Shipping takes forever but I'm really happy with the product. I've never tried to contact customer service so I have no comments about that. Just had patience and eventually my shirts, hoodies and stickers arrived perfectly. I would order from them again.

I really liked how Arm the animals pitched their cause and I ordered a couple of things from them without checking reviews first (lesson learned). 8 weeks later, I haven't received my order, and Arm the Animals will not reply to any of my emails. With no recourse for their customers, what Arm the Animals is doing is absolutely theft. Our collective friend Karma will do its thing, and in the meantime, I want my money back.

I've ordered from ATA a handful of times. The shipping is a little slow, but that was ok with me in support of the small business and their mission. However this most recent order will be my last. I placed the order on 11/7 and was told it would arrive in 8-10 business days. That deadline came and went with no order. I reached out to customer service multiple times; Natalie was completely unhelpful and refused to honor my request of partial refund for the inconvenience. On 1/5, I received an email that my order was finally shipped. Awful experience. I will not order from them again.

A months wait for 2 shirts that are too small to fit my dog. Admittedly; I failed to notice one of my shirts was somehow swapped from a men's large to a men's small somewhere in the checkout process and that's my own mistake, but I'm still not pleased with the other shirt. All the catchy slogans and fun graphics in the world can't salvage badly made products. The large shirt would be too tight on a scrawny adolescent but I'm an 18 stone, 183 cm mechanic. I ordered a shirt, not a bra.

Tip for consumers:
Order any clothing around 2 sizes larger than you think you should. Double check your order when they send you the receipt. Don't expect your items to show up for over a month if COVID is still going on when you order.

Placed an order and received it fairly quickly. However, I ordered two shirts as gifts with very different sizes and patterns. They reversed the sizes thereby making the shirts unusable as gifts. I. have tried multiple times to email them with only an automated response back. Save your money. Support other small businesses.

This company is absolutely terrible with customer support, I ordered two tees that were apparently "half off" and then got 12 dollar shipping lmao. I sent the order early August and it was supposed to ship but 3 weeks after than it never shipped to that address even though it said it did, I contacted support and I didn't even get a response not even automated message. Just an outright scam I bet the shorts are dog$#*! anyways

Don’t ever use this site, I hope the go out of business.

After waiting for 4-6 weeks for order (yes, I'm allowing for Covid), I only received part of my order. Three emails to the address given with no personal reply, just automated. They were quick to process my payment though! Plenty of other sites; don't waste your time with this one.

I've ordered several shirts and hoodies from this company, and the quality is very good! I've had a hoodie for 5 years, and it still looks great- color is deep and it didn't fray where I cut the neck area! It does take a bit longer to get them than a fully stocked big shop, but they're worth the wait!

I couldn't figure out what the culprit was when my pillow cases turned blue, but when my husband's underwear came out with a pink tint I figured i needed to investigate. Yeah. Revenge of the Animals. It's too bad because I really liked both my oversized t-shirts, and now I need to contact several people that I gave these to for Christmas and let them know to wash these separately.

Spent 70+ dollars on this site, never got anything but one sticker. I reached out to then several times, but all I got were automatic responses. Never got anything else or my money back. This site is a scam. If you want to help just donate to your local humane.

Ordered twice from them. First order I made a size mistake on one of two sweat shirts. Noticed error within 30 minutes of placing order. E-mailed them immediately and received no response. Tried 6 more times, no response. Received the item after 30 days with the incorrect size. Contacted them to exchange no response. Second order was for two sweat shirts, again about 30 days to receive. One was. Correct, the second was blank, just a white sweat shirt. Contacted them immediately, again nothing. Will not make this mistake again. Buyer beware!

I was shipped the wrong order and have sent 4 emails over the last 6 weeks with zero response. Basically a big FU. The product I ordered and paid for was more expensive then the product they sent me but whatever lesson learned I will just donate money to a real charity and not try to order a product to help.

Ordered two face masks and a bunch of stickers about two months ago, got the stickers but not the masks. Emailed them repeatedly, no answer. They suck you in with the animal business and then you pay for nothing. Support the ASPCA instead.

I love animals, but I hate this Company.
It's been over a month and I still haven't received my order. I've written emails twice to the company and they give me a song and dance about pal there a new Company and that they're under staffed. Guess what, that's not my problem! Oh it's a company says they're going to deliver the product between eight and 12 days they better do everything to ensure that. I do not recommend this company at all. You're better off going to Café press or Zazzle and making your own merch

I ordered multiple t-shirts and a face mask and only the face mask came. I have emailed them four times and they have not responded. I don't think I'll ever get my t-shirts or money back. I like the cause but that is my last order from them. Truly the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

They told me that my order will arrive…
They told me that my order will arrive in 8 to 10 days not including weekends or holidays but it's been weeks and weeks and I'm still waiting on my order to come. Customer service never gets back to me but they continuously email me every single day trying to get me to order more stuff.

I placed an order over a month ago. I haven't received my order. I've sent multiple emails with no response from anyone from ATA. I understand a delay or cancellation of my order due to COVID-19, however, I still receive promotional emails. I have no trust of receiving my order or receiving my money back as they have extremely poor customer service and zero communication. I would have ordered again to help with a great cause, but I am more then disappointed.

Worked here for over a year. They will pay you minimum wage and force you to do all the work without fare compensation,expecting 100% accuracy. The "manager" hugo is high all the time and makes countless mistakes and blames the heat pressers for his own incompetence. They bounce your checks for 2+weeks when it's convenient for THEM to stay afloat then lie to your face about the reason you didn't get paid on time. DONT WORK HERE!

I ordered a tshirt 3 months ago and never received it. I ordered it for a gift and had to purchase another shirt elsewhere because obviously they are not sending it. I got an email saying my item was shipped but then never got it. Save your money and shop elsewhere

I've been a customer for years, and they could care less. Never shipping products. Why's it take 2 months to ship. Sending wrong items and wr9nh sizes, and will noy respond to inquiries. They could care less. I'm no longer a supporter of this company.

I love my new shirt! I don't know why others complained of the longer shipping time, this isn't Amazon after all. Mine took slightly over a month to arrive to Canada.

I ordered a shirt on March 9th and it didn't get to me till the first or second week of April. They did warn me that they ship 8-10 business days after purchase. Still a bit longer, but no biggie. Then I didn't get the correct shirt. It had a similar decal, but it wasn't the one I really wanted. I emailed the customer service and they got me taken care of, even told me to go ahead and keep the shirt. Super nice of them, but when I got the replacement shirt, it was the same as the one I had before. So, I have two of the wrong shirt and to be honest, I'm not even wanting to fool with it anymore. I'm just going to cut my loss and quit shopping with this site. I love the premise, but this is the second time I've bought a shirt, the second time it took over a month to get to me, and the second time I've got the wrong product. I have to give the customer service kudos on timeliness and professionalism, but it's a bit frustrating to get the wrong product every time.

Tip for consumers:
Be open to similar products because what’s on the site isn’t what you’re going to get. And be patient.

These guys are pretty $#*!ty across the board. Zero customer service. No delivery or it takes three months and you get half your order. They pretty much just rip people off.

Arm The Animals claims to be a "charitable clothing company" - but in reality they just take your money instantly -- then basically drops off the face of the earth. Apparently some people do eventually get what they paid for - with EVENTUALLY being the main point. The company claims to ship in "8 to 10 business days (not counting weekends)" but that is simply a complete lie. It is impossible to contact anyone at Arm The Animals once you have placed an order. The company has no published phone number. They completely ignore any messages sent via the "contact us" link on their website. Occasionally someone responds to public comments on their Facebook page, but even then the contact is minimal and more lies. I eventually did get someone to respond to my public complaint. He (or she - no name was ever given) pretended they would check on my orders if I gave them the order numbers. I provided the order numbers but instead of any order status, the only response was a repeat of the lie that they ship in "8 to 10 business days (not counting weekends" -- when I pointed out that one of my two orders was already longer than that time, and the other order was right at that time there was no further answer. They just dropped off the face of the earth again.
