Buyers beware!Bought two end tables.One of the end table finish coming of scratches.Have a 5 year warranty.The end tables are not even 2 years old.There refused to replace it.Had to file a Better business report on them.Ashley furniture will give you the run around.They have an excuse for everything.There furniture is junk and won't Honor warranty.Do not buy from them.They will ripe you off.

On January 1st I went to the store and spent thousands of dollars on living, dining, and bedroom furniture. Today is February 3 and I have not received not one piece of furniture yet. The delivery department employees are very disrespect and when I asked them for corporate they say they are corporate. They talk to you like you are a child and their actions shows that they don't care about their customers. They called me and said some of my furniture would be delivered on Feb 1. When I called them back to ask what time they would come the lady said she didn't know what I was talking about and she doesn't see any delivery for me. I also paid for delivery and setup but they told me that they will be doing doorstep delivery. Nothing make sense. Today I did a total refund on everything I ordered and I will never shop here again. They stressed me out so much after they took my money. This company is disgusting. Take it from me, find somewhere else to buy your furniture and feel appreciated.

Bought an Ashley sectional, and it broke. Tore it apart to discover terrible workmanship. Springs are poorly attached, wood had knot holes, and Ashley used staples to put this mess together. The home office told me 'where I could put the couch that I bought.' Warranties mean nothing to Ashley. Save your money; Buy elsewhere.
Ive been to the store 5 times land made 15++ phone calls to get a new remote control for my adjustable bed. The remote broke into several pieces. I have a 10 year protection plan. No one has called me back, no one has been polite, no one has tried to help me get a replacement. The. Most disgusting customer support, you cannot speak to anyone local. They carry no parts locally. The Protection plan is a FRAUD.

Disorganized, the manager was absolutely no help and told me I had to call 3 different protection plans. Then they told me they keyed in my plan as a 5 year plan not a 10 year plan. It is the most negative experience Ive ever had and I have been a corporate executive for 26 years. Inexcusable. There are no numbers to Ashley that go to a manger on any level. To sell a protection plan and then not honor it is FRAUD

If i could have given no stars i would have. Ashley has the worse customer service. 3 phone calls. The second call i was hung up on. And have yet to receive my card at the correct address. This ongoing problem has been going on for 2 months now.

We bought leather sectional couch year ago,plus 5 year protection plan( very STRONGLY advised by seller,telling us it will cover all demages,stains,EVERYTHING). After few months of use all seating and back pillows started to cave in horribly,chaise is almost bent down, leather stains so easily,even water leaves marks! Horrible quality all over! After a year looks like garbage. Ou r 3600$ goes to garbage!. After many calls, atempt to use our 5 year protection plan- they said that anything we claim is not under our protection! Why I bought it then?!. Ashley Furniture Is dishonest,misleading...( oh,they did not give us copy of " protection plan" while we're purchasing that couch,so it's on us I guess,...that we trusted in a words of salesperson who assisted us with our purchase). I am so upset,angry,disappointed...Never,ever will purchase anything else from that store,will share my experience with my friends.
Don't be fool like me and believe this company they will steal your money by selling you a very bad quality furniture with there purple Warranty which it doesn't cover anything like one of them told us this today but when we perched the furniture they promise us that if we get the purple warranty we could even get a new furniture if they couldn't fix it. Very very bad company very bad management no one will care about you all there answers is "we don't know " like how will know? They basically just know how to take your money and give you a tons of lies and fake promises. They will send you a piece of trash and it will take over a month to get a refund. I ordered a bed from Ashley and it was all chipped and broken. Each part has different color! And the color had nothing to do with what they had on the website! They're scam! Stay away from them!

The most disappointing purchase I have ever made in my 50 years on this planet. I was so excited to get a new dining room set that I had saved for three years to buy. I decided to get a matching coffee nook for the kitchen as you can see the kitchen from the dining room. I ordered a cute little coffee nook which was $199. Upon arrival in January, many of the pieces were broken. It is now May, and I am still waiting for the replacement parts. I have gotten transferred, hung up on, and a whole lot of attitude when I call customer service. I am so freaking disappointed because I actually really did like the look of the furniture.
Unfortunately, It is cheap, scratches easily, and is really essentially for "show". It is not practical for any type of family to use regularly. The finishing on the table is cheap and fragile. I will never ever shop here again.

Purchased a painting online. Wrong colors when I received it. Called and was told they would have the delivery company called me for an appointment to pick it up. Never got a call. Called back. Waited for an hour and then they disconnected me. Called back again waited for another hour. The customer service person was obviously working from home. Her dog would bark and she put me on hold to take care of whatever she needed to. I told her I've been disconnected and to make sure she had my phone number to call me back if it happens again. After another hour I was disconnected again. Never got a callback. Next I wrote a long detailed email to their customer service explaining the issue. Never received a reply. Altogether I've wasted six hours on hold or talking to people that do not help me. Will never order anything from them again. Going to put it on offer up for half the price!
I went to Ashley furniture on Saturday, I had the best sales person I have ever had in that store, Robert Nesseth was a great help. He never pushed even when I could not decide which table I wanted. He gave me all the help I need to make the right decision for me. I would go back and work with Robert again. Dora
I purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress. The salesperson talked me into getting a firm mattress when I intentionally wanted a medium. Immediately I was waking up with bad upper back pain. I tried for a week to see if it would get better, it didn't. Went yo a hotel and no back pain, came home and the pain returned. I called the Ashley salesperson and was told that I was stuck with it because it's not defective, But if I had purchased the mattress directly from Tempur-Pedic that I would have been able to exchange it. Wow, ok. I contacted corporate customer service and told the same thing and I could try Tempur-Pedic directly who in turn told me I am stuck with Ashley's policy.
Ordered a chair online it was damaged I called to get it replaced was told no! Are you kidding me? I was told that this company does not replace damaged furniture! I now have been waiting for replacement parts since Jan that apparently will be shipped to my home then I have to call customer service again to let them know the parts have arrived then they send someone to my home to fix it! Disgraceful! Now I find that the parts won't be here till April! Can't get my money back They offer a gift rebate to buy something else! Seriously! Never again don't buy from this store!
I had ordered a bed that broke and fell apart within a month because the slats were cheaply made and there wasn't enough of them for a high rise king sized bed. When the person who delivered it took it away and processed our refund they told us that over a dozen of these beds had the same issue in the last 3 months. That's 12 beds that completely fell apart in 3 months. This could injure people, imagine your bed falling apart in the middle of the night!
They did refund it and take it away, however they won't allow my review on their website to be visible for this bed. My purchase was verified, I had an account with them but yet they won't show my negative review on their site (complete with pictures of the cheaply made bed). If you want furniture that's made well, don't go with this company. Even if the product has good reviews on their site, it's probably a lie because they don't allow all their negative reviews to be published.

Just run. At the very least if your item breaks within a month they do refund you, but it's really not worth the hassle.

Ordered a 3 piece set of furniture and still waiting on the last piece since October 2021, and they have rescheduled 4 times since... I would highly recommend to NOT purchase anything here if you don't want to deal with the wait! Very unpleasant business to deal with!
I ordered my couch at the beginning of September. I was told at midnight the day before it was supposed to arrive that a hold was placed on it. I resolved the hold in less than 12 hours and they said that it now wouldn't be able to be delivered until the almost 2 weeks later. I dealt with several representatives all of which were unhelpful, who kept interrupting me, and were downright rude. Customer service was abysmal and I will never buy furniture from them again.
I ordered 3 pieces at a local store. One piece arrived and was fine. Then I kept getting delayed on the other 2...of course the couch and TV stand. After almost a month, I canceled and bought better quality and of course more expensive pieces at locally owned stores...but got my furniture within days...delivered. The delay with my refund? 2 weeks! Even though it plainly says that on the paperwork, you would think that Ashley might try taking care of their customers! I just felt like a number. On the phone was called MISS! Am I Mississippi? Try addressing me by my name! Won't buy furniture from any box store! Especially Ashley!

Ordered 2 nightstands that didn't end up fitting in my space. When I asked for return labels, they only sent me 1 of 2 and it was a hassle getting that second one. I was finally able to send them both back. I inquired about my refund multiple times and everyone assured me my cc had been credited. I found out through my own investigation that the items were received back at Ashley ONE MONTH ago and I have received zero notifications, not a single dollar of a refund - there has been NO communication whatsoever - nothing. Every representative I talk to blows me off. Absolutely abysmal customer service - save your money. Never ordering from here again and am preparing to take legal action if there is no resolution in the coming days.
Bought Ballinasloe 3-piece sectional less than 6 months ago. They are saying there's nothing they can do about the annoying squeaking sound. I'll just have to live with the annoying sound every time I sit down or get up.

I spent over $1,800 on a mattress, box spring, and frame on 12/20/21 and got subpar merchandise that broke after only 3 days! In person, their technicians would tell me it was a manufacturer's defect but customer service would tell me otherwise and say nothing could be done (no repairs/replacements).
Their salespeople are pushy and dishonest. I was told I couldn't just purchase one item (mattress), that all three HAD to be purchased as a package or it'd void the warranty... why then was my broken furniture not covered under the warranty after only 3 days of delivery? For months, I called and all I got was "we'll call you."
Luckily, I found Facebook group "AF Home Store Complaints Issues Advocacy And Resources LLC" and got help. Ashley is actually communicating with me now and a resolution is currently in the works. *fingers crossed*
Maybe I should have been thankful I got all this at a bargain... almost half off per the salesperson... what a great deal for crappy furniture!
Never had such a bad experience with a merchant. They stay in business with lot of advertising. Bought a mattress online, tried to cancel next morning. Too late. Bed had gone out. Told me to refuse delivery. Just dumped on my doorstep with no knock or doorbell. Called to return. In California, 30 day returns, Agent said can't take beds back because of covid. I said it was still in box untouched. She had to get supervisors approval after long time on hold. It's gone as is any interest in my doing business with Ashley. Maybe going into stores better but I'll never know.
My recliner chair is 9 years old and through wear and tear, the mechanism got damaged. I called Ashley's parts department and spoke with Kelly Jones to order a replacement. I was blown away that she offered it to me free of charge, shipping included, It arrived a week later in perfect shape and is going in now. Service like this will make me look at Ashley's first for ant furniture I need.

Unbelievable! I purchased a dining room table in December 2021 and they still have not delivered it. They have rescheduled the delivery day 6 times! The customer service representatives are so rude! The first time I called Ashley in March and asked about the delivery date (originally scheduled to be delivered in February) and the reps said "That's your problem?" I've been disconnected by CSR every time I tried calling them, over the 8 months of waiting! I've paid over 3k, waited that long, and got nothing but attitude from them! They named themselves as A #1 furniture store, but I would never buy anything from them again.
