I had a terrific experience booking a multi-city set of flights across different airlines with Andor, a specialist at Aran Grant. He was knowledgeable, patient, and very understanding of my concerns about the flights. I believe he went beyond the call of duty in making sure I was able to get exactly what I needed. They misinform you about the refund. It seems like you will get free cancelation if you cancel within 24 hours but you will get big penalty from the airline. Never believe about their cancelation policy.

Had spent many hours trying to find the best business class flights from ORD to Rome when I found a link to AranGrant on Kayak. Jason V contacted me almost immediately and has been an unbelievable help in finding just the right tickets for both schedule and pricing and we are booked and ready to go.
We have traveled extensively until COVID and this will be only our second overseas trip in 3 years. Jason made it all work and I appreciate his time and effort!

Although there are other websites where you may book online, I choose arangrant since it offered the greatest value for money. They are reliable and still takes me to my destination.

We booked a trip to Israel in March 2023 with agent Quinn. He found good deals and everything turned out as planned. He was consistent with followup as well.

Tip for consumers:
Quinn was a very helpful travel agent.

A good service, I mean it could be better, everything can be improved. You get what you pay for. Use your brain check as many agencies as possible before booking it doesn't cost anything.

The absolute worst travel agents. We booked through them for a recent European trip strictly to have a TA available in case we needed them. When it turned out we did need them, they refused to help. REFUSED being the operative word. The airline was more than happy to help but could not deal with us directly because we had used a travel agency. When we relayed the information to these horrible people we were told there was nothing to be done on their end. After multiple phone calls to arangrant to escalate (shocked that they were lying to us as we knew that in fact something COULD be done) we were told that "according to our team there is no reason to contact the airline".
When pressed they admitted that they had not even TRIED to contact Lufthansa and would not because it "would affect their ability to provide service to others". What?!? So unless you want to pay $$$$ for last minute return tickets out of your own pocket do not do business with these people. Once they have their money they will do nothing to help. If I had booked on my own I would have been much better off.

We bought tickets through them and they also sold us flight insurance. The flights to our destination (Baltic States) were ok.
When there was less than a week time to go back home to New York, we received an email from the air company that they canceled our flight. No explanation. We didn't really worry because things like that happen but that's why you buy insurance so the situation would be resolved.
No, this company also sent us an email that they are sorry for the inconvenience. They also sent several meaningless emails. The insurance happened to be as fraudulent as this company is.
Ever tried to book a flight 5-6 days before the flight?
The choices were almost nonexistent and the prices astronomical for one way flight.
This company offered nothing.
Also later on, after I already paid them, I found out that the price we paid them was slightly higher than in Google flights.
Of course. No miracles. They took the Google flights price, added their fees, cost of nonexistent insurance and this is how they make their living.
Fraud, fraud, fraud.

Products used:
I had to buy new tickets and pay astronomical price. Because it was too late

I think all these reviews are completely fake and paid for!

Learn from my mistakes! Do not use this company! They will be incredibly unhelpful, and they sell unethical tickets that WILL cause you trouble!

Their business class tickets are also semi fraudulent. They won't give you free luggage, or lounges, so you're really only paying for your seat, not the whole experience. I booked a flight from London to San diego, my first flight was a fraudulent business class ticket, I had to paid for my baggage, no lounge use, no priority. My second leg was economy with zero upgrades or anything included.

If you have to contact customer good luck. They didn't return my calls for 3 days, and their support staff were international and couldn't understand my issue. Instead they were agressive and unhelpful and hung up on me multiple times. I wanted to cancel my second flight but they couldn't because it was part of my first flight, even though I had a 20 hour layover. When I called, the customer service rep was rude and dismissive.

Seriously, I don't know how anyone has had a good experience. I think all these reviews must also be fraudulent.
