Buyers beware!Bought two end tables.One of the end table finish coming of scratches.Have a 5 year warranty.The end tables are not even 2 years old.There refused to replace it.Had to file a Better business report on them.Ashley furniture will give you the run around.They have an excuse for everything.There furniture is junk and won't Honor warranty.Do not buy from them.They will ripe you off.
I order a living room set and dining room set. They told me my dinging room was in and my living room would take more time and my coffee table would be in by June. My order was in December. I received my couch and love seat at 10 weeks. I received a dining room table that was defective and they took it back. I was then put back on waiting list and was told end of March. Guess what? Still not here and no call. Customer service not picking up. Do not order from them.
Purchase the Lettner Bed on-line. It did take right at 5 months to arrive. Website did say it was on backorder for that timeframe and they were right. Called several times to check on the status and the wait time was horrible to finally get a person to talk too. The kicker is when the delivery person showed up... he handed us piece by piece of the bed. Nothing was packaged up, it was all loose pieces of the bed. Come on, who delivers 'new' furniture like that? Guy from delivery company said that is how he got it from the warehouse. What the heck? Are we out of cardboard and packing supplies in the US?
I purchased a lounge chair from Ashley Homestore last August,the salesman was Peter at the Chirnside Park store. I was told that the delivery would be between 12-16 weeks as they had none in stock and would need to ordered from overseas. It arrived a few days after 16 weeks and it was worth the wait,Great quality and very comfortable. I chose to pick it up from there warehouse Johnnys Furniture in Dandenong on 16/12/23, now that was a great experience,Saturday morning the Staff member was run off his feet dealing with 4 large pick ups as I arrived. He was courteous and professional helping everyone with there furniture not just me, he assisted me loading it into a ute and was so helpful. That guy whist sweating profusely is a real credit to your company and deserves a shout out for outstanding service.

We bought two twin beds. Scheduled delivery, explained that we work 30 minutes away from home so would need a heads up. They never called. Attempted delivery and of course we were at work. I called, verified they had my cell number, they apologized, said they would be sure to call before delivery and after delivery general manager would call, 2nd attempt at delivery made, no phone call from delivery personnel, no phone call from manager. I called today, manager was rude, said she would schedule it for a week out, stated cell number was never updated and she never received a message to call us. Nope, cancelling the order and the credit card and staying away from Ashley Homestore.
We ordered a whole living room set for about $3,500. Took over a yr to come. Never complained once because it was during Covid. FIRST red flag. Order should have been canceled but. We financed through Ashley. We were never told the interest rate was 29.999%. Out of this world interest rate. We were told no interest rate for a yr. Well after that yr that charged me a $997 finance charge and I was told because the furniture wasn't paid off in that year I had to pay the finance charge. They are robbing poor families! Hate this place and will tell everyone I know not to buy here!
My furniture arrived broken. I purchased a dinning room, living room a desk. Living room never arrived, dinning room arrived with a lot missing pieces, desk arrived broken. They re sent a desk but they charged me for it. Dinning room chairs arrived defected and they said they were going to send a new ones, which are defected as well -they charged for it as well.
My order was on April 7 and they said the living will arrive July 9.
Please do not buy in this store.
On 05/16/2021 I ordered a table and chairs form the local store in Florence, Alabama. The sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were told that it shouldn't take but about 4 weeks to get our order. Today is 08/30/2021 16 weeks later. We have called the store were told the salesperson that sold us the table wasn't in and that they would be in touch with us. We have called them back several times with the same runaround saying computer was down or they couldn't find our order. They have never called us back with an explanation. I will never set foot in this store again!
I purchased stools online and they sent the wrong color and tried to force me to pay to return…after 10 emails 6 months later I still haven't recieved a response. Do yourself a favor shop elsewhere!
In 2017, we bought a complete living room set from Ashley. We loved it. When we moved in 2019 we wanted a complete bedroom set so we went to Ashley again. We were mostly satisfied with it until our bed frame totally collapsed on the one side. Over a small bit of time, the 3 small screws worked their way out of the wood without notice from the headboard and frame. My husband and I tightening the screws back in and added 2-3 more for security in the holes provided. Within a week that whole side splintered apart. I am a 120lbs woman. That shouldnt happen within 3 years of purchase. My husband's side of the bed was fine and he's 180lbs. I would really watch how the furniture is being assembled when delivered and any tiny bit of rocking or noise that you feel shouldn't be there, say something. We spent a good amount of money for this bed frame for it not to last more than 3 years!
The gentleman that arrived was very nice. He took all the Covid precautions before entering and was quiet and professional. He assembled the desk and surprisingly he cleaned everything up, swept, and wiped the floor and area he worked. He was a pleasure.

Ashley Furniture not only has the furniture item delivered, it offers the buyer to arrange for a serviceman to come and assemble the desk. This Was such a bonus to have this option as I purchased the desk to be delivered as a gift to my sister (in another state)! Such a great option. Highly recommend.

Ordered through the app, asked the agt in chat if the item was actually in stock and how long it would take to get to me. I was told two weeks. I chatted at the end of week number one, they told me to call the Wyoming store. The wyoming store says they are out of stock, they have no idea when its coming in and the website people have no idea what is and isnt in stock, notorious for being wrong. I gave it a week, chatted back in and asked them if they had shipped the couch to the wyoming store yet. The customer rep refused to answer. They just kept chatting in canned empathy statements. I have asked for a supervisor 20 times now. Still just getting canned empathy statements. Worst customer service ever. Dont order from them. They truly do not care about their customers.

We purchased a double recliner. Frame broke Home furniture in Plover WI would not fix. Now the recliner is separating and they still will not fix. Ashley maker dose not back there product! Get Covid time frame was involved. But they still will not come and fix. Ashley furniture is poor quality. The neighbor purchased the same one and is having problems, has had repair twice.
It is very unusual to encounter an excellent sales person and have a good experience but I did with Angie Palmero at the Huntsville AL store. Not only is she polite but she is well dressed and well spoken. She knows what she is talking about and seriously listened to me about what I wanted. She is to be congratulated on her overall demeanor and professional nature. We found exactly what I was looking for.
I'm waiting from while to deliver and my bed get assemble the half part deliver and after deliver Delivery people say half part is out of stock and 2 damage Nightstand that deliver If the full part is not in stock why they deliver half Part then and now after confirming deliver date they are saying we never confirm the deliver date. Deliver date is different such a garbage company I am done with this $#*! Ashley HomeStore never ever gonna buy a single thing. I have a text message proof that they confirm the delivery date but now when I called them they deny completely. And the agency say ma'am I think that's the wrong message you got it.

Terrible experience. Ordered full living room and dining room furniture (over $3K) on May 7th - they said they were backed up and delivery would be mid to late June. Not ideal, but I understood. Every time I have called for an update they push the delivery date back. Now they say they can "maybe" deliver the rest of my furniture by August 10th. My family has been without for 3 months already. I tried to call the store to request a cancelation so I can get a refund and buy furniture somewhere else, and nobody ever answers the phone. I can't believe how disappointing this experience has been. DO NOT spend your money here.

The only good thing at Ashley was Matthew, the sales person. I spent 2,100 for a leather love seat I have had it for three weeks and already the leather is worn and wearing off. Upon calling customer service I was asked for 3 specific pictures. I sent these and waited for their reply, all the while telling them I wanted a new sofa. Much to my chagrin they after haggling about a three week old sofa, back and they offered, as they called it "a courtesy" cushion for my loveseat. Really, 3 weeks old and to top this its a double recliner they finally agreed to send a tech out to install it. I am not getting a new sofa. It was the worst customer service ever. However, Matt did everything in his power to make it right, but his hands were tired. My hope for him is that he move to Raymor and Flannigan or another store where his gifts will be utilized and he is supported! BAD furniture...do not buy they do not stand by their product!

The chest we ordered is unstable, wabbly. I pointed out my concern to the delivery team. I reached out the following day to customer service as I was told I had 7 days to make a return/exchange. I have asked Ashley to exchange the item for an additional night stand. Since I did not refuse the item from the delivery team, I am stuck with this piece of furniture until they can send a technician out to deem it unrepairable. I am not asking for a full refund, I am asking to exchange it for a piece of furniture that is not a tipping risk in a teenage bedroom. Horrible communication, told different things from every department. Will never buy from Ashley again.

I ordered in may and I got a low demand sectional and it is now 08/09 and numerous calls on the phone and have been hung up 5 times today before I was able to talk to some one over all don't believe their false promises Ive been very patient but the delivery date keeps getting extended I went above and beyond paid in full and got delivery and warranty and this is how they treat their customers save your self the headache Ashley has just let me down in a huge way and i will have to go to cancel this order because i have had enough Every agent on the phone is rude even chat do take it from me they dont care about their customers

I spent $14,000 CASH. I canceled 2 items that I paid cash for...it took 4 weeks for a refund on the 1st item & 6 MONTHS on a check for the 2nd item but you must pay before the order is placed. I'm not doing business with them anymore.

We have had our couch and love seat for over a year now... We love the furniture but HATE their customer service... We Started calling to have our couch fixed (Board Broke) We have called numerous times. Now they say well it's been over a year and the warranty not any good! UNBELIEVABLE! So now we have a broke couch that needs repaired and they said we have to pay for it. I called the last time said they would promise to make sure someone called us back... AS USUAL NO PHONE CALL... We sent pictures before year was up!
If I could have given "NO" stars I would have. I purchased a loveseat and sofa from Ashely furniture on two occasions. Once in 2016 and again in 2020 on both occasions I ended up paying over $3,000.00. I am writing this review as a result of the set I purchased in 2020. I noticed I was sneezing and my skin seemed to always be irritated. So I purchased 3 air purifiers and place them strategically throughout my newly built home. But as time went by I noticed my skin, eyes and nose continued to itch and burn. My sneezing episodes continued and got worst, eventually through the process of elimination I discovered it was the loveseat and sofa set I purchased from Ashely furniture that was emanating a chemical odor that was the corporate.I don't know what ether smells like but there is a chemical vapor coming from the furniture. When I was finally able to contact Ashely their response was since I didn't purchase their extended warranty and so much time has passed I'm stuck with what I got. Consequently I can say two things for sure, there is dangerous chemical gaseous odor emanating from the furniture I purchased from Ashely Furniture and two, I will never purchase anything from Ashely ever again. Oh, there is a third thing I can say, I saw at least one other customer of Ashely that had the same experience and got the exact same response from Ashely. Buyer beware! I intend on posting this review in as many online reviews as is possible.

We ordered over $3,000 worth of living room furniture on 5/21/2022 after looking at several options with the salesman. One of our MAIN considerations was the length of time that we would have to wait for the actual delivery. We chose a specific sofa and dining table based upon the length of time we'd be without furniture.
The salesman told us that the (4) chairs were available and that the table and sofa would be delivered by mid-July (Just three weeks away), so we said that we could be patient for that. Well... Mid July has come and gone and now they are giving me an "estimated" delivery on the sofa for Mid-August and now the chairs will not be delivered until sometime AFTER that date!
These folks simply make the sale and then "kick the can " down the road to put you off as long as possible! From the reviews - these guys are masters at "bait and switch" with their great show rooms - but NO furniture actually available to the customer!
The girl on customer service (after two days of waiting for a call back) stayed with the company line, "It could be sooner or on that day, this is just an estimate." Yep --- kicking the can!
False advertising poor in store service after you find somebody to wait on you saw ad on Facebook item not in store they show you a TV to look for item sales man agued with my partner told he was rude
