The software offers a wide range of features that are crucial for my MLM operations. I appreciate the flexibility to customize the software according to my business requirements. Its a scam. They take my money almost 1 month ago until now the website they promised to deliver is not yet done! This people are totally fake. They are not what they said in their website. Full of crap!
A company to have a good reputation needs to have an exemplary customer service and so if this is lacking, it does not bode confidence for myself as a customer to continue using their products and services. Apart from resetting their scripts to suit them without letting us know, they also not have responded well to our support issues. This for me means I would not wish to use their products again if I were developing another website. If they can improve in these areas, I may reconsider, but for now I am looking elsewhere.

When they promised you the date to update, they went missing without informing. Such as holiday next Monday, they will only inform u on Tuesday after their holiday. And after asking them to inform ahead, they did the same and went missing with the reason of "off for 4 days" without informing.
They selling system which they are unfamiliar. Never integrate before too. Refer to my printscreen. When ask for refund, they informed no refund policy.
They insisted on full payment before installation of software. We made full payment and their software is incomplete and not functional. All their features have bugs and cannot operate for business, totally not the same as they promised. Gave them 2 months to troubleshoot and yet they cannot complete and keep dragging our time. All their promises are empty and always not replying our messages. Worse of all, they insisted that they will not refund our money despite not able to deliver. They are a scam IT company cheating people's money and time. Please do not believe them.
I have worked with ARM MLM a lot over the past couple of years and they have always provided a professional and reliable service. They are always there to help and ensure that their clients (me) are happy with the products they develop. I highly recommend!

My experience with ArmMLM is too much bad. They don't have a $10 mic for conversation. Support person is SHANA, she dont have any technical solution and developer is not talk with any client. They are selling MLM software (Code-igniter) version is too old. First i pay $700 for ultimate pack and when i was pay $2200 for source code. I lost my money and 4 months of time.

This software is one of the better functioning in the multi level marketing industry. Good technical support! I use this system for long time. I was happy with everything.
ARM MLM claim to be expert in script development and promise to do their best with with their team of highly skilled software application developers, designers and CEO BUT they don't resolve any ongoing issues and don't provide adequate support to their clients so if you want anything more than a base stock script, look elsewhere.
So far so good they have been doing what they promised, and they are working pretty fast I can't complain yet, I will keep you all updated if anything changes!
I got a best matrix software from arm mlm and talking to them is very convenient. I like newly updated software features and I love their new website look too.
-5 STAR! First of all. This people do now know English. They take to dam long, and the customization service is a JUNK! They do not do anything to your website when you order the customization, and worst of all, they just take your money,. I order their ultimate pack and $300 usd worth of customization work and they did not do $#*!!

I will give a fair and honest review! At first, i gave a very negative reviews because i was frustrated with the way things are done! So i can understand why there are some negative reviews calling armMLM scammers! These people need to be a little bit more patience because editing of cpanel is needed! This is why use your own hosting provider! Anything unsure, contact your own provider to edit the cpanel! ArmMLM only use your cpanel to integrate their software, don't expect them to edit your cpanel!
I admire ARMmlm Customer service, although with limited english, he is really patient, tbh, i even scolded vulgrarities because i am really impatient, but he handled it very well! Well done.
Now for customization and website design, i am not sure what are you expecting at a very cheap price? ARMmlm only provide MLM software, that's it! And is already one of the cheapest! You can get a freelancer to do customization and design!
