again! All plants were healthy and beautiful when arrived and couldn’t have asked for better service.
I have a very large aquarium that’s now full of healthy great quality plants. I trust purchasing my aquarium plants from here.

I've kept aquariums for maybe 20 years, but I've never had live plants in them. I just didn't want to hassle with them. But now I want to give them a try, so I took the plunge and ordered a few plants. They all seemed to arrive in good shape, but only time will tell for certain. I think they were packed and shipped without any problems. Nothing arrived looking as though it had been crushed and abused beyond reason. They've been in the water for a few days now and are looking pretty good, so hopefully they thrive as intended.
I had a specific list of plants I wanted to try that weren't carried at my local pet supply shops. AquariumPlants.com had the entire list and they were at a price point that worked for me.
I mainly chose plants that were exceptionally forgiving in terms of substrate and care. Beginner plants. Just to see if I liked keeping a planted tank.
The plants I received look great. I just planted them, so no report on how they are growing. I also purchased a large piece of Malaysian driftwood, which was hard to find. The pictures on their website really helped with selection, since I don't mind spending the money for something I really like. I'm really happy with it, and it was a good value based on the size and price.
I like the selection, and they seemed reputable. I called with a question, and could tell the person I spoke to knew what he was talking about.
I'm sort of still new at this after a year with my aquarium, and know more about the look I was going for, and how the plants would fit in.
Order arrived still great even though I forgot the ice pack. They did include one ice pack thank you for that. My only issue is the Lilly I got was a bulb with a sprout that had already came out of the bulb i think I'm shipping the little stem broke off and I'm hoping it will recover.

TikTok made me do it
Amazing customer service. The gentleman I talked with on the phone was very polite and made sure all of my questions were answered. He helped me choose the best options for my situation and it didn't break the bank.
Tons of plants, they had everything I needed when most other places were sold out of one or the other. They They also had the best all around prices and unbeatable 2 day shipping for only $10. They even offer ice packs.
I chose these particular plants for my angelfish tank.
Great prices and shipping options
Great plants for my turtle and a great selection. It made the job of setting up the baby turtles tank very easy. If for some reason certain plants do not do well in the tank I will definitely only order from aquarium plants.com. Thank you guys.
Great selection
For my turtle
Good selection, easy checkout.
Upon arrival plants were very cold. I wish they were packed in something more than butcher paper.
Plants in bundles had no roots growing at all, I hope they grow quickly in my tank.
Very satisfied with the swords, they arrived perfectly and with well established root systems.

I always receive great looking plants from this site but I might have to cut orders back in the summer. Despite putting in ice packs, everything was hot (including the ice packs >90 F) when I opened the box. Luckily, I think everything is going to make it. The current temps are extreme so I don't really blame Aquariumplants.com for the issue.
Great customer service and great looking plants.
Needed quality native plants for museum aquarium exhibits.
Each plant had a detailed description and had the good and bad reviews available. Hopefully the plants will be as good as the website is!
Update: the plants were all in great shape upon arrival. I would recommend getting multiple ice packs for shipping during warmer months as they are on the smaller side. Even with the ice pack completely melted, the plants were very well wrapped in many layers of damp paper and in a plastic bag. I am enjoying learning about aquatic plants and hope to buy more plants from this company in the future!

High quality co2 regulator, super easy to set and forget it worth every penny. I will never run another tank again with out a carbon doser its really that good. The best part is top notch customer service very very helpful.
Fed Ex left these plants at the wrong address, luckily my neighbor 2 blocks away was kind enough to drop them at my house when she got home.
They were packed well and arrived in good condition. The Java fern and the hairgrass seem fine. The dwarf lily seems a little wilted, I'm hoping it will grow for me.
Limited selection locally, good care information.

You carry several of the plants I wanted
The quality of the plants I have purchased from them was excellent. They arrived health, looking great and they give you a large amount. The prices are also quite reasonable for what you receive.
I have used their brand of substrate and it works wonders in planted aquariums. I highly recommend that. My plants respond quite favorably with this stuff. The root systems are strong, their colors are great, and they grow like weeds.
I have their complete ultimate co2 system and I have to say I really like the electronic regulator; it simplifies things so much. No more annoying bubble counting, you just set the rate and let it do its thing.
I do have a complaint though. Out of all the purchases I have made with them, about 2/3 have had issues; either items are missing or malfunctioning. They do always fix the problem in a short time so while it is annoying, it's not that big of a deal.
There was a special on the website to get 30$ off a CO2 cylinder with purchase of a carbon doser regulator. At checkout, no discount was present. I called customer service. They were very pleasant and said there was a problem with the website and it would be fixed and to try again the following day. I did that about 7 times over the next week and a half with the same result. I left multiple messages on their answering machine with no call back. Finally, I just paid the extra money out of frustration.
Update: AquariumPlants.com fixed the website and sent me a 30$ refund. The process was a little frustrating but nobody is perfect and in the end, they did exactly what they promised, so I'm changing my review from 2 to 4 stars. By the way, the CarbonDoser is fantastic.
I heard good things about the company and their products
I believe it's the best regulator for a calcium reactor that exists

Shipping was a little slow and the plants were a little small and I didn't get anything extra thrown in for free. However the plants were very nice and healthy and I did get exactly what I ordered. I will order again.
They must include in the description of the products the size of the plants. I ended up receiving a plant that was double the size of my aquarium 😀 anyway I put it inside and my fish seemed to like the jungle inside. They were having so much fun swimming around.
Plants came diseased with planaria and hydra, not to mention string algae. Awful customer service, none of them know what they're doing in the least. Always say you should expect some dead plants and pest's on your plants and its your bad for not expecting it. Terrible business should die out before to long but wanted to let buyers beware.
A little Better prices but we’ll see if that reflects in quality compared to other places. I’m hoping not.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use them, go somewhere else like planted aquariums central. They're more money, but they're definitely worth it.
Products used:
none, they were all diseased, gave to e friend to see if he could treat them.
Considered the "go to" place for Aquarium Plants in the U.S.A.
They've been supplying quality aquatic plants & supplies for 20+ years!
"FRESH from FLORIDA"!
Reputed as "best in the business".
Got their start 23 years ago importing live aponogeton and nymphaea bulbs from Africa and supplying them to WalMart & Petco. They've evolved and have expand steadily every year. They actually ship from Florida which ensures the consumer receives the freshest plants in the industry.
