We had no communication issues with the travel advisor in question but were extremely dissatisfied with the management team beyond that. S/he never called despite reminders. We will find out how well the travel on our way to India that was booked through this agency/
I'm apprehensive booking flights thru third parties due to potential issues when something goes wrong with flights. You guys are crooks. I bought a business-class flight to Singapore, and you have me coach from Austin to LA?! It's completely nuts. I called in August, and you just blew me off, broke my spirit, and did nothing. Additionally, you change my flight every couple of days. It is nuts.
I still may cancel and simply buy a "real" ticket. I think it will be worth every penny.

There were a lot of promises that were made but could not be kept because the decision was out of their hand. We reserved first or business-class seats through AG, but one of the airlines does not honor the purchase. Apparently, there is nothing I or the agent can do!
We have booked Qatar business class tickets to fly from US to South Africa in Dec. 2023, travelling in Oct. 2024. In Aug. 2024, Qatar flight schedules changes invalidated our original route, and it took 5-6 different calls with Arangrant to solve the situation (re-book the flights). The Arangrant people on the call were very friendly, trying to help, but the overall process (Arangrant-Airlines) is not efficient and it took a few weeks to solve our case. It was a happy ending, but quite stressful along the way as we were not assured that a positive outcome is inevitable. Refunding was not an option for us.

I called to make reservations to London and Sammy took the call. We booked the tickets on that call. He texted me back after the tickets were released and helped me reserve my seats. I had a similar experience with Brandon when I tried to book a trip earlier in the year.

They have changed my reservation w.in 24 hrs of booking/payment adding an x-tra leg, 6 more hrs of travel and a start of the trip that has cut my working day in half, then alleged that the reservation cannot be canceled. My reservation w. The airline had my contact email and phone number replaced w. Others. Totally illegal.
They reviewed my itinerary and found a cheaper option that was almost identical, forwarding it to me in an easy to open link. They then replied to all my questions in a time fashion. It was my first time using them and it was a good experience.

False promises when booked the ticket and paid 8% extra for travel cover which doesn't cover anything. I'm going to consumer court for this and also mention in my online review of such a bad experience.
The agent Zane gave me assurance that the insurance will cover any cancellation with 100% refund. Now he is not responding and put me in touch with customer service team who flatly refused the refund.
As a Family, We are frequent travelers and always use Skylux and Business Class for our travel. This was first time and I burnt my fingers with ARANGRANT.
Blake was able to find us a great price on our business class tickets. She listened to our requirements and she was able to find something for us that met those requirements. We've booked business class tickets with Arangrant for the past couple of years and they are our "go to" when booking airfare. Highly recommend.

After purchasing my tickets, I received at least 6 calls and emails from people asking me to change my flight to get a $50.00 discount. I chose my flight based on layover, aircraft, and airline. I had no desire to change my ticket and increase my layover time and location. Just leave me alone.
It took me a while to navigate the system to get to the "Schedule Change Department" which is what I needed (hence the four starts instead of five). Once I was there, Joshua who took care of me was extremely helpful.

Still don't have a result on change of flight spoke to airlines directly they said the change I selected was ok somehow when you send in change it's rejected if I have to go to airlines directly I don't need you
Our flight has changed (cancelled) and I cannot get ahold of anyone to rebook it. We have spent thousands of dollars and would expect the courtesy to return a request to rebook and or explain the flight options.

When our October 6 flight from Lisbon was cancelled we were unable to reach anyone at Arangrant to assist with rebooking on another flight. We were booked in business class on our canceled flight, but flew home in coach (we booked the flight). Ironically, the coach flight home cost almost the same amount as the reimbursement for our business class seats from Arangrant. The amount of the reimbursement did not seem appropriate based on the amount we paid for the seats originally. We also had to pay a "refund processing fee" of an additional $150 per passenger
I tried repeatedly to contact your 888 customer services line with no avail. I required help with the ticket within the first 24 hours of purchase. But could not reach anyone.

My flight doesn't pull up on the airlines website. Flights keep changing and Arangrant has to keep getting involved but things still are not correct. Very frustrating for a business class ticket.
Great help by Raun on looking for flight options. However - no savings from what could be booked online, directly on the airline's website. Prices almost exactly the same.
Customer service is poor. They don't listen to your concerns. They lie about a follow up when you want to change your travel dates, and are extremely rude.
Terry was my travel agent and he went to all lengths to overcome various restrictions due to my Turkish Passport.
He was pleasant, courteous and efficient. I am grateful.
