60 days out they acknowledge they never had the product they promised to ship in 8 days

This is supposed to be a supplier of materials used by furniture repair shops, antique refurbishers and hobbyists. The common denominator for their customers is that they have projects planned or underway, and need components. Failing to communicate that they are - at best - an intermediary and neither a manufacturer or direct supplier leave the customer completely exposed to their lack of delivery.
