Website claimed to be an Aussie website, however merchandise was sent from China. They sent me incorrect trainers and then claimed that it was a delivery issue with the firm they use to deliver. They then take no responsibility for their part and ask for me to re-buy my original order at a discounted price and keep the trainers I was given. Btw the trainers are cheap nasty things you would find in primark. I'm not against primark, but I am against websites sending incorrect trainers when it was a pair of limited edition reebok trainers.

The emails try to remain friendly constantly stringing you along and calling you their friend. And that there boss takes your claim very seriously. But they're absolute scammers. From the image you can see that there are 29 messages back and forth between myself and them. None of them offering anything other than me to pay a second time and for a product I never received the first time.
