I paid £300 for 5 fibreglass & latex moulds from this company on 16th Feb 2016 and have had to instruct my bank to reclaim the money from them. The owner gave me one excuse after another. Lie after lie. She even claimed to be a serving police officer and had pictures of herself in uniform on her facebook page. But I have since found out she was laid off from the police due to medical reasons, but is using her pictures in uniform to gain peoples trust online. She claimed several time to have my moulds ready but could not afford to pay £33 to post them. I offered to pay the extra £33 even though I had already paid in my first payment. But I would only send her postage labels. She could not give me correct weights to do it. Another excuse. I then contacted one of her family through facebook, and they did their best to sort it all out. Promised to send me the parcels herself. But when she went to collect them, surprise surprise they were not made. STAY WELL CLEAR of this company. They are called Archangel Designs, based in South Shields and the owner is Jamie Leigh Curtis, but also uses the Name Jamoe Leigh Romero.
