Ashley Furniture has the worst customer service I have ever seen. They do not answer or return phone calls. I called multiple times and sat on hold for 15 minutes until it required me to leave a message. I spent 2 hours on the instant message and nobody ever came on to address my concern. I also emailed multiple times and nothing. This was after I spent $7,000 at their establishment located at 1773 S 300 W, Salt Lake City, UT *******. I will never return and I wish I had listened to the multiple people who told me not to go there. Also, when I left to consider making a purchase the salesman was visibly angry with me and when I returned to make the purchase he stormed away towards the back of the store and I had to run to keep up, following behind him. I would think a salesman would walk side-by-side and show respect to their customers. I was so shocked I didn't know what to do. I will never allow myself to be treated that way again and I will definitely spread the word. I also found the exact same items at a lower price elsewhere.

I ordered a coffee table on Ashley, and was promised 4 weeks for delivery. 2 months later, and after multiple customer service calls, they would continuously promise me 1 week later for delivery, which was constantly moved back. Finally, they called me with a delivery date, but on the day before the date (after I had requested off work) told me it actually could not be delivered until another 1 week later, with no explanation. It then arrived that following day, which was very confusing, and 3 hours after the delivery window. It arrived damaged, with the center chipping and broken. I called multiple times after that, and they said the best they could do was a small gift card. The problem is, I never plan on using Ashley again, so a gift card is useless to me. The customer service, timeliness, quality, and professionalism with Ashley was terrible and disappointing. Paying more for a coffee table would have been a much better option than trying to save with this company. Would recommend moving on if you see Ashley furniture.
I purchased an ottomon from Ashley and a matching sofa from another store. The sofa came completely damaged so I couldn't accept it. So now I'm stuck with an oversized ottomon that doesn't match anything I have or want. They refuse to take it back because I didn't call them within 72 hours. Are they kidding me? Now I'm stuck with an ottomon that cost over $450.00 and it's useless to me. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLEY FURNITURE. They are legalized thieves. The mafia has more compassion. Their furniture is made out of crap.
Is the worst company to buy furniture from. They have a company comes and put your furniture together and they doa a bad job The breaks they don't honor there warranty. They say that kids 65 pounds broke the bench because the screen wasn't tighten or installed correctly by the company that put it together.

Be warned that both Jason, the salesman and the "manager" Robert will not only lie and mislead you about the product quality, they will not accommodate any option to replace or repair a defective product.
The reasonable expectation that a company would stand behind the quality of the product they sell is not part of their business model. Robert, a "manager" is a condescending, patronizing and disrespectful floor manager, and as a business owner I would be embarrassed to have him part of my team representing my organization.
Well to start the sales staff and Brady are great but customer service sucks. We purchased an adjustable bed and 2 twin xl mattresses they were delivered and still in the plastic. They put the mattresses on the frame and there was a stain very noticeable at the bottom of one.Called customer service was told they could take it back and I would have to wait 2 weeks for another mattressor they could clean it,so I said we'll I guess clean it because I have nothing else to sleep on. My husband received a call today that upper management decided they weren't going to do that the mattress I received was on clearance ok but it was still new in the plastic it shouldn't matter.They refused to do the right thing.
I have been dealing with this mattress for 3 years now. It has a big dip in the middle and Ashley's will not replace. How do you allow yourself to do seniors that way!
I hope no 1 in this world but from this company I brought bedroom set with a headboard with no legs call ASAP they sent legs no hardware no instructions on screws or nothing I have pairs of leg that can't be attached to headboard and everybody give you the run around and don't speak English and sells junk only thing was good was the boxes it came in

I just purchased a kitchen table and chairs 2 it was 2 months ago from Ashley's The top of the table is peeling and all I did was wipe it off with a wet rag after dinner. Ashley's will not make it right they refuse to come out and look at my table after all the money I spent with them. I will never again purchase anything from Ashley's and from Ashley's and I will let everybody I know that Ashley's furniture is junk
I have a delivery date set, passed a few days no calls no emails. Since then I have been calling and I heard only apologise from the salesperson. I called to the store, no answer! TERRIBLE SERVICE! Never again.

I purchased a couch and chair back in May. The couch was delivered broken. Now we are sept still not fixed. The company I have been sent to keeps canceling their appts to come look at it and Ashley will not do anything further. Super frustrating. I will not make another purchase at Ashely Furniture again - this Shld have been made right after I was canceled on the second time.
Oh my goodness! This has been the worst experience we've ever had, ten-fold. We ordered a display cabinet, it was delivered damaged and all hardware, shelves, and assembly parts were missing. We called within five minutes of the item being delivered. We had to open separate claims for each issue, send pictures, and wait for a callback. Nobody called. We called back. Were told parts were ordered and to expect them 7-10 business days. Tracking number was never sent. So, we followed up again. Spoke to multiple agents. Each one told us a different story. One said is shipped, other said it won't ship for a couple of weeks, third - that's on backorder and no known availability. They all keeps saying "sorry, per policy, nothing we can do." Most definitely, horrific company culture runs through their operations. Fed up, we then just requested a refund/return. They REFUSED because parts were ordered already! After speaking to yet another agent, we were told that this is high-demand item and parts are not actually available. I simply don't even understand what is happening and how this is even possible. Horrible customer service, lies, lies, lies, and this place will hold your money hostage, even when every single step was an error on their end! Still waiting on a resolution, still don't have the refund. Still looking at this cabinet that can't be used. Just awful!
I went to the ashley home store in fridco Texas. The 2 employees that were working ran away from me when they were. Asked to him me. In the whole store there were 2 families. When I complained to the nanager he yelled at me and was trying to say that I was in the wrong. I left the store without buying anything and I will never go back be careful
I was looking for two reclining sofas for my theatre and called the 1-800 number; I got Chris, who is part of the team in Chicopee, MA! Let me tell you, I have never felt so welcoming; he was great; he walked me through the process; helped to find what I was looking for and even took the time to ensure that I made the right purchase for my home; that meant so much to me since it was my first purchase with this company. I ordered it on Thursday with him and received it on Monday. The delivery team exemplified the same type of enthusiasm that I experienced with Chris. I love my sofas, I love the care that I received and I will definitely be shopping with Chris again! Great customer service, great patience, and overall, a great welcoming experience for a first--time customer!

Late November I purchased a reclining loveseat from Ashley Homestore in Kissimmee, FL. I paid $1,575 cash for delivery on December 1st. Delivery was delayed by several days, however, upon the delivery of our loveseat, I verified that the same Ashley Homestore had the same loveseat on sale for $1,324.13. I immediately contacted our customer representative to claim the difference. He acknowledged and had to discuss the reimbursement with his manager Abdul Hart, only to find that his manager declined to refund and that I'd have to call corporate for my claim. I called their corporate office and was told that the local store was to issue the refund for the difference in price and I had the right to my claim, per the statement right on the sale price. Ashley Homestore location in Kissimmee, FL management, Abdul Hart and Yohanna, have denied my claim to a reimbursement for their own pricing policy. Please find attached evidence.

I am very upset with how Ashley's furniture has handled my issue. My husband and I bought a couch from this store and realized they never installed a screw that holds up the back part above the center console. I spoke with customer service about this matter and sent them pics via email. I called a couple of times cause they never called back to touch base and finally got an appointment scheduled for someone to come and and fix the problem. A guy finally came out, and didn't bring the screw to fix the couch at all. He took pictures in which was something I already had done and sent them to them. He said he would touch base in a few days from the day he came out. Well a couple of weeks have passed and they never reached back out to me. So I called customer service to explain everything that had happen. The guy in customer service said if I want it fixed I have to drive all the way back to the store and place the order in person. I was very upset cause it has been a complete waste of time. They have just been giving me the run around! Everyone that was suppose to help me has not helped at all. We paid a lot of money for the couch to be missing an important screw!
So I recently financed a set of couches from Ashley home store in Stoney Creek. To start my experience with this company, my wife and I were followed around by a young sales associate as if we were criminals. She did not introduce herself or even say hello. She followed us to the sales desk and then stood around watching us as an older sales associate actually helped us. After we had everything sorted out, we waited roughly 2 months before having to reorder the couch set, which again took another 2 months before receiving the set. Upon receiving the set, the love seat had clearly been dropped prior to shipping. There is noticeable damage on the corner of the couch, the wooden frame had been broken/detached causing the back of the couch to collapse when touched, and there was a loud creaking sound on the left side. Ashley home store insisted they would fix and return the chair which is insulting, as I payed for brand new, but I'm being sent broken/refurbished garbage. So I sent it back to be fixed, however upon return the creak in the couch and the external damage are still there. Now I'm told to wait 48 hrs until they will address the issue. This is unacceptable customer service and I will not be doing business with this company again I will not recommend this to anyone and will be addressing the poor service I have received on all social media platforms. I suggest shopping at Leon's, or ikea at least you get what you pay for.

We purchased a couch and loveseat that was over $2000 from the Ashley home store. The couch recliner broke within a month. I called customer service and was told they had to order the replacement parts. I waited a month and no parts were ever delivered. I called back and was told there was no record of the parts ever being ordered at all. Once they were delivered I had to wait three additional weeks to be scheduled by the repair man. Then a month later the love seat recliner mechanism broke. The parts were ordered and delivered, I was again scheduled three weeks out for repair. When the repair date came I called as I had not been notified of a time just to find out that they overbooked and my repair date was rescheduled to two additional weeks out without ever being notified! If you want good quality and good customer service I would recommend another company!

I have a new reclining sofa from Ashley purchased on 7/6/2023. Not comfortable at all. The mechanism does not allow the footrest on my sofa to come up before the backrest starts going down. You can't sit upright with your feet up. After just a few weeks, the sofa seat has started to wrinkle & stretch and I only weigh 102 lbs. The warranty dept. said they will send out a couple of "parts" to replace. They still haven't called to schedule a time to come. But they did send the PARTS…two huge heavy boxes each weighing around 50 lbs. (1/2 my weight) which I'm sure are new complete seats. I had to drag them from my front porch (after FedEx delivered them) into my garage. They should have brought the PARTS themselves when coming for the repairs. They refuse to allow me to return it. It's hard as a rock and hurts my back and my husband's neck. Horrible! Don't be fooled by their sales. Cheap doesn't make it good. Spend a little more money somewhere else and get something that is good quality. I have to use a star but they don't deserve even a "1".
Tried to return and reselect a couch. No friggin luck. Amad something at the store ( sales Mgr) said he and store manager would contact a district Mgr. For exchange. DENIED! (TWICE). I see they have many complaints about some obscure district Mgr. Making these calls. Hello! Wonder why your reviews are in the toilet? Keep up the fine work. My alert, no shop messages have gone out to the American Legion, 4 pillars, department of veterans affairs, disabled american veterans( all in North San Diego area just to mention a few of All social media outlets that I contact and the many that my contacts share this crap. Good call Ashley. Could have been easily resolved with an ounce of customer service. Your business plan will shut your doors. Fire the idiots that cause u to fail! Aahley furniture, carle place have cheated us.We paid in full for sofa bed, 2 accent tables, 2 cushions, 2 chairs, delivery stated for 18th june. When the delivery came, only sofa bed & bed were delivered.the bed panel was broken & others bent.It took hours to contact the store manager who told us they were not in stock & the sales person Mike didnt work for the company anymore.We had a housewarming party with guests & were left stranded.It has been 24hrs, no refund or solution so far.We will take legal action. How can you charge for goods if you dont have them in stock.The invoice also clearly mentions a full refund if goods are not delivered on the date. They never informed us of incomplete delivery.The manager keeps calling to say he is trying but its clearly not working.We have no choice but to take legal action.We are cheated.The broken bed has to either be replaced or returned but Ashley are not answering

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. EVERYTHING IS CHEAPLY MADE JUNK. WE ORDERED LAST YEAR & IT TOOK OVER A YEAR FOR US TO RECEIVE OUT KING SIZE BEDROOM SET. THE WHOLE BED BASE KEEPS BREAKING AFTER BE REPAIRED. NOW MY BIG DRESSER DRAW WILL ON CLOSE! THE BANK WONT HELP EITHER.
