I bought a necklace from them and it arrived super quickly, the closure was missing but I've sent them an email and they helped me the same day I sent it and they sent another one without extra costs which is so nice!
My order was incomplete which i emailed Ashlen about, had to send a photo then they tell me it is complete.I wouldn't give this jewellery to anyone it's such terrible quality & extremely poor customer service.Don't be fooled by the look & don't buy the Mystery gift it's like children's play jewellery.
Spent more than 30$ on an order for earrings, never received. They kept replying to my emails that they'll send a"replacement item", each time it failed and the same story over and over since January. The shipment tracking always magically stops after some point and the package has an issue and disappears, always at the same point of shipping. I'm outside the US btw. I've seen other people in reviews receive the items (mostly inside US) and just complain about quality and overpricing but I didn't get them at all and don't think I ever will. So basically this impulsive buy=money in the trash, scammers.
Ordered a necklace, but it has been over two months now -- never received the necklace (judging by reviews, not a big loss). The next day, after ordering from them, I started receiving phishing emails (never had them before). I was naive to think that such scammers are not advertised on Facebook/Instagram. I would have been ok with not a great product since the price was not high, but selling customer data? No thanks. Reported this ad multiple times on Facebook/Instagram; such a disappointment that they keep on posting it, leading the users straight into scammers' hands.

Bought x4 hug rungs advertised as 'silver', given as Christmas presents, all 4 turned their fingers black within 3-4 weeksofwear! Turns out they are silver plated on copper! Complained, refund refused, gift token to value only option! But as they falsely advertise, not keen to spend anything with them.
Tip for consumers:
Don't trust them when they say 'silver' it means silver coloured/plated!

Didn't deliver my purchased product, nor were they willing to give a refund or even assist in the delivery issue which was a fault on their end to being with. Experiences such as these make online shopping so distasteful and unsafe. Lost my money and time on this, there are better options out there, don't consider this site.
Tip for consumers:
Do not recommend it, there are better, authentic and safer online shopping options out there, this site felt like a hoax.
They are stealing pictures form an artist on Etsy, making you think you'll receive a wonderful piece of jewelry and you end up receiving a terrible necklace made in China, cheap cheap cheap beyond belief. Stay away!
Never received. They told me tracking said it was delivered 2 days after I ordered when tracking actually shows it hasn't moved from the airport since a week after i ordered. Palmed off by customer service
They steal other peoples artwork and price it four times the original price then do a '60% off special' so they can sell it twice as much while you think you're saving money. When I went there to buy cat dangling earrings, it was on a 60% off special that was apparently ending in 3 hours and 40 minutes. I went on the same page a few hours later and the timer still said 3 hours and 40 minutes. Just a bunch of money grabbing scammers
Tip for consumers:
Dont. You can find the same products for cheaper on sites like etsy

Saw an ad on Facebook, 60% percent off « healing crystal pendulums »... « handmade »... « USA based company ». With well written descriptions of each crystals on the website. I bought the opal one with high hopes. How wrong I was. When I tracked my order I saw that it was actually made in China. I received the pendulum almost a month later, with a fake plastic crystal and a cheap chain that's been painted in golden paint. Fortunately my sister liked it and I gave it to her. But here's the thing, if you're stupid and naive like me: I'm pretty sure Ashlen has never been closing off its collection. They're only using that excuse amidst the pandemic to make you believe that they were once a successful little local company... No. It's just the chinese machine. Handmade? Yeah, probably by low-paid women in some giant factory. Conclusion: don't buy from them.
Ashllen advertised heavily on Facebook. I ordered two necklaces last month and neither has arrived. Thankfully I challenged the charges on my Visa card after reading other terrible reviews of the company.
Updated January 5,2022 I ordered in November. Arrived yesterday. As described above, cheap looking machine stamped from China. Very disappointed.
I'm so disappointed in myself for ordering from a stupid company like this. Received two fake cheap looking necklaces from here and I returned them immediately. Emailed the company they gave me the information to send it back. Did everything correctly however now they are no longer responding to my emails and when I track the package I sent back to them it says it was delivered a week ago but have not seen a refund yet! So I'm losing hope after emailing them a handful of times. I just flushed $50 down the drain :( if I knew I wouldn't be refunded I would have just kept the cheap fake jewelry and just given them to my kids.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t ever buy anything from that site

The designs are cuter in online pictures and the quality is atrocious. It's shein cheap quality. The earring metal bends so easily it doesn't keep its shape. The chain is so cheap it will break easily if caught on anything. Some of the stones are falling off from one item I ordered. I cannot believe I paid $40 and was made to believe I was getting 50% off. It's a scam. Do not buy!
Tip for consumers:
Avoid this site, terrible quality

The company claims to be a small home business based in Colorado. The product shipped from China. The necklace is a cheap machine stamped medallion, not like the photo. The terms for refund require that the package with the product not be opened. 1st time I ever got scammed. Buyer beware
Don't order from this company. They take your money and you get nothing. They keep sending emails saying order was shipped. Yet no order has been received and they won't refund my money. They want a 20% restocking fee for something I don't have
Tip for consumers:
To not order from this place

I ordered but still nothing received. I want my money back. Why should I pay a restocking fee for something I have never received
I'd seen lots of online ads from Ashlen for so long and finally decided to try ordering from them. I placed an order a month and a half ago. It took 3+ weeks before my items arrived, and that whole time I had to download a third party app just to track the package. This app did not alert me when the package arrived, and by the time I checked it for an update, it said it had already arrived. Low and behold, the package had been stolen off the front porch. It took another several weeks of back and forth with customer service before they finally told me I had only purchased standard shipping, meaning they wouldn't replace or refund anything. This is why it's bad to buy from small companies like this. They have cute products that you'd love to try out, but they don't care enough about helping you out if situations like this arise. Terrible company. Would highly not recommend.
Very hard to deal with. Hug rings arrived and look great. A week later the so called silver is fading and color coming through. No response from this company. Will call credit card company and they will dispute my claim and if they don't get a response either, they will reverse payment and this company will lose money.
Tip for consumers:
Not to deal with this UNREPUTABLE company. When you look at the reviews most are 5 but when I tried to put in a review my review never shows. Seems that only 5 shows.

They resell stuff from Aliexpress that's very very cheap for 5-10x the price. I've also heard they steal items from Etsy (probably also at a very high markup). I recommend you do a reverse image search (just google) to find the actual product.

I bought a bracelet and necklace, the stones were plastic and completely fake, the quality is less than zero. The seller is a big lier and wrote some fake advertising on the website.
I am regretful for this shopping and I never buy again anything from this website.
I would recommend that if you like your money never waste it for this low quality products.
I believe that even one star rating is too much for this site and its products. If there were zero stars, I would definitely choose it.

This website is using stolen products and photos from many Etsy shops, including my own. Their customer reviews are also NOT their own, and stolen from us Etsy sellers. Do not trust them, they are a scam selling knock-off products from China.
Tip for consumers:
Fake products, do not purchase from them, complete scam website.
I ordered two items, both were not as in the pictures. The "Raindrop Earrings" looked completely different than in the advertisement (pictures for comparison in the attachment). The "Tessel Earrings" had the stick at the wrong place so that they did not fit at all. The customer service saw no problem and did not refund the items.
Tip for consumers:
The price is always -60% but in comparison with the quality still too high. They say the items are hand made in america, but the items were shipped from china.

I ordered the mountain necklaces through the Ashlen website. They arrived and were complete garbage. I returned the necklaces exactly as instructed - to exact shipping address with delivery confirmation, which confirmed the package was returned and delivered/received by a person in August 2021. I emailed in September to check on the status of my return and they said it was likely getting sterilized before the return was processed. It is now October and they said they never received it and have not issued my return. The company is a complete scam and never buy anything from them.
Bad quality and they make it a real struggle to find the company again (no labels at items/package, no order confirmation mails). And if, if (!) you find it, you have to read the really small AGB, which are also not so easy to find. Than you have to go through many steps including e-mail exchange and everything will last for so long, that the 30days which the give you for returning, are over. I gave up in the end and I will definitely never order anything from this company again and advise everyone not to. It's really a shame that ordering from Ashlen was such a mistake and above all a complete waste of money and nerves.
Bought 2 for small Christmas gifts, they looked cheap but I thought ok. When I took out of cheap packaging both were in many pieces and oh so cheap. Will not give refund after 30 days!

Scammers that take your money and send you plastic! I can't believe I fell for this. Unfortunately I didn't find the reviews until after I received my package. It's very clearly not real stone.

We have placed an order in the beginning of March. Still not even received it. According to Ashlen it is in Luxenbourg since the beginning of April. We live in the Netherlands. We got 2 phone numbers that do not exist and no help of Ashlen. So never order with Ashlen.
Tip for consumers:
Do not buy anything with Ashlen
