Received Thursday, delivered quickly. Fast affordable shipping. Packaged safely. Two Sioux hardy water lilies, six pack of the purple Japanese water irises and the six pack of yellow Louisiana Dixie water irises, a 10 pack of Vallisneria jungle, 6 yellow snow fringe, and the cute dozen olive snails. Everything in great condition! Looks absolutely beautiful! Can't wait for our pond to mature! I would have taken photos of the snails, but they have happily wondered away into the pond.We will definitely order again!
The package from Aquarium Plants was received by the carrier late on June 21 and delivered to me at about 2:10 pm on June 23. I had it in the house and unpacked it within ten minutes of delivery. On their website, Aquarium Plants states that "Our Pond Plants are large mature plants." However, the plants I received were bundles of obviously fresh cuttings, held together with rubber bands and with no roots – far from the promised large mature plants. Additionally, the water mint (approximately half the value of the order) was a mess of rotten foliage that had expired long before I received the package and fit only for the compost pile. I immediately emailed the company with pictures documenting the condition of the plants and requesting a refund for the water mint. To date, I have not even received the courtesy of a reply. I am attempting to root the cuttings I received with some success.
I placed an order with this company and looked at their shipping guidelines to see when I should except it. The next week I hadn't had any emails regarding my order, and the status was "awaiting fulfillment". I sent an email. No response. I called and was told someone would call me back when office staff arrived. I called again and asked about my order. The man said I would be contacted. I asked if I could take care of it now while on the phone. Then irritated he said no. I asked to be transferred to someone who could cancel my order. He said he "I CAN CANCEL IT RIGHT NOW!" And hung up. Just not very helpful to me and definitely won't be dealing with them again. I did receive my refund… so five stars for getting my money back, 1 star for customer service and professionalism.
In love with the jungle val I ordered, it's doing great. The guppy grass I received however, was dead to start with. It's all brown and slowly falling apart. Pretty disappointed, it was going to help my babies survive. Was looking forward to finally having some... oh well
I order some plants and never got any email that they had arrived at a pickup location in my town like I was told I would get. Called and was spoken to in a very rude manner saying it was my responsibility to know when the plants arrived. Was told it is my fault now that the plants have to be returned to the sender and they have to pay extra shipping fees. A very unprofessional business, would not recommend it. Many other retailers out there with better customer service.
This was my first order, never knowing what to expect. I'm very glad to say this was one of the best selection of plants I have gotten in a few years. Every plant was very green and healthy. The bunch plants where full of stems and a sufficient length. The potted plants look good and have not melted. Overall I was satisfied with Aquarium Plants.com

Looking for a better supplier.
Wanted something different.
They sent me plants that infested my tank with snails.
When I called customer service, the person answering the phone was very rude and hung up on me.
When I called back, he said "you were jumping on me" when I said "you sent me a product that has now ruined my tank"
He started talking about how he personally did not ship the item; it wasn't his fault. I actually had to explain that my statement meant the company he represents, not him personally.
He then went on to tell me how everybody who works there is completely worthless and that's why he was answering the phones.
I had a glitch with shipping but when I deleted everything for the third time and put it in again it finally said that it was available to ship to me other than that great shopping experience. Once shipped they arrived quickly and they are the best looking plants I've gotten in a very long time. First experience was great.
The prices are on point there were specials and the shipping was inexpensive
Plants came in good condition, some browning on one of the clippings but that's normal. Best of all though, I haven't seen any pests! (aside from 1 worm, easily removed) So many aquatic plant sellers end up coming with hitchhikers, like pest snails, but I haven't seen any from these plants.
There's always such a great selection of plants, it can be hard to choose; fortunately the descriptions and planting tips help narrow the choices to the best ones for the aquarium environment I'm looking for.
Aquarium Plants always has quality merchandise with a broad selection of plants much of which is hard to find elsewhere. Everything arrives alive, and healthy.
The AquariumPlants site is easy to use with great illustrations to help with purchases.
I've ordered from this site for years and am always satisfied with the service I receive.
I had ordered a batch of plants from Aquariumplants.com. They made sure the package is neatly packed without any leaks. The plants were very healthy and the order arrived on time. When one of my past order with them was delayed, they made sure to send me a replacement package for some of the loss I experienced. I highly recommend aquariumplants.com
If your in the market for aquarium plants this is the place for you. I have placed several orders with aquariumplants.com and have always been happy. Never had an issue with melting or dying plants! Order comes as stated and quality is the best!
I always buy my plants from them.
As I experiment with c02 and red plants I knew I wanted to order from aquariumplants.com. Always great quality in a timely manner.
I always buy my plants from them.
So far, so good. Had to call AquariumPlants to see what the hold-up was. (Hold-up to me, anyway.) It was explained plants wee not shipped at certain times to allow for heat stress, etc. OK sounds good. I was told when they would be shipped and when I would receive. Bravo! That's exactly what happened. The plants seemed to be fresh and crisp. Too soon to see if they will take a grow yet. My only concern is that I wish the roots were not so torn up. As I said, too soon to tell.
I answered this in one of the previous questions. Service was good.
On a chance that they may be good. Plants from other sources failed miserably.
I have been away from the hobby for awhile. These were always my favorite plants so I wanted to start fresh with them.
Seems to be good. Experience has taught me to not think too good about deliveries and goods until I receive them and have results from vendors over disputes.
On a chance that they may be good. Plants from other sources failed miserably.
The plants arrived in 7 days from order date even though I was told it'd be overnighted. Additionally multiple plants didn't come as described. Much smaller than I thought or potted when I didn't order a potted plant. Health of the plants were moderate. I'm hoping they remain alive...
Bought American Frogibt from AquariumPlants.com... order was received very quickly, and plants are currently thriving in my backyard pond... only thing I'd like in future is for AquariumPlants.com to include some sore of care-guide or instructions/recommendations for the plants I've ordered. The plants received look different from how they appear on the website, and I had to google-search on how best to place them.
Quality and availability of product
Found somethinge I've been wanting for some time... looking forward to receiving it, hoping it's as good as what I've received on previous orders
Selection and availability
An item I wanted was out-of-stock, but I asked to be notified when back in-stock... only took a few days, great!
Have ordered before, with good results
So many excellent options, the biggest problem is deciding which ones to go with
Selection, location
The plants are so nice and in good shape when they got here. I was a little concerned because they came on a day that it was 9° outside. But they weren't frozen at all.
I wish there were more planting specifications in the descriptions.
The prices were good. They appear to be a reputable company.
I chose easy plants for my tank as I am a beginner at this
I wish there were more planting specifications in the descriptions.
The delivery was slow and took 12 days however the plants were some of the best I've ever seen, and I've been working with aquariums for 55 years. The quality was excellent and I will buy more plants in the future, just hope they improve delivery times.
Internet Search
I bought four mats of monte carlo, which is hard enough to find in stock anywhere, as well as a pack of 12 plants of AP's choice. I got a very nice variety of plants that will work well for my ten gallon tank, including a very highly desirable anubias nana and nymphoides aquatica. I was quite worried when FedEx held onto the package for five days, but the plants that were shipped were amazingly robust. All arrived green and healthy. No evidence of algae or snails, but I followed instructions for an alum dip just in case.
The carrier failed to delivery my product as they should have, taking 3 days. I received a call from Aquarium Plants to make up for the carriers mistake. I thank you for the call and the happy way you handled my issues

Aquarium plants
My plants arrived very quickly after they shipped and they were in great condition when they arrived. Packaged well to keep the plants safe and everything was still damp or wet. I'm really happy with my experience and the quality of plants.
Most of the plants arrived in good condition, but the Green Temple bunch was dead on arrival. Brown stems and no leaves. There were only 3 stems in that bunch. The other stem plants were in good condition, so I suspect that a substandard bunch of stems was gathered for the green temple.
The company refuses to respond to any emails. I paid for 2 day delivery and my delivery was late. I have asked the company to help get me a refund from Fedex but AquariumPlants will not respond to my emails.
My plants came fast, and all intact. There were a few snails on them, but they were easy to pick out. About a week in, and none of them have melted, died, or had any issues at all. They look great in my tank! No signs of snails in my tank.
Prices, availability
Thought Brazilian Pennywort would look good in my gourami tank. They love it!
Took a little longer than expected but that's OK. I was supposed to receive 6 Cryptocoryne spiralis but got something different, spiralis have long narrow leaves with rippled edges in a rosette pattern, but these have smooth edge leaves on stems. The plants were a good size and look healthy and green so I am keeping them. I also received 1 potted dwarf hairgrass that was really good. The plastic container of root tabs was OK except the paper label was falling apart from the moisture (should have been in a separate ziploc bag). I really would have no complaints at all if I had received the correct plants.
Good selection and descriptions, easy to order, 2-day shipping
I have planted aquariums and needed root tabs ad wanted to add a few more plants.
Recently my son ha a birthday so I have decided to gift him fish. However, I wisely understood that fish required good aquarium, because without it they wouldn't be able to live. So, I started to search for good aquariums and faced this website. This company provides people with aquariums around the world and they have pretty good conditions concerning shipping and delivery. It attracted me a lot and I applied to them in order to find out how much would I pay for shipping. The sum was amazing and ordered an aquarium. My son was delighted by the gift and I was delighted by the communication with this company.
Didnt realize they would only ship every tuesday, so when i had ordered mine on a tuesday eve, by the following week was least excited they came finally. Yeah im sure there was a warning somewhere but was too excited to get everyrhing i needed. Please make that warning a little bigger or a gif of it flashing haha.
Good selection, local to me in central fl.
Wanted some grasses for my tank and they had the selection i needed in stock.
Ordered from them on the 17th and finally received the order on the 24th although I'm only one day shipping away from them. Actually had to call them on the 21st in order to find out what was taking them so long to ship. When I received my order it was missing one type of plant out of the 9 types I had ordered but I didn't have the time or strength to call and complain. To their credit, the plants I did receive were very nice and I was impressed by how they packaged them.
Not the best, the person I talked to answered my question and then said he had another call he needed to answer.
The only reason I ordered from them was because they were very close to me and I assumed (wrongly) that I would receive the plants quickly.
Personal preference
Considered the "go to" place for Aquarium Plants in the U.S.A.
They've been supplying quality aquatic plants & supplies for 20+ years!
"FRESH from FLORIDA"!
Reputed as "best in the business".
Got their start 23 years ago importing live aponogeton and nymphaea bulbs from Africa and supplying them to WalMart & Petco. They've evolved and have expand steadily every year. They actually ship from Florida which ensures the consumer receives the freshest plants in the industry.
This customer ordered the plants to be delivered at the local Walgreens fedex center. They never picked up the shipment
