1: This company would not tell me where they were located; I asked 8 times; not a good sign. It wasn't until the credit card statement that I learned they're in Delaware.
2: This company lied. When I purchased a sound healing instrument, a 128 hz tuning fork, they provided an eBook. [In a Sound Healing Course, I learned that there are contraindications for this tuning fork = OTTO 128 hz.] On the eBook page where it says OTHER OTTO 128 FAQs for this company, it says "...previously mentioned contraindications."
I wrote to Aranovia: "You didn't previously mention any contraindications." When I pressed Aranovia about the contraindications, they said "…there were none."
3: eBook was poorly designed and written, as well as difficult to read because words separated in the middle, and pages were not numbered.
4: I asked where the tuning forks were made and didn't receive a response.
The company managed to stop the shipment of my tuning fork and refunded my money. They responded: "Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the confusion and any inconvenience caused. We are currently in the process of modifying our eBook to address the issues you've pointed out, including the numbering of pages and correcting the section on contraindications. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to offer you a refund without any problems. Please let us know if you would like to proceed with that option."
MY QUESTION: Who is at the helm of Aranovia? Why does a potential customer need to point out when a company contradicts itself? Their product can have potentially bad outcomes for users. When a company lies and then contradicts itself, it's time to find another company. When a company places your health in jeopardy, it's time to find another company. When a company makes corrections, based on a person's reveal of the errors in their marketing, that company needs to make restitution to that person. A lack of integrity all around, and big time, with this company.
