“How to get back three hours in your day!”

I have had 27 back surgery's, finally saved up enough to buy a hot tub. It used to take me at least three hours of meds, tense, restorative yoga, etc; to get moving in the morning. Now, I just crawl to the tub and 20 minutes later; no cane, no pain, just a little bit more life back. The fella's from Arctic Spa in Dartmouth NS were the best. Everything was seamless and they even hooked me up with a discount for being a Vet. These folks are the best.
