The worst third-party travel agent I've ever dealt with. Flight was cancelled on day of travel. When I asked for help, they were useless. I asked for a refund and I'm still fighting them to get my money back even though I purchased travel insurance through them. They are incompetent and untrustworthy. Do yourself a favor and don't give them your business.

I had used Arangrant several times in the past without problems, but this last autumn, because of some problems, in an email of 10/08/22, they agreed to refund me approximately $600. This never happened and now, almost 4 months later, they ignore my inquiries and refuse to respond to my emails.!

Quinn was responsive and very helpful to find flights that were needed for us on a specific day with specific time windows. Discounts on pricing were very steep compared to what the price was showing through the carrier for business class seats.
This was our first time going through London Heathrow on the way home back to the US from Milan Italy. My only advice would be to allow more than 3 hours on a layover if possible, we have been out of Milan twice in the last 2 years and flights have been delayed both times, this time we missed our connection in Heathrow when the flight was an hour late out of Milan but that is not Quinn's fault. Just a suggestion for newer travelers like ourselves on flights connecting through Europe.

If you ever provided them your personal information, they will send you constant text messages, phone calls and emails for unrequested travel indefinitely. I even tried to call them to stop. Failed. Now I get emails from (Hertz <*******@arangrant.com>), (Anthony <*******@arangrant.com>) etc. You call them and they will say, "ahh sorry, I will tell my colleague to stop calling you." Their business is not just deceptive, they will violate your do not call and unsubscribe requests.
Harrison is very helpful and always give me a favorable price of the air ticket. Once I found the ticket for international trip is too high, I reach him for help.

An update on my Arrogant travel agency. Bought two premium economy for total of $4800. When trying to change return dates 'the agency could not arrange flights' I had to buy new tickets! Cost, lost of $2400 return tickets and $2400 purchase of new tickets with another airline. When complainedto Arragant was offered a $50 travel voucher... the worst experience ever

Booked two Business Class flight roundtrip tickets from SFO to MNL, and they're not seated next to each other. I booked them as a couple (husband and wife). Is it too much to ask after spending $3,600 each ticket to book them next to each other? After checking in and going to the ticket counter, the airline couldn't switch seats either, so we spent the 13+ hours sitting apart, which is not ideal. Arangrant did nothing to help us after repeated contacts to their customer service.

Based on our investigation, we have successfully assigned seats 5E and 5G from Manila to San Francisco thru the airline’s website and these are confirmed on our end. However, it appears that this was not provided by the airline at check-in due to unknown reasons. This happen some times due to airline operational requirements that is now beyond our control. Even though I kept changing dates and locations, Alfie was patient and eager to assist me. He provided me with several alternatives and was quite helpful throughout the process. I would strongly suggest arangrant and plan to use them again in the future.
Before contacting Arangrant, I was convinced we could no longer afford to fly first class to Europe due to skyrocketing gas prices. One call to Arangrant and speaking to Hugo revealed that affordable business class flights to London and Paris still exist. In less than one hour, Hugo had found very affordable flights even going so far as to search for the best aircraft and seats available. Previously, I had wasted two weeks with our long time travel agent who could find nothing and lost lots of time on internet sites promising miracles but producing no flights without multiple layovers. If you are worried about the cost of European flights with the exorbitant gas prices - call Hugo at Arangrant and enjoy your travel.

Used Arangrant to get business class airline tickets to London & Paris for less than 50% the amount my long time travel agent had come up with after two weeks of back & forth phone calls and much better flight times and connections than any of the other airline websites I tried. Hugo went the extra mile and even got us the best airline carrier and seats - all in less than an hour.
What I have experienced has been absolutely the worst possible bait and switch by this company. They said I could have a credit for my cancelled flight with hefty processing and rebooking fees. I agreed so I could rebook. I found a ticket online listed with their agency with a similar price so I asked to rebook. They told me I could rebook at a much higher price. I asked why they were quoting so much more and I was told that the price I was seeing was only for new bookings. I couldn't have that rate. BAIT AND SWITCH!
Then I asked them to cancel my ticket and they could keep the money as I learned I had coverage and they are no longer even replying! They will not send me a cancellation letter. All I want is the $475 I paid for the processing fee to have a credit. They can keep the $4250 I do for th biz class ticket but they are even denying me this! Outrageous and defies belief.

I purchased thru Arangrant a United Premium Economy ticket for travel from SFO to Italy in June. I came down with COVID 7 days prior to the trip, I canceled directly with United and immediately notified Arangrant. Two months have passed, multiple emails, phone calls, and promises to get back to me "soon". I have yet to receive any status on a credit with United. Beware that the discount and professionalism during the purchase process will not extend to cancellations for premium or business class tickets. Unless you are certain that your plans will change, I would recommend avoiding Arangrant.

I will never ever book a flight with them. They collected money from me for two first class tickets to Europe. The airline canceled the flight and booked us two economy class tickets( bc they sold our first class seats the last minute, much more expensive). I asked for the refund, the difference between First and economy class. They never helped me and told me to contact the airline to get my money. After days and weeks of going back and forth, the airline sent $143/ ticket refund ( we all know that is not the difference between First class and economy class) TO AGANGRANT and not me. They kept the money for months and never told me about it until I found out. I also paid $700 something for insurance when I booked the trip but they said that doesn't work if the airline cancels. They are fraud and I will stay away from them! This was the second time I booked my trips with them. The first time everything was smooth with no problem. But if there is any problem your money will be wasted! I paid extra money to the agency to avoid any problems but I lost my money dealing with them

They misinform you about the refund. It seems like you will get free cancelation if you cancel within 24 hours but you will get big penalty from the airline. Never believe about their cancelation policy.
