I purchased a $1,000 couch from Ashley Woodbridge, Va back in March 2022. The couch was damaged so we called them and they said we have to pay for parts and a tech to come out(another $150).
Their tech comes out literally 6months later and after he dissembles the couch he says they sold us a bad couch, it is a manufacturer defect.
So we call Ashley back and know they are not trying to rectify the issue knowing it's a defect. They want me to pay another delivery fee for them to swap out the couches

We bought a coffee table from Ashley Furniture in Canada, It took over one month to deliver and whenever we called them they answered us with a very bad attitude. Aafter it came we opened And installed it after one week because of COVID-19. The product had lots of problems and scratches. When we called the customer service they said you just have one week to call and we don't do anything. We explained that you said it takes time to deliver your products because of Covid and when we are saying we didn't open the boxes for One week, it's not acceptable? Nobody cares, I just recommend to avoid buying anything from this store, low quality, very poor customer service with such a bad attitude. I wish I never did that
We purchased a power recliner from Ashely. We were told that an extended warranty would cover damages. Well, just over the 1 year mark, the chair motor stopped working and the mechanism bent making the chair list to the right and wobble. The extended warranty only covered the motor. So, we now have a very expensive broken chair in our house that no one will fix. I will never buy another piece of Ashley furniture nor will I ever recommend Ashley furniture to anyone. What a disappointing, expensive lesson to learn.
We waited 7-8 months for our havalance bed to come in. When in comparison to all other professional furniture retailers whos wait time was half that. We didn't receive any updates or any estimated time as to when it would deliver. We had to call to get any updates. Then when it finally delivered we took everything out of the boxes only to find it didn't have any screws. We then called to inform them about the missing screws to which they said we would have to wait an additional amount of days to get. So in the meantime we will be sleeping on just our matress on the floor. We are very frustrated with the service of Ashley Furniture and will not be ordering from them again.

When my furniture started to fade and mechanisms failed Ashley warranty came back once. Then refused to come back when same mechanism failed again. I paid a lot and am very disappointed and will never recommend Ashley furniture.

I am in love with the bed that I bought. What I don't like is the delivery situation. I was rescheduled so many times it is unreal. The first time I ordered my bed was in July 2021. I rescheduled my delivery four times before canceling my order. My husband and I went into the store in January 2022 and ordered the exact same bed and I got it 90 days later. They rescheduled me once. Their delivery situation is horrible. My bed was delivered by a couple in their personal vehicle. Not a delivery truck, a personal vehicle. That is the most unprofessional thing I've ever seen. The couple were amazing people. Very nice, polite and helpful. I give Ashley 3 stars for the bed. The couple that delivered my bed I give them 5 stars. I give Ashley delivery situation 0 stars. I don't think I will be ordering from Ashley ever again.

The reason why my delivery was rescheduled so much and to know that it was going to be delivered by a personal vehicle because something was wrong with the delivery trucks. Just to know the real reason why I was rescheduled so many times would have been nice.
We purchased $3000 dollars worth of furniture from the Ashley store in Warminster PA and had it delivered in the middle of 4/22, after 6 months the cushion on the one side of the $1500 sofa and only two of us living in the house wore out the store told us to contact customer service which is located in Bangladesh. After jumping through hoops to get them to respond we were told we would have to pay to have it repaired. I wish I had read the reviews before going there. Their is a reason why they have an F rating with the BBB.

Bought a living room couch and chair and three end tables, they delivered only the couch and chair, said it could be 2 to 12 weeks before we get the tables, fine. Next they delivered the couch and the chair and the power cord was missing for the couch, said they would have to send it UPS, ok. They said they would give me a tracking number when the part shipped, after several days I called customer service to see when this would ship, she gets an attitude and in a snarky voice tell me, well, it only been a few days. This will be the last time they see me and I would suggest that anyone take their business to people who actually appreciate what you spend your hard earned dollar on.
This place is terrible and a bunch of liars. We ordered furniture on may 4 2021 and still haven't received anything they keep putting the date further out with no deffinant date to receive furniture. If you want new furniture do not go to this $#*!hole place.

I ordered furniture on January 11 2022. Was told I'd receive my furniture 02-14-22. February came and no furniture. I called their 800 number and was on hold for 3 hours. I ended up doing their chat and was told in April I'd receive my furniture in May. May comes still no furniture. Called again and was told June 8th. Still no furniture. Talked to someone on chat and he rudely told me I should get my furniture somewhere else. I will never shop at Ashley again!
First of all Ashley will not give a window of time when the repairman will come. This is the second day I have waited all day for a repairman for furniture I purchased from Ashley. The first day I waited until 4:30 PM before calling customer service again. They apologized & reset an appointment for the next week on Tuesday. I had waited until 3:00 PM for the repairman to come again. I again called the customer service & they are telling me their vendor who does the repair will call me today, but no promise of getting the repair done today. Ashley is lax in their performance of their duties to the customer. Perhaps they should hire a dependable vendor to do the work if they have no repairmen of their own. I waited on hold every time I called, It is now 5:00 PM & still no call.

Ashley shipped a broken Cowlitz Recliner. The pressed wood frame was split. Then a replacement was delivered. Fast forward a year and 5 days. I am told nothing can be done because the one year warranty is up. Never buying from Ashley again.
We went to one of their midnight madness sales in April 2021, and we found a great deal on a sofa and loveseat. The problem is they had no clue of when the item would be available. So instead, they gave us a timeline the cable guy would be ashamed of! It was like buying a bridge from a guy who doesn't own it. Now 10-12 weeks out, we still receive the same old tired message saying no timeline product will be available 10-12 weeks!

Went to store and purchased living room set - SPECIFICALLY chose it bc of the delivery date they promised. The day came no call no text no email
I called to see what happened as to why it didn't arrive and rheh told me because it was in back order till June 27.
Again we are on June 30, no courtesy call! I call and asked for manager because they told me it was now moved till end of July without prior notice. I was placed on hold and then an operator comes in asking how my experience was to date them from 1-5!

I bought an Ashleys electric recliner on 01/01/19 for $870.00. In January on 2021 my chair stopped reclining, A repairman came and checked it out in February. He said the wires going into the motor were broken and that he would need to order a motor/wiring replacement. That assembly cost me over 100 dollars. In March, I received the assembly and the repairman came back in March and replaced the unit. Well, in December of 2021, my chair stopped working again. I looked under the chair and found broken and bare wiring by the motor again. Im lucky it did not start a fire. I called Ashleys and talked to a lady. She checked and found that the assembly to fix my chair again had been discontinued. She sais she was sorry, that maybe I could find someone that could use it as a display piece. So now I have a chair that no longer reclines. No other options were given. What a waste of money. I will never shop at Ashleys again!
I ordered furniture in October 2022! My delivery dates for my order have been moved 5 times. They have no idea when item will ship it is so ridiculous, I have been requesting days off then have to change them when the email comes through. Do not attempt to get furniture here you will regret it. I am super stressed because i have night tables and they won't take them back otherwise i would go elsewhere in a heartbeat!

I have 2 end tables that were shipped via Fed-ex and a dresser with mirror. The other pieces are still ????? they have changed dates on me 5 times.
We ordered a coffee table on April 4,2021. We received the table on May 18,2021. We paid EXTRA to have it assembled. It was assembled at the Orlando, FL warehouse and was delivered all put together... or so we thought. The "assemblers" failed to send the shelving support clips along with the coffee table. After repeated/disgusting attempts to resolve the claim that we filed immediately, our plastic clips won't arrive form China/Vietnam until JULY 22,2021! Of course the clips can't be purchased at Lowes/Home depot because they are METRIC and don't fit the drilled holes. Constant lies and patronization from EVERY "customer care" rep have left me nauseous. Customer beware of online orders for the Ashley "homestore". Go to your local store if you are determined to order furniture from this criminal company. As you may have guessed this is the voice of experience speaking.

I am trying to locate the tracking numbers for my outstanding items. Every time I call, they give me the run around. When I contacted the store, they told me customer service is known to give the run around to get you off the phone.
Rapheal did excellent job assembling this complex entertainment system. He did sturdy and secure way of assembling to the wall. He is very patient and did the work perfectly. Loved his work and appreciate his time.
I have had a 5k sofa for 7 mos and the leather leather is discoloring and peeling. I purchased an extended warranty and I'm being told discoloration and peeling isn't covered! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
Guess its small claims court time. Don't buy from Ashley's. Read all the reviews. I wish I had!
