Arz Host

Have been using arzhost successfully for a couple of years for e-mail hosting. Have had a couple of minor problems that were solved quickly by support. However last week everything went to $#*!. Unable to connect to use email, unable to connect to Cpannel, and can't get anything support through ticket, chat, or phone. So totally $#*!ed...

I have lost my domain name because of Arz Host. I have paid and renewed my domain name and it seemed like my domain name was renewed. However, I couldn't set the name servers due to an error by Arz Host. I tried to contact Arz Host by email, phone, and WhatsApp for over 6 moths, but I had never gotten a response. Then someone contacted me from an unofficial email saying that I never renewed my domain and it is lost already. I have my renewal invoice, confirmation with dates, and I have opened a complaint case with ICAAN. Arz Host is a great place if you want to pay, get no services and lose your domain names, business, money and time!

I bought Arz Hosting for WordPress, and it was the best experience I've had. First, their prices are very affordable, with amazing features like a free domain and unlimited services.

Value and price are equally important in shared web hosting. ARZ is presenting a blend of these that is why I must say its mend for newbies and small business exclusively.

I was astonished to find ARZ Host is just fantastic with customer care services whatsapp, call, ticket and emails. The VPS I'm using is fabulous. Recommended.

Having been with ARZ for 2 years I have had, up until recently, reasonable service. However, in the last 2 weeks my emails have stopped, certificates have not been autorenewed, and now my cPanel is unaccessible. The communication has been poor have to wait atleast 48hrs for a reply. But now nothing. 2 days. Without service... not one phone call, message, email. To repsond to my tickets. A sign that these guys are going odnw. Stay away! Im moving to a more reliable hosting provider!

I get the following message when trying to access cPanel:

Maximum Users Exceeded.
The number of users on the server exceeds the maximum number of allowed users for your host server.
For more information, contact your hosting provider: "Who is my hosting provider?"
If you have already updated your license, please wait a few minutes. Then try logging in again.
