Buyers beware!Bought two end tables.One of the end table finish coming of scratches.Have a 5 year warranty.The end tables are not even 2 years old.There refused to replace it.Had to file a Better business report on them.Ashley furniture will give you the run around.They have an excuse for everything.There furniture is junk and won't Honor warranty.Do not buy from them.They will ripe you off.
We have never treated so well by the staff at Ashley's! Our salesperson Zechariah Dobbin was very helpful and very nice to us! Then the delivery people was absolutely fantastic! Brent and Jeff! They were so handy and very personal to us! We have bought before from Ashley's and we will certainly again! Tk you so much!

He was very knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. My wife is blind and he explained every sofa to her. We walked away very happy with our purchase of a beautiful sofa and waiting for it's delivery.
Let no one think of buying in this store. And specifically in Hialeah with the seller C B. Very poor service in all respects. Only when I returned the entire purchase did the managers appear to fix it. The seller NEVER clarified that the purchase was with interest and then nobody answers you for a solution.
3 defective deliveries in an arcade game over $5K. Until in the 4 delivery they brought it correct.
If you can choose another store, do it, avoid buying there.
A complete disaster when processing the financing through two cards and he never informed that it would be with interest or otherwise he would never accept that option. In the store they do everything quickly, they ask you for the license and the social and that's it, but then they are not that fast to solve
You can see in the photos the three defective deliveries and how they omit the client's signature in the consent of the interests and after you realize it is too late and they never answer a call to clarify anything.

My opinion is direct from the Hialeah store and from the saleswoman who attended me, I cannot extend more because they did not provide me with another service.

I had furniture ordered in November. When my delivery was finally scheduled to be delivered all they did was play games. They lied to me for 4 days saying my furniture was either on the way or the next stop. My furniture was actually sitting in a warehouse hours away and never on the truck. Ashley's furniture is great but their delivery service is horrible. I would NEVER recommend and i will never be a customer of theirs ever again. Horrible horrible horrible customer service, save yourself the headache and order somewhere else!
Bought a bedroom outfit they delivered it a month and a half ago did not have screws to put it together or brackets to mount the mirror so it's been 45 days already just called Ashley today they said the screws would be in their hands December 31 so 75 days we might have the parts what a joke Don't be a sucker go someplace else to buy your furniture
The day the couch was delivered I checked a bit but not in every section of the couch. My husband checked reslly well later that night & the couch was cracked. The delivery guys knew about it when they put it together & ran out soo fast. I tried to get thru to the store the sales person that helped me buy the couch could not do much bc he stopped working for ashely furniture. I called to get thru to warranty but no one got back to me. I keep trying but no one gets back to me. It's been almost a month it's ridiculous. It should not be that long to get a technician to my house to see what the issue is. I spoke to someone over the phone took all my info & said she was ordering parts. Then emailed her the next week & she said she could not send out the parts bc there were issues on their end. Stupidity. Now what do I do with a broken couch? I would not recommend this store to anyone!
I ordered a sofa with pillows and a memory foam bed.
Upon delivery, the wrong sofa came and the delivery guys refused to unpack it to get it in the door. Rather they decided to lift it to the second floor up the balcony with all the risks involved, so they can scam me for an extra $100. The pillows never came with it. The guy's name is Edwin Perez.
The bed was not the memory foam bed I ordered. They came back after 30 minutes and took it. To this date all I got were calls from customer service at 10pm and 7am to ask me how my customer experience was. They're clueless and unable to help.
I'm stuck and will never purchase a product from Ashley again.
The leadership should know that customers make them money. Without customers they're nothing. They lost me forever!

I bought a sofa and it was back ordered for 6 weeks. Then it was scheduled for delivery but said no one was home when no attempt was made. I called and they said the sofa wasn't on the truck. The conflicting stories they continued to give me were unacceptable. Asked for a refund and had to call 12 times to get it completed after the call kept getting disconnected.
I ordered brand Altrai sofa and love seat (Item ID ******* & *******) on dated 11/23/18 and promised to delivered to me on 12/01/18, but received a phone call from them on 11/30/18 mention, they have fire next to their warehouse, so that they can't deliver on schedule date and gave me new deliver date of 12/11/18. But received another phone call from them on dated 12/08/18, said the same issue they cannot deliver on 12/11/18 and cannot promise me new delivery date until January, no fix date. I asked the lady I need to talk with the floor manager named Johnathan, but he never came on the phone and returning my phone calls. My credit card already been charged and I am chasing them for my refund. Finally I dispute charges with my credit card company.

Ashley charged $179 for delivery and setup. Delivery personnel left damaged furniture, trash, and furniture that needed to be put together. Constant calls have been ignored, met with resistance, and personnel with zero interpersonal skills. We have a txt stating delivery scheduled today only to find out Ashley delivery changed delivery to next week. This is my first and last dealing with Ashely and i suggest caution with this company.

Store #40 in Fayetteville, GA is sorry and sad! I could not get any assistance to make a 1k-4k purchase! I had to walk out! I was told to come back and someone would help me. Ms. Joanne is very elderly and didn't know what she was doing so Jessica and Tre Mac refuse to help the lady complete the purchase for whatever reason. Jessica was too busy on her phone and Tre Mac was just standing around doing absolutely nothing. After 35 minutes of no help from either one of them I was like okay I guess I need to go to another store. Jessica really had the audacity to tell me, "if you have time, come back tomorrow and I'll help you". I wanted to say "excuse me lazy, why can't you help now"! But it's okay I'm sure another furniture store would love to make that 1-4k off of us for sure!

Found the chair at reduced price on their site the next week and attempted to contact - customer service CA said contact local store. Local store no answer 3 different days.
Felt manager should know customer no service so I typed a letter of my experience with purchase……and completely ignored my letter.
If you want a price guarantee and a store that stands behind things after they get your money stay far away from Ashley Homestores!

I have ordered a sofa, love seat, entertainment center, coffee and end tables, and side table in March. Have received the coffee and end tables but nothing since then. Ordered March 12th and was told delivery was in August and September. Now being told it won't be till December. I have since canceled my order and waiting for a confirmation email. Website is now advising 8-14 weeks but don't hold your breath. I was pushed back to 9 months before I decided to cancel. My patience has ran out.

My agreement with Ashley Furniture is that they'll take the old mattress when they deliver my new mattress. However, the delivery person said he couldn't do it because he had a pickup truck. I called customer service and they tell me a totally different story. Either they come to pick the mattress up or pick up the new one, unbelievable. I will make sure other mediums know. We bought a mattress and adjustable frame. Mattress came with hole in it they replaced it but it was a big inconvenience. We are now waiting on a couch that was supposed to be here two weeks ago. It finally showed up yesterday it was the wrong couch not even the right color. It was on its way today Christmas eve, now it's not. This place is terrible the white glove service is terrible we will never buy from here again if I were you I would be smart and buy elsewhere. Avoid Ashley they lie then lie again and again. This has been the worst and biggest inconvenience ever. My friends and family will know to never shop here, ever!
I bought a complete bedroom, but the frame is wobbly and unstable, i ask to reinforce, they told me this is charctrestic of the bed, and they can not fix it or return it, they sent another tech to check. Told me to get a bracket from Amazon and fix it. Do not buy anything from Ashley

Bought a sectional couch in September 2021 and by November the seams were falling apart and the cushions had lots of tears in it. Called about my furniture protection that I paid extra for and it took them a month to come look at it. Then it took a them 4 more months to come out to fix it but they didn't fix it. They said they weren't prepared to fix anything that day. Now they are also saying they won't be fixing the couch at all. I paid $1700 for a couch that's a huge eyesore in my home. I can't get people to call me back or help me out.
I purchased a couch from Ashley furniture, but unfortunately it started to fall apart after two years even though I barely used it. And since I didn't purchase a warranty I'm going too have to purchase a new couch. So, needless to say I will never purchase furniture from them again. And I strongly recommend those who do, purchase a warranty (what a scam)!

Now, the reclining love seat was faux leather that started peeling shortly after we received it and is still peeling off. This is the worst junk I have ever purchased. I have done business with them before and the products... Living Room furniture... is kinda shotty. If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered by bed on May 19. I chose Ashley HomeStore because they said my bed would be delivered within 2-3 weeks. It has now been 6 weeks. I am due to give birth any day and have been needing a new bed since I placed my order. I received an email showing that my bed would be delivered on July 2. I received another email stating that my bed would be delivered on July 21, but that's not even a guarantee. I am so upset. Ashley HomeStore has lost my business for good. I hope they go out of business.

I ordered a Bedroom Set online for my son and his girlfriend who moved to California. The night stands arrived by Ground Shipping and were totally crushed in the front. We immediately sent them back. The bed had damage on the Headboard and posts. The dresser drawers do not line up and the tracks had mounds of glue on them.
We have been trying to return everything for a refund and have been treated with the utmost disrespect, hung up on and basically lied to. The problem is they do not want you to return a product for a refund. It is totally ridiculous. It is simple set a pick up time for all the damaged furniture and refund our money.
In all honesty, I wouldn't purchase anything from here you literally have to jump through hoops to have damaged items returned for a refund.

We had a great visit to your store. We were helped quite nicely and professionately by Jordan Hong. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Real nice gal! The furniture came quicker than we agreed on and the movers did a great job. We recommend Ashley store and will buy from there again!
My mother in law purchased a couch from a store in Louisville. One day later the recline quit working. She called on day 2 and reported the defect and also told them how hard the couch seemed. She is 83 and this couch hurts her back. She has had the couch 6 days and they refuse to either replace or allow a return. I have called them and talked to customer service and their supervisors. The claim she did not report the hardness issue within 72 hours. ( but she did when she told them about the incline issue). I also tried to talk to the manager of the Louisville Blankenbaker store but I keep getting called by the sales people. The manager seems to always be in a meeting…. Please do not buy anything from these heartless people…..

Customer service is lacking. Columbia location has employees who are unfamiliar with the ordering process. I simply wanted replacement couch cushion covers. I went to the store three times. First someone couldn't order in store, even though that is what the website directed me to do - needed to talk to a manager who wasn't there. Manager called, but couldn't take credit card over the phone. Back to the store- found an employee who tried to place the order, but charged me the wrong price- 10 days later I was notified and told to come back to the store. They cannot give a date of when the item will be in. $40 in shipping and they can't send it to my house. This is baffling in an age of on-line commerce. There are plenty of discount furniture stores- steer clear of this one!
