Buyers beware!Bought two end tables.One of the end table finish coming of scratches.Have a 5 year warranty.The end tables are not even 2 years old.There refused to replace it.Had to file a Better business report on them.Ashley furniture will give you the run around.They have an excuse for everything.There furniture is junk and won't Honor warranty.Do not buy from them.They will ripe you off.
I will start by saying that I finally did reach a live chat client care agent who helped me resolve the issue. The client care agent on the phone was extremely rude and not helpful at all. It was extremely painful to order simple replacement parts (bolts) Won't shop here anymore just based on client care service, just paid $10,000 to get treated like crap..
I have purchased an oil and vinegar bottles set. The lid of one of the bottle does not line up with the bottle. I tried to contact customer service and Tina said it's not manufacture defect. She wants me to pay for the return in order to get my credit back. The quality of the items are bad, that's why I didn't want a replacement and just wanted the refund. I will not recommend this website for any purchase.
In July of this year we bought a couch and love seat. It took 8 weeks for delivery and not 5 minutes after it was delivered the love seat broke. I called right away. They told me that a third party would call and make an appointment. It took 2 months for them to send someone out only to tell us that a part would have to be ordered. The part was delivered to us in December and they will not be able to send someone out until January 19,2022. We really love the furniture but not being able to use the love seat is very inconvenient.
They did give me a 50.00 gift card. I don't understand stand why it is taking so long. What happened to making the customer happy so they will do business with you again.
So sad that a major corporation would take advantage of a retired couple who purchsed their first new living room set on 2/25/2023. We purchased an all white set for $1,800 including the 5 year warranty package. In November, 2023 we noticed and reported the recliner was turning blue over the entier sitting area. Called Ashley they said it was the resposiblity of the warranty company. They came out took pictures and prepared a report. We never heard back from them untill i called. They then said because it was within the first year it was the manufactures (Ashley) problem. It is now January 2024 and nobody will take responsiblity for this. I will never purchase from them again and i guess have no choice but to file a small claim in court.
I bought a product online and received what I didn't expect. I tried to returned it but it's not easy if you buy online. They always say you will receive an email but it never happens. I'm very frustrated with this purchase but i learned my lesson. "Never trust them again".
They will take your order and money and promise delivery in a week. After that they keep rescheduling your delivery with no explanation. We were promised delivery on June 27th, today is July 5th, our delivery was rescheduled 4 times. This store had horrible customer service and they are very unprofessional.

I bought reclining sofa in November. They dropped it, then claimed it was fine. By March it no longer reclined. Called for a repair they sent the part. It took 3 weeks. Still waiting on them to fix it.

They take the mask mandate in Michigan to a whole new level of insanity. I went in with a shield because I can't wear a mask but was asked to leave anyway. If you think Whitmer's mask mandate is total BS... go somewhere else.

It's a shame that this company does not follow through on it's promises. It's been two weeks and several phone calls and an email with not a single call back.
Clearly once they get your money they stop caring.
It's really too bad because the salesman Chris is excellent as well as the quality of the furniture.
I purchased furniture going on 5 months ago, no delivery of furniture as of today! Went in to the store to attempt to get a refund and the salesman Darryl that originally sold the furniture had a horrible attitude. Told us he can put the order in, it's nothing he can do because of the furniture being late, all nonchalant with an attitude. My husband then call the head quarter while in store. Told us they can refund it back to the card that was on file and should take a day. So asked the salesman is it anyway he can print a receipt, he said NO. We asked to speak to someone else and they was able to, but the whole time mumbling under their breaths talking about us while we was standing there. Prior to that customer service hung up in my husband's face when he called to check the status of it, because he kept asking questions that she couldn't answer.
You better hope nothing goes wrong with any furniture if you purchase from Ashley. They are the absolute worst with customer service. I was transferred from person to person 6 times and no one knew what they're doing. It took me over a week and multiple people to find out that in order to order a part, I need to have an invoice created by the service department, which takes 24 hours, then physically go to the store that it was purchased from and pay for it, then pick it up after it arrives 2-6 weeks later. I can understand waiting for the part to come in, but the amount of time it took to order the part was ridiculous!

Don't walk... run! They have new ownership and they are HORRIBLE now. I am still owed $2,500 from months ago when they tried to deliver HALF of a bed. I cancelled the order and they won't give me my money back. Do NOT get mixed up with these scammers!

Ordered a dining set in April, it was scheduled to deliver today, I received a confirmation number once I ordered but never received any email or tracking even though they charged me for it. I called today since it never delivered only to be told the order didn't go through and I'd have to order again. I asked how that's possible if I'd been charged and received a confirmation number, only to be talked down to and told "well you should've received an email too and it should've said failed on it" no where on your website does it say that and I Never got one. I work in customer service and never have I ever experienced such terrible customer service, gonna be eating dinner on the floor of my new home for another week waiting for a different table to come... never buying here again, didn't offer any resolution for me beside telling me to order again.
I put a 600 dollar down payment on furniture. The delivery date continue to change so I canceled the order. Now they keeping the 600 dollars saying restock fee. How can they restock something they never had in stock. They are taking my money in the middle of a pandemic. And running me in circles. Purchased a entertainment center online from Ashley Homestore on 11/26/2020, they delivered it on 12/11/2020. Delivered the wrong tv stand the fireplace insert won't fit, only brought 1 pier and didn't set anything up after I paid the $99 set up fee. I complained on December 12,2020. They said a supervisor would call me back and I'm still waiting. They won't refund my money and pick up all of the furniture or won't bring the correct pieces of furniture.

Bought a sectional with chaise. After 2 months of not even sitting on it the stitching on the chaise started coming apart. We purchased the fabric protection plan and after Several calls to the store I finally got the number. They asked how long ago I noticed the problem and I said a month or two ago. They put me on hold and after 30 minutes the guy comes back on the line and says you need to report it within 30 days so it's not covered
Purchased a media console table for living room. After we put together it was damaged. We put in a request for a replacement. Waited three months for it to come in. Confirmed delivery date and time. Waited all day no delivery. When I called they said the delivery had been cancelled that morning. No notice no communication. They said looks like we don't have anymore until weeks later. You'll just have to wait and see when we can deliver a replacement. No other solution or help given.

Gwen with telesales is an angel, call *******205 to place ALL online orders. Save yourself the headache, do not order online or billing and shipping address are different. My story….We had to furnish an apartment out of state and had several issues with ordering online. 3 orders did not go through and several items were cancelled. I was on the phone with the 866 number for days speaking to several people and even online chat, no help! Finally got connected with Gwen who places your order for you through telesales. She explained their system does not and cannot place orders where billing address does not match shipping address. Headache was gone, she placed 3 orders for us and explained everything to us.
Purchased a sectional at a kimbrell's furniture in South Carolina that featured Ashley furniture. It was the only furniture they offered. Paid 1800 for it. The sectional did not last 8 months and one of the legs on the center couch collapsed inside the couch. They brought out a new section of couch and it is now been a year and the cushions are already squashed down. I am 155 lb. I watch TV approximately 3 hours a week and always rotate where I sit. It is horribly built with very cheap materials. Would not recommend any Ashley furniture.
I have been trying for 2 years to have a leather couch repaired which has some strange stains that just popped up and stitching coming out. I purchased the extending warranty on my furniture to cover things like this. I had someone from the warranty come to inspect the couch and told my wife and I it was a manufacturing defect and he would let his home office be aware of this. About 3 weeks later the home office called and said that the manufacture warranty is 1 year and it has run out and there is nothing they could do. What, that is why I purchased the extended warranty? I spoke with a lady from Ashley Furniture, and she emailed me letting me know that she would have it taken care of but it will take a little while, 2 years, I still have her email she sent me and email address. Tried to contact her about 3 times with no response from her. Would not purchase anything again from Ashley Home Store nor would I recommend it to do business with.
Once again Ashley's has fulfilled our needs for our sons new home. We have known Ms. Dee for more than 2 years and she knows exactly what we are looking for and not to mention the money we saved! I highly recommend Ashley's Furniture to all my friends and family. If your ever in the VA area Ms. Dee is AWESOME!

Purchased living room set 4 months ago and still have no delivery date or timing. Was told we would have the set delivered in late October now hoping we might have something by late December. They take your money and give you excuses.
Ashley is the worst furniture company. There service is 3rd class and about there employees what to say after selling the furniture they will not listen anything about your furniture. Store managers are fooling people like us. Every single time we have to explain each and everything to a new person. From last six months we are trying hard to replace our bed. We have all the proofs about our filing the complaint but no one is listening. I will strongly suggest that not to buy furniture from here. Otherwise maybe you will have to face the that we are going through. I am mentally harassed by the whole staff.

I have been lied to from the first purchase. I ordered all items I was told that were in stock. When finding out my first delivery date was not kept because there is no such thing as in stock it has been all down hill. I have had delivery calls from Florida, Texas, Mexico and Memphis for an order that was placed from Chicago area. Next they keep taking items that they said were for my order and are in and them using to fill other orders. This order was placed in 2020. Stay away. Very bad service.

I placed an online order thru the chat, was told order would be here Week of June 14th called to try to add to order took several calls before someone could find it to be told it will be delivered June 2022. Have been trying to cancel the order for 3 weeks now and it still isn't cancelled. Apparently no one knows how to do their job! Luckily went to a store and Callie has been wonderful to work with and help me get as far as I have to get the order cancelled.
