I'm very happy to get my new iPhone 14 pro, and I needed a good case to protect it. My friend introduced ARMOR-X cases, they have many styles of cases. I ordered a case and the shippment was fast, it arrived in a few days after I made the payment. The case is 100% the same as described. Easy to install and seems solid built, hope it does a great job.
Ordered case for oneplus 12 on ArmorX website. 19 euros + 19 Euros shipping + 22 Euros customs. Phone case has XUNDD written on side. EXACTLY same case XUNDD is sold for 3 Euros on Aliexpress which never goes through customs. Same pictures just cropped on Armor X website...I got ripped...
I ordered a case for my Samsung phone and the buttons did not align. I contacted customer service and was told I had to make a video of the problem and send it in. Do you realize that request is ridiculous when your only video camera is on said phone. After a few days, I finally got a video sent and still no successful return. I fully expect to never see the 80$ again
Extremely poor quality product. They sent me a broken tempered glass and the wrong case. Now they are saying that if I send them back the product they will reimburse me. What a joke! I am supposed to be spending more money to send they back a defective product.

I spent $150 on the state of the art shockproof and waterproof case for my Samsung S20 ultra. I dropped it onto timber from 1m and the clear plastic cover cracked. The consultant I dealt with told me that this part is not covered under warranty which I can't believe. Previously had Lifeproof for 2 years and no such issues. Piece of rubbish for double the price of a Lifeproof
Been 2 months and received nothing. Be warned they are in China, which I did not know at the time of ordering, after a couple of weeks of receiving nothing, I contacted them by email and they told me it would arrive in another 2 weeks. Been back and forth with emails for the past 2 months now they are blaming my post office. I paid $60 and have nothing to show for it.
I dont understand why some online channels like Unbox Therapy speak so highly of this company. I ordered a phone case for my Xiaomi/Redmi Note 10 Pro because their site advertised it as rugged, protective etc. I spent well over $100 USD on the cover and several mounts. When I received the case, it is substantially larger then my phone, it is also a cheap, generic case with the Armor-X mount stuck on the back and not even stuck on straight! So every time I look at the phone in any mount, it is not sitting straight.
I contacted the company about this, first they tried to get me to send it all back to Hong Kong with the note that they 'may refund at some point in the future'. They have now offered a replacement case, to which I asked why the heck would I want another case if the quality is so damn poor?!?!
Just stay away unless you enjoy being disappointed :(
Searching online for a case for my phone (iphone xs max), i came across this site "armor-x". After much browsing, i decided to give it a go. Long story short, the front plastic and rubber case was not "quality" and because i could not find a product that would help reduce glare and the product turned out to be cheap and flimsy, i asked for a claim. First i was told to buy a new case, then after attempting a "warranty claim", i received no answer for the warranty claim after several emails, nor did i receive a response for products that were shipped and no longer needed.
My IPhone 12 pro max case was sold to me as an "... extreme waterproof and shockproof case...". I say my IPhone case because Amor-X will not refund. The return process requires the purchaser to apply for a refund form from Armor-X that, if approved, will give the purchaser a credit with the company. It starts to sound like more trouble than the purchase price, which was quite high ($69.99 US). The case is flimsy and looks like slightly better protection than a zip lock bag. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
I have bought several of these cases for field research and data collected on ipads. They are waterproof, but the covers scratch way too easily. The customer service is horrible and they say scratches are not covered and would not replace them even though they were only used for one day. I would not recommend buying these products. There are other great waterproof cases out there and the companies have better customer service. Catalyst has great customer service.
I bought and iPad Pro case for 12.9 inch plus mount 134 dollars never had a real tracking number instead they sent me emails with a fake tracking from DHL. And went to Dhl website and this number never existed it says in the fake number that I needed to contact DHL as they had a wrong address never got it they stole my money do not buy from this rats
Purchased the iPhone SE shockproof cases, actually quite impressed with the actual case but the skeleton key which allows you to clip various tools into the slot broke after 3 uses… didn't even last a week. You have to lift the tab up enough to release the locking mechanism but if you lift it slightly too much it snaps… very poor product design IMO. When I contacted customer service they said it is "physical" damage which isn't covered under warranty even though the only time I touched it was to use it as intended so I'm not sure how that doesn't come under warranty. They offered to send a replacement but I would have to cover postage despite already spending $$$ on a product I couldn't even use for a full week. Definitely won't be purchasing from this company who chooses to operate under a profit focused business model at the expense of their customers.
Do Not Buy from these clowns.
The case comes from China and the company is form china. The website make it look like they are in the USA.
I have just received the iPad Pro 11 waterproof case and it is terrible! The case is the same at the Ali case which you can buy of Amazon for £38.00.
As soon as I put the iPad in the case the sleep/wake button is constantly pressed down. The screen protector is terrible as well and you hardly have and control over the screen.
I will be contacting PayPal and asking for a refund
$75 case, 4 months for shipping, screen protector has little dings and nicks in it. I'm so disappointed and do not trust the effectiveness of this case. I'm chalking it up and buying another Ghostek brand case from Amazon. Had one on my S9+ for almost 2 years. Ghostek.
This company is basically out to fleece you. They have abysmal customer service. You'll notice thier website doesn't even post an email address or phone number. And thier live chat window isnt manned. The goods actually come from the far East so if you need to return them you have to send them recorded and signed for delivery to Hong Kong which will cost you upwards of £20. The refund is then only given if they deem it appropriate and even then it won't be a full refund.
Trying to deal with them is like shouting at a tree. If you do manage to get a response from them (somehow) the answer is usually ambiguous and only half answer
Quite apart from this the poor quality of manfacture means you WILL want your money back

Impossible to write to them through their contact form which ask for a captcha which does not appear on the page. Wrote to their paypal email address "*******@armor-x.com", no response. I am going to cancel my payment through paypal.
Had this on the tablet for about a week. The first drop from about 3ft onto wood floor, landed on corner slightly toward back, and cracked the screen. Screen is now flickering and cracked. Funny thing is I was bragging about how cool the case was. I didn't use the tablet until this case came in and look what good my cool case did me.
I wish I had read the reviews of this company before I purchased a phone case from Armor-X. Basically, they overcharged for a case they hyped up on their website as great protection for cell phones. I literally purchased the same phone case from Amazon for 1/3 the price as I needed a case to "get me by" as I waited for the Armor-X case to arrive. The case took a few weeks to arrive, and when it did, I looked at this over priced case and compared to the one I had been using from Amazon. I only paid $18 with free shipping included form Amazon for the exact same case that Armor-X charged me $59.00. Now that I want to return the Armor-X case, I can't get them to give me the Return Goods Authorization that they require to get me my money refunded. Do not do business with Armor-X.
Paid for express shipping and WEEKS later, company sends me multiple scripted emails saying it shipped while their OWN tracking link to USPS indicates the company has not yet shipped/dropped the item at the post office.
MULTIPLE REQUESTS for a /cancellation and refund have been met with their RIDICULOUS "no cancellations after 12 hours" (WTH?) and please wait a few more weeks. This company has the WORST customer service... period.

What are back in the 70's when you would order something and it's states 6-8 weeks delivery? This company plays it up that they are in the states but everything ships from China. Prices aren't that great considering the ship time. Normally when you order something coming from China it's dirt cheap and you're fine with receiving 2 months later. These guys charge premium prices and still ship from China.So, that would explain the lack of return policy and god forbid you ordered the base case and wanted to get the extra attachments later, way later. This company on any of it's ads, website indicates the shipping from China. Why? Because you know your sales would plummet. So, get a warehouse in the states, order a $#*! load of cases, attachments etc. Then ship from the states. You could even hook up with Amazon. So, in closing, $#*!ty customer service, doesn't honor warranty and ships from China, which means 1-2 months to receive. And look at the tracking I got from customer service rep. Why was this process through the same Guangzhou facility 5 times?!?!?

The bracket to which the screw-on clip attaches keeps breaking: my iPhone has crashed to the ground 3 times now and has suffered screen damage as a result.
They have replaced this bracket twice; I have told them it is a defective design and not fit for purpose, yet they do not reply on this point.
I ordered $100 worth of accessories from this company. Everything seemed pretty good and then the plastic part of the case broke within 2 months. I am not hard on my phone so this was unexpected and disappointing.
I have "submitted" the online contact information form 5 times and it always says "please click on the reCAPTCHA box" and yet that box doesn't exist.

I can't say enough bad things about this company and their products. I think the only thing worth what I paid for was the phone case. But literally everything else broke within a few months. I bought a desk stand for my phone and the key broke and according to them that isn't under warranty because it's physical damage which doesn't make any sense to me. Actually almost every key breaks and is never under warranty according to them. I bought a phone mount for my bike and after a few months the arm broke. I got them to send me a replacement, and in another few months that one broke and I was more careful with that one that I was with the first one and I treat my stuff very well but I ride my bike it should be able to survive bike riding. This time however they decided to say that I was too rough and that damage was not covered by the warranty and that they were going to replace it. So I think if I tallied everything up that broke I think that's probably about $60 worth of stuff I bought from them that's broken and I can't use any more and if they won't fix or replace is apparently nothing is covered under their warranty. This is a scam joke company don't anyone ever buy any of their products and any website who's hosting them take them down immediately because oh my gosh. Not to mention their products lasting longer than a few months and they claim their warranty is 2 years but they can have a two year warranty because it doesn't cover anything according to them.

You only get free shipping for orders $60 and up. There is no phone number you can call because unless you live in Japan you can forget and Live customer service. And emailing them is like pulling pus from a wound.

The kick stand on my iPad MSX-7A will not stay locked in place. The hand strap is attached to the kick stand and therefore the hand strap comes loose unexpectedly; losing control. The company is in Hong Kong making customer service impossible. The only way to contact them is via email and you wait days for a response. I would NOT RECOMMEND Armor-X.
