Shipping takes forever but I'm really happy with the product. I've never tried to contact customer service so I have no comments about that. Just had patience and eventually my shirts, hoodies and stickers arrived perfectly. I would order from them again.

I really liked how Arm the animals pitched their cause and I ordered a couple of things from them without checking reviews first (lesson learned). 8 weeks later, I haven't received my order, and Arm the Animals will not reply to any of my emails. With no recourse for their customers, what Arm the Animals is doing is absolutely theft. Our collective friend Karma will do its thing, and in the meantime, I want my money back.

After waiting almost 6 weeks, I understood COVID I got the wrong mask, contacted company and like most people never received a reply,

First order went fine! Long time for delivery though,

Think twice about ordering from this company, not to sure whether is just poor service or an out right scam,

I HATE to do this, but I DO NOT recommend ordering from this company. I am allllll about supporting companies especially who are in it for a good cause- but they took my money over a month ago and I have had to send them 5 emails and messages on social media to find out about my order and have been completely ignored. They JUST answered me 6 weeks after my order and all they said was they were going to refund me- NOT EVEN SEND ME THE ITEMS I ORDERED

I bought 3 XL t-shirts from Arm The Animals as I like the cause they defend and their designs are pretty cool. First, they took ages to ship my order and when I finally received it, two of the t-shirts fit perfectly, strangely the third one was way much larger than the two others. Although it was tagged as XL, it was clearly XXL if not XXXL as I could simply wear it as a pyjama. I contacted ATA and asked if I could return it and swap it for the exact same t-shirt but the size below (aka Large) and their only reply was:
"Unfortunately Bart I am unable to exchange for this item is final sale."

So, I'm stuck with an "XL t-shirt" that clearly is way larger that I won't be able to wear and they couldn't care less.

I guess my first order will also be the last one! They clearly don't care about customer satisfaction from the moment they took your money! I'll defo buy somewhere else, there are many similar causes around with way better customer service.

Man, first of all it says no where until you order that it takes up to 8-12 days to fill the order BEFORE even shipping. They continue to promote their products even tho once you order it states they are very behind on shipping and to expect 2-3 days for them to even respond for an enquiry! List this info BEFORE people purchase on Dec 3rd expecting to recieve atleast by Christmas.

***UPDATE 7/31/22***
Over 2 months and a stalker-level amount of messages sent from me to ATA, I FINALLY RECEIVED THE HOODIE THAT I ORDERED ON MAY 23RD! Still no response, apology, or anything from anyone at ATA since July 13th, but I finally got what I ordered!

I hate writing this review, as I don't want to slam a company that is supposedly "for the animals" - but the customer service is deplorable and unacceptable. I ordered a hoodie, they sent me the wrong one. Fine, I contact them, they refund me. I order the hoodie that I originally wanted again, and AGAIN they send me the wrong thing. And now they are ignoring me. So, if you want to give them money and receive a mystery item then get completely ignored, go for it.

Tip for consumers:
Shipping time is a mystery - maybe you'll get it in a few business days, maybe you'll get it in months. One thing you can be sure of, is they will be non responsive and leave you in the dark! Not entirely sure what the refund policy is since they can't even seem to send the correct items.

Expect to wait months, if your order arrives at all-then wrong item, wrong size, no response from customer service! I wish I had read the reviews.

I've ordered from ATA twice now. I had a perfect experience the first time with my order of 6 tanks and 15 stickers. I placed my order on 8/4/22 and it was delivered on 8/16/22, so when I wanted to order another t-shirt and a bunch more stickers I figured I'd have the same experience. WRONG.

I placed my second order on 9/14/22. I reached out to the company on 10/9 when I still hadn't received any shipping confirmation and they responded the following day to apologize for the delay and tell me that they were working on it but it wouldn't ship for another two weeks.

It is now 11/14- exactly two months since my order date, four weeks past the two week shipping delay- and I just submitted my 3rd customer service request because the last two have been ignored. My order status still shows "unfulfilled" and I get more irritated each day. It's one t shirt and some stickers…

"We're a small company…"
Okay. And? That's not an excuse for poor customer service. If you don't have the ability to keep up with business on a large scale, then stay a small local business. If you are going to advertise to a large market, invest in more people to help keep things running smoothly and grow your business or it's going to tank. This is a company that rakes in over $5M in revenue, so there's no reason for it to have as few employees as it does, only around 100. Also, their donations are pretty small in the grand scheme for a $5M business, and they can get away with not disclosing an actual donation percentage. So in all reality, they could only be donating 1¢ of every order.

But, if it's any consolation, it's not just customers they ignore. They have an "F" rating with the BBB because they refused to respond to their requests back in 2020 as well, and they are being investigated because of the amount of complaints.

Unfortunate lesson learned- for me and too many others. Their stuff is really cute and I like it a lot, but it's just not worth the stress or supporting a business that clearly isn't as about the animals as it claims.
