Received Thursday, delivered quickly. Fast affordable shipping. Packaged safely. Two Sioux hardy water lilies, six pack of the purple Japanese water irises and the six pack of yellow Louisiana Dixie water irises, a 10 pack of Vallisneria jungle, 6 yellow snow fringe, and the cute dozen olive snails. Everything in great condition! Looks absolutely beautiful! Can't wait for our pond to mature! I would have taken photos of the snails, but they have happily wondered away into the pond.We will definitely order again!
The package from Aquarium Plants was received by the carrier late on June 21 and delivered to me at about 2:10 pm on June 23. I had it in the house and unpacked it within ten minutes of delivery. On their website, Aquarium Plants states that "Our Pond Plants are large mature plants." However, the plants I received were bundles of obviously fresh cuttings, held together with rubber bands and with no roots – far from the promised large mature plants. Additionally, the water mint (approximately half the value of the order) was a mess of rotten foliage that had expired long before I received the package and fit only for the compost pile. I immediately emailed the company with pictures documenting the condition of the plants and requesting a refund for the water mint. To date, I have not even received the courtesy of a reply. I am attempting to root the cuttings I received with some success.
Never ever purchase from here. I ordered some items and after two weeks gave a call as nothing was ever sent and I was told I would be getting a call back. Another week later and no call back and then any of my calls never get answered. NEVER EVER PURCHASE FROM HERE! I will be taking further action now as I never received anything at all.

All of my mystery snails arrived alive and they actually sent me a extra mystery snail just in case. Upon arrival all snails where very healthy and good quality.
Great shape, nice color. A little yellowing on the Anubis but I'll contribute that to submerse acclimating. It sucks waiting 3-4 days but that's because I'm impatient. They do a great job

I own Discus, I don't use imitation plants. Live plants are great for your aquarium fish. I do disinfect the plants with Protect X. Purchased a Myrtle Beach Discus. It will not kill snails but it does an awesome job with bacterias and fungi.
Awesome plants, fast shipping, and clean plants. Absolutely no hitch-hikers and all very lively roots. Been planted for 2 weeks now and all plants have survived and are thriving without needing CO2.
Great customer service. Plants were healthy and good size.
The only complaint was the jungle val was pretty small and not all of them were in great health.

Seemed like a great site. Ordering was simple enough. However when the plants arrived they were in poor shape. I tried contacting them but never received any response!
I ordered four bunches of hornwort 7/15 and received order 7/20. The order was a complete disaster. What should have been four bunches of healthy green plant was a few squishy strands falling apart.
I sent picture of foul plant to Aquarium Plants and also described the condition. Was told the plant was not damaged and to wash dead needles off.

I just knew they'd look great in my aquarium.

I wish the snail policy was featured more prominently. I haven't had snails in my tank and that was intentional, but I've got them now.
