Overall, OK. Initially the fare increased from what the booking site told me by over $1000. Then they called me and offered it for the same price. Then there was some credit card issue, they threw 3 $2.19 charges at my card (I presume to see if it was a real card), of course the 4th time when they actually tried to charge the flight, it was declined because all these strange little charges set off alarm bells at Visa. In the end, it got booked, all good, but a little too much drama for what should be a very simple process.
We decided to go to London tonight. Less than two hours after the idea entered our minds, we had our flight booked from our local airport to London, and at a great price. Henry.V was great, he heard our wants and needs, and found us three good choices for flights.

Long phone time waits and no call backs. Phone menu system gets you into a tree and then you keep on waiting. It seems like only two or 3 people are working here.

I called this morning and changed my return flight date.

The checkout process is a pain on the website.

Romeo has been a big help, we plan to continue using ARAN-GRANT for future trips to Canada (via Bangor Maine) and Europe when I'm able to travel.

Overall experience of me as a Arantgrant customer was least to say its been frustrating and horrible. Lack of transparency is the last think any customer wants. They asked me to sign up for travel insurance and when I was diagnosed with contagious illness and doctors advised me to not travel. They asked me to cancel the ticket else I will forfeit the entire amount, then very discretly charged me cancellation despite sharing medical certificate as they refused to postpose the ticket without a change fee. Now they have gone radio silent despite multiple conversations with Celeste, Cody, Leonard...been week plus with zero response and charging me a fee of 1500 dollars with no communication or logic that was shared.
Why cant arantgrant be sensitive and reasonable...to such situations!

I booked a flight and paid for insurance 4 months in advance. Turns out I need surgery. The flight was over $700 and with the insurance, I am supposed to receive $78. The cost of the insurance was about $60 - total ripoff. Find your flight someplace else!
Tip for consumers:
You wait on hold approximately 38 minutes before someone answers. They are nice on the phone, just worthless in helping. It would have been less expensive to buy a first class ticket.

Warren goes above and beyond to satisfy the requirements of our entire family. He was in control of everything, from seat allocations to meals to stopover time. I would definitely suggest this service because it saved me a lot of time and gave me a terrific trip experience!

It's easy and quick to use. Great pricing are something that no one can complain about.
I have booked international travel, all classes, for over 40 years. This company simply promises you things like great customer service (which to me means at least answering your phone), the ability to change dates (which they say is impossible when you finally get in touch with them), does not assign seats properly, does not assign your frequent traveler number to your profile, does not make sure you are emailed a "time to check in" email, and basically is a company you pay money to and then they disappear. I strongly suggest you go to a proper travel agency; the rates they offer are no better than any other rates you can find on Google flights. This group is horrible at best, do not trust a word they say.

Use another travel agency. I wouldn't even call them an agency, just collects your credit card then dissappears.

This is a corporation you've never heard of before. Mario was really helpful in helping me locate a ticket that I required.
The advertised price astonished me, and I couldn't find anything better.
I recently had a ticket with your airline and needed to change the travel date. Following the instructions on your website, I proceeded to make the necessary changes online, for which I was charged $165.
To my dismay, after just an hour, I received an email from your company stating that my request for a date change had been rejected, citing an exorbitant changing fee of $1300. This sudden change in the fee is not only unreasonable but also completely unacceptable. I trusted the price offered by your website and made the necessary arrangements accordingly.
Furthermore, I have had to engage in multiple conversations through your customer service chat, which has proven to be an incredibly frustrating and time-consuming experience. The representatives I interacted with displayed a lack of professionalism and were consistently rude. This kind of behavior is not what I expect from a reputable company, and it has left me feeling extremely dissatisfied.

I bought an international ticket from them and am out thousands of dollars because they made the reservation by adding my middle initial to my first name. I tried for months to get this fixed with AranGrant. They didn't do it and the airline told me they would not be able to let me board due to the name not matching my passport. Their customer service is no help and is misnamed. Should be customer abuse department.
