Buyers beware!Bought two end tables.One of the end table finish coming of scratches.Have a 5 year warranty.The end tables are not even 2 years old.There refused to replace it.Had to file a Better business report on them.Ashley furniture will give you the run around.They have an excuse for everything.There furniture is junk and won't Honor warranty.Do not buy from them.They will ripe you off.
We ordered our bedroom furniture on March 5th and was to get delivered March 21st only to find missing parts. We refused our order due to the missing parts. We have to wait until March 28th now to receive our bedroom furniture. You think Ashley's would be more then accommodating since there was missing parts with our order and send out another bedroom set immediately. Trying to get compensated for the inconvenience is another story. Strongly considering canceling order due to lack of customer service. Won't be returning customers in the near future.

The delivery man arrived at my house at the confirmed time and asked me where I want my Counch. When he went to get my couch from the truck he said he didn't have it and drove off. I confined several times and Ashley said it was backordered and the delivery guy(rude) never made sure my order was on there.
I have been at home all day awaiting a delivery which was scheduled and confirmed for today. Upon following up with them a short while ago, as they're soon to close, I was told that my delivery date had been changed to March 18th, when I've already been waiting since January 8th. A whole day wasted for nothing. I've cancelled the order, gotten a refund and will not shop with them ever again. This is not how business should be conducted and is one of the finest examples of unprofessionalism that I've ever seen. This has truly ruined my day!

Please be to sure to follow-up several times prior to your delivery date, because even once your order is confirmed, and your payment is drafted, they could still have an unpleasant surprise in store for you.
I placed order April 15, I was told I will have my furniture delivered June 1st I waited for a phone call to confirm no one call. I called customer service and was told July 1st. I call back June 27 to confirm delivery would be July 1st only to told it would July 8. This is very miss leading.
Bought a poor quality sleigh bed that was screwed on without railings even though my recept says I paid $104 for railings. What a fraud. Order took five months to deliver because of COVID according to them. Six months later I sit on my bed and the small screws used to attach the slat to the sideboard shears off. Why not? It's meant to be attached to railings. I call them and after long waits on the phone, two hung up calls from Masters of rudeness and a false promise to send an email to emailus@ ashleycustomercare.com I am without a bed and acknowledgement of my email. They said they'd get back to me in 7 to 10 business days. It's well over that and silence. I started shopping Ashley in 2004. I got pretty solid stuff from them over the years. Right now, it's no longer the same company and the quality is zero. If you value your time and sanity - don't buy from them.
We were warned of this company but they seemed to meet our needs. After weeks, delivery came and 2 of 3 items came and the 2 that came were not what we ordered. We went to the store and canceled the order but still waiting on confirmation. Since it was raining, the delivery people left the incorrect loveseat in our living room, stating they would be back the next morning to pick it up. Still waiting for the pickup. BEWARE of this company. The people you deal with are pleasant but that is where it ends.

No matter what your concern is Ashley Furniture costumer care will never help you out. Once delivery people leave they don't care who you are or what your concern is no matter how much business you gave them. I spent 6k and once they deliver I realized that box spring size was bigger that I thought it will be. Basically I have to jump to get on my bed. I called costumer care right away to see if I can get smaller size and they don't care. So I just lost $300 since I have to get smaller size from elsewhere but never from Ashley again. They will never get my money again.

Anything you buy from them make sure to take your time and see how it fits on your home. You can send it back while delivery people are still there, once they leave then you are done.

I ordered a mattress and was delivered a mattress foundation. I tried to get information on my payment method. My purchase was charged to a credit card number that is not mine. I called customer service about getting the foundation sent bach and to get the credit card number information cleared up. Nothing was resolved when I spoke to the customer service agent. I couldn't hear what she was talking about on my phone. Do not shop with Ashley Home Furniture. I wish I read the reviews before I completed online order.

Got damaged furniture In January and still fighting for my rights, they sending damaged furniture for replacement all the time as well. Very rude managers at Bolingbrook location. 100% not Worthed for your money. Tried everything to get the right one but they don't care anymore they only care about their money to get it from you. Waist all vacation days for their deliveries again and again damaged furniture. Im paying damaged furniture right now trying to talk with them they don't want to talk with me. Shame on Ashley and Bolingbrook associates and managers one of them is Tim. They have very bad Costumer service. Do not even got any other offer or solution for my damaged furniture i only have scheduling another and another damaged delivery. Don't now what to do anymore…. Not recommend! NEVER

Buyer beware! Ashley Home Furniture at 1082 Blossom Hill Road in San Jose CA. Terrible customer service perhaps at the level of deceitful business practice or product defect. I wanted a soft, comfortable recliner. I drove over to Ashley so I could 'test' the quality of the offered recliners. I chose to purchase two soft comfortable recliners from the selection but what was delivered was two ROCK hard recliners. So I called the next day and was told to give it a few weeks to soften. OK, sounded reasonable. So I used pillows behind my back when sitting on the new recliner for a full two weeks. I tried both recliners - neither recliner softened. Still ROCK hard. Not just firm but ROCK hard. So I drove back to the store in person. I was told the store is in business to make money and that they would not stand behind their product. Wow. I asked them to send out the same recliners as long as they were as soft as the display models. They did give me a case number and said that someone would come out and verify the condition. What then? I now reviewed the Ashley website and learned that others had had the same exact issue with this same power recliner so clearly it is a known issue - a product defect? Why would they keep a soft, comfortable recliner on display and then deliver a recliner which is ROCK hard. Deceitful at best. I would stay away from Ashley. (I also just learned that there are class action lawsuits against Ashley - wish I had know sooner).

I ordered a sectional couch and a recliner on November 10. The website said delivery would be in four weeks but when I got the delivery notification it was eight weeks and then my delivery was rescheduled yet again and when it finally showed up two months later, there was a cut in the couch and I had to Reject it. Now I do not know if I'm going to get another couch, if it is going to take two more months or if I'm going to have to get a refund and start all over again I have been without furniture since November, and this whole process has just not been worth it. I will never go to Ashley furniture again.
You won't believe this mess. I went to store to see the bedroom set in stock. I wasn't in stock in NC, but somewhere the sales person didn't know. I ordered it on line and was to be delivered on 8-12-22 from 9-12... 11:45... no show. The week before I received 2 text mess and 2 emails saying it was to be delivered. I called the store, hung up on, then called back. They said I was suppose to call a phone number and verify the delivery. There was no number or instructions on the email or the text to do so. Then, they said the order was cancelled and I would have to start over and reorder. Now the "in stock" date was 8-12 weeks out. I pulled the website back up and it said "in stock". They were suppose to call me and never did. So I filed complaint with PayPal got a refund and went to Rooms to go and got a set in a week, no issues. Wonder why Ashley has a 1 star.
It's been exhausting dealing with this company and the lack of customer support. I've contacted the local store, customer support and the corporate office a total of 35 times in attempts to resolve the challenge with my order and delivery. The lack of communication and consistancy with this company is alarming. In addition, some of the individuals I spoke with during this ordeal lacked basic customer service skills as well as informed knowledge of the products sold and order process. I rarely give a negative review but felt compelled to do so due to the incompetence I dealt with regarding this situation.
Experienced terrible, terrible costumer service after purchase of my sectional. Not one phone call or voicemail left to insure my husband and I on delivery details of our couch. Wouldn't be so upset if I was called when dates of delivery changed or if it was just a text. Most likely will not be returning to purchase anything else. Bought my couch from the location on 5209 Carolina Beach Road in Wilmington NC. Please try to fix your costumer service attention.

My husband and I visited Ashley at Stonecrest on Wednesday for a sectional sofa and we were greeted by sales associate Lemione Coven with a welcoming smile and a helpful spirit. We told him what we wanted and he showed us everything and answered all of our questions. We always ask lots of questions but he answered them all clamly and not rushed. This made us feel comfortable about our purchase. I took my sisters back to the store to look at the sectional a second time. He remembered my name and asked about my husband. Then he answered questions from my sisters about the fiber of the sectional and its durability. We all left satisfied and excited about my purchase and our interactions with Mr. Coven. They give delivery dates for your purchase and when the delivery date comes, they inform you it is backordered and it will be weeks before they have one back in their warehouse. You have to jump through hoops to cancel your order
I ordered a dressed and two chest of drawers. I spend almost $1,000 and the material was garbage. Recycled paper basically. I asked to return the items and I have to pay for shipping? I have to bring everything to a UPS or FEDEX to return. I have never experienced this before. I will NEVER shop with Ashley Furniture again. I should have just stuck with Rooms to Go and not have trusted the current deals at Ashley. SCAM!

We have been waiting 3 months for delivery. They didnt deliver furniture on first delivery date. No call, no show. Then after a month of waiting they delivered and after we got it unwrapped we found our recliner was broken. Now still waiting for them to exchange our recliner. Never will order another thing from them..
In October and November 2019 we purchased several pieces of furniture from Ashley Homestore in Brookfield Connecticut. We also bought the extended warranty for $500. May 2021 we called montage, the warranty company only to find out that our plan was never registered by Ashley home store. Of course Ashley HomeStore told us it was registered and after several phone calls and an email i have an email from Jeff the manager of the Brookfield store stating that they did not register our warranty. They do this in hopes that you will not file a claim and they keep the money. This is a scam.
It is a Fraudulent Business Practice, it is illegal it is criminal

BEWARE they do not stand behind their product. I bought 2! Of the Ballinasloe sectionals. On one the corner of my couch kept sinking in. It was a VERY obvious difference to the rest of the seats. We ordered a desk and when it arrived, it was damaged. It took weeks to get a replacement because it is almost impossible to reach anyone. You get caught up in an endless phone loop and never reach anyone. When you finally do, they put you on hold and you get disconnected or told someone will call you back. Their online chat is the same way. You wait for over 30 minutes and it disconnects you. So frustrating. We finally got a replacement but it took way too long and it still had a missing knob but wasn't worth following up on. Love the desk, but HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I ordered a console table back in June. It was delivered defective and they could not fix it. I ordered a replacement, which came in defective as well. I then ordered the third table and had the delivery scheduled for today. I recieved a message saying it would be delivered in an hour, and then an hour later customer service called and said they didn't even have the table. I took off work--this is totally unacceptable to have such horrible lack of communication to even know what is in the warehouse or on the truck. I asked to speak to a supervisor, who wasn't around and I'm still waiting. Go else where for your furntiure needs.
On February 25,2022 I ordered a table and barstools. I was promised it would be delivered by March 21,2022. I checked on March 22,2022 and was told it would be another 2 months. I requested to have the order cancelled. I had to keep calling back and had a hard time getting this taken care of. I finally managed to get someone to start the process amd was told there wad a cancellation fee. I told her I would not pay any such fee and she told me it was not up to her.
