Building Consultant help me. Joshua took time to help me with a quote for a building I was looking into getting. You see my husband was the decision maker. He and his mom died 3 weeks and 4 days apart each with COVID19 pneumonia last July and August. Then 2 weeks after my husband's death hurricane Ida came through south Louisiana and damaged my house and blew down my husband's shed. Joshua explained everything to me and sent me emails to help me see exactly what he was talking about. I appreciate his time and understanding and knowledge in your company. Brandon was very helpful in helping find the right building for me. He wasn't pushy like other salesman I've delt with before. Even though it going to be awhile until I'm ready to build. I'm definitely going with Armstrong to build fit me.

Working with Armstrong Steel Corp is a professional personable experience. Chris Sirhall has walked me through the process and guided me through all aspects of the building and what we need to consider to complete the process.

To have someone who cares and understands all of the needs to make our choice meet our needs as well as guiding us through the process, A Great way to have a new building with 50 year warranty!

I worked with Arielle, she was very thorough and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all of my questions and gave me a great idea of what I will get and need to erect the unit. Armstrong offers great pricing and very complete package.

We have been working with Conner Donohue at Armstrong and he has been wonderful to work with the. He always is there to answer all my questions (which has been a lot). He is super friendly and great to work with over the last few months. I had done a lot of research when looking for a company to work with for our building needs and Armstrong had been the best in price and costumer service. This has been a wonderful experience and would recommend for anyone's steel needs.

Jim Christopherson is Awesome. I contacted Armstrong to obtain information and a quote for a steel building to be used as a barndominium. Jim did a great job providing insight and information on steel structures for this purpose. I look forward to working with Jim and Armstrong in the near future.

I knew I wanted a steel building for our 5th wheel trailer, but didn't have a real firm idea of what I needed. I filled out the on line quote request and Jeff Reimers called me promptly and helped me get a firm idea of what I needed. I have some other things to consider, like what all I want the building to be, and have put the building purchase on hold for now. But Jeff was very helpful and I did not feel any pressure to put money down before I really knew exactly what I wanted. Jeff is easy to work with and is very helpful.

Building. Although I have not purchased a building yet he has been awsome! He has been very professional and hasn't been pushy at all. (As some sales people can be) So far it's been a great experience.

I am one of the Directors of the Fox River Trolley Museum in South Elgin IL, where we display and operate a collection of antique trolley cars. Our Board has started exploring options for additional storage buildings, looking to get more of our cars stored indoors. On their web site, Armstrong Steel offered the opportunity to obtain a quotation for one of their buildings and had several FAQs which were a great help for a non-architect like myself. Based on that, I requested a quotation for a building with some non-standard dimensions.

I was very pleased with the quick response that Joni Kocet and her team at Armstrong provided. She developed a price for the building kit and walked me through their rules of thumb for the cost to erect the building on our site. These data were very helpful for our Board to begin the decision process among several differing options.

Great company to deal with Alicia Veillon has been a star so far and has handled all questions and changes that have had to happen ( I'm the lead on the project but have a board that has to approve everything we are a private not for profit in the emergency medical field).

I called Armstrong Steel Buildings and spoke with Kadeem Angus. Kadeem and the whole staff went above and beyond to help me through the whole process and made it as easy as posable for me to order my building. I look forward to working with Kadeem further on this project and in the future as well!

This was my third steel building project, first with Armstrong. It won't be my last! Jeremy was the best. Project management team really handled their business and helped me out. I love the way my galvanized framing looks. Only issue we had was no eave trim or cornter trim showed up with the building. I thought to myself "well here we go Mike! You've been through this before, no way you're getting this stuff". I was wrong! Kitty (customer service) handled it and had it on our jobsite in less than a week. She even wrote us a heartfealt apology letter! Great job guys. I'll be doing another 40x80 this fall for the rest of the equipment.

I have a difficult project in Ghana, incorporating both Industrial content and socially beneficial Elements, clinic, crèche and vocational training, for an impoverished rural area, 30 km from the nearest town. As linked to US Aid agencies, structural elements needed to be fabricated and delivered from the USA.

Armstrong have been fantastic in their support and advice, but Jim Christopherson has been outstanding in his knowledge, understanding and appreciation of the difficulties, AND HOW TO OVERCOME THEM!

Hello everyone. There admittedly is some negative press going around about this company BUT take a few minutes to check all the facts. Remember that IF people are making reviews it is typically the few that had a bad experience, or an exceptionally good experience. Were some people disappointed with their experience through the COVID crisis with delays and/or cost changes? Yes. However, COVID pricing affected all of us and still is. Finally we are starting to see some relief. I am not affiliated with this company at all but rather was working to get a building through them.
Well, what about my experience? I have been on the phone many multiple times with these kind, helpful and accommodating people. They went out of their way to make my project work. The worked with me on the pricing and the shipping to make the project fit my budget. I was able to get in on some special pricing due to a large order being placed, however a budget problem came up and I was not able to continue with my project. Again, these people worked with me to everything they could to help me out. Ultimately I was not able to continue with the project, at least not yet, but even though this was the case they STILL were kind, understanding and helpful. They really wanted to help me make it work but when my budget got killed by unforeseen circumstances they came through. In a few months I guarantee I will be working with them again, detailing my dream garage workshop. Thank you Armstrong. Good luck!
