I would go into the details about my situation but there is a lot. To make this short...don't buy from this place. They are all smiles while they are taking your money but once an issue arises, they are no help. And the people in the store are very unprofessional.
During the conversation with Samuel, he laughed several times and when I asked to be transferred, he didn't realize that I could still hear him or didn't care and was like "I'm so sorry you have to deal with this" as he transferred the call. How unprofessional is that? And it's no point to even try to escalate because their Operations Manager Courtney is just as useless.
She actually canceled my order without even telling me or leaving notes as to why. The only reason I can think she canceled my order is because of the conversation I had with her about the damaged headboard I received on another order which she wouldn't even try to address.
Plain and simple...listen to al these BAD reviews about their BAD customer service, terrible management, delayed orders, receiving damaged products and the list goes on. Every one of these reviews is ABSOLUTELY TRUE so READ and LISTEN to every one! Go spend your money with another company that actually wants your loyalty and business not one like Ashley who simply wants your money and cares less if you come back.

Do not let your worst enemy shop there! From sales selling incorrect items, items that couldn't be attached and lying about financing or offer deals to the rude manager at the store not offering any sympathy for the repeated problems to the contracted out delivery company that was late, no shows, dropped the in wrapped furniture, sweat on it, shoved it through the door, damaged it and our property to the customer service departments who offered financial restitution for all the mess ups but then changed them to fit their needs and never sent us communication then denied us a full refund only partial, as we already received funds earlier, when an item couldn't be used brand new through no fault to us then back to delivery team or someone who harassed us daily 3 texts, 3 emails and 3 phone calls to pick up the item, which I ignored them all but they showed up anyway! After a BBB case and their refusal to refund an additional $113 and almost 3 months battling, we gave up and took the partial refund. Horrible company!

What a freaking joke you are... Bought a bedroom SET at Ashley in January... JANUARY I SAY! The bed is the only thing they delivered in a timely manner. We are STILL waiting on our dresser and nightstand. At first they told us it would be here in February, then March, then April, then today which is May 5th. NOW they are telling us May 22nd! Are you freaking kidding me? We will never, ever, ever shop at Trashley Furniture again! They have blamed this all on COVID and shipping delays, however we are calling BULL$#*! on that excuse. Nice try Trashley! I could have personally flown to China or wherever this crap comes from and shipped it back myself by now. They are not taking care of the customers. They only care about the sale. F*** Y**

I am advising EVERYONE TO FILE COMPLAINTS WITH THE BBB. Hopefully this will force them to being better merchants. This is too sad to be funny. I purchased 2 chairs in January 2021. Received chairs in April. Had issues from the beginning. I requested they come get there merchandise with 30days of delivery. They said if I keep the chairs they would give me a refund on thr damage chair. Today is December 15th, I have emailed begged, cried, belittled myself, to 3 managers. Who have stated the ball was dropped, it was there fought, there sorry. But still no refund. I have over 25 emails admitting fought, but still nothing. I told them in May since they did not uphold the agreement come get there merchandise. Today I have no refund and they will not come get there merchandise
The salesman we purchased from was great. The problems began after the purchase. Long story short they refuses to work with you about delivery.
My circumstances dictate that I am not home until noon so there is nobody to except delivery before then When I explained this to the distribution center, they said we can't commit to any time frame. They suggested I call the store where I purchased it or arrange to pick it up myself which isn't possible. I called the Nashua Hampshire store and the first person who answered the phone, Jay, happily told me that there is nothing we can do to help you. I asked for the managers name, and she couldn't even spell it and of course had no idea when the manager would be in. The second person got on the phone named Ashley who gave me the same speech about not being able to help me. Is this how Ashley does business? Once we spend our money, you don't care anymore?
Expressing my frustration to Ashley. She said " we're doing everything we can to help you" yet the only thing the two people I spoke with at the store were doing was telling me that there was nothing they could do! Is that what they consider helping? At that point I left a message for the manager to call me. A few minutes later "Ashley" called me back to say that she was going to contact the distribution warehouse manager to see if they could work something out
Which is the response I should've gotten in the first place. It's unreasonable that this company doesn't try at all to work with a customer on delivery.

I ordered my furniture since January had to cancrp some of it because after 5 months of placing the order NO FURNITURE and still waiting on some parts that came in broken. They are CHARGING me for something that I'm not using and now no one want to help me with any refunds, exchange or even giving me a used one. First time I went here and also last lesson learned.
DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL AFTER YOU SIGN PAPERS NO ONE, NO ONE WOULD HELP OR EVEN ANSWER YOUR CALLS.

I closed on my home in September of this year, excitedly went into Ashley furniture to furnish my ne home. Purchased a Living room set, Dinner table and King Bedroom Set... I was advised a delivery time of mid October. The sectional I selected was only waiting on one piece. Well here I am mid December and I have only received my bed one week ago, everything else mysteriously disappeared from their warehouse and I am now getting an estimated deliver date of sometime in February and that is not guaranteed. It is a waste of time calling the Customer service line or going into the store. The salesman does not return calls and when he see me coming he runs and hide. I am so disappointed in their service, i will never by anything else ever from this company again. Buyers be war. Everyone that i have spoken to personally about my experience with Ashley Homestore furniture laughs and share with me about their horror story as well. They will take your money and tell nothing but lies and you will wait almost a year to get your furniture. Run fast do not purchase from this Company do the research and read the reviews they are all true.
Unfortunately I wasn't able to give them no stars, I got all of the furniture I need for my new house from Ashley, the first thing I received was broken which the sofa, I got the fabric sofa so it is washable material, I got it in October 2022, in March 2023 I tried to wash the sitting cover and I found it ripped which is doesn't mean anything but that Ashley are using a low cheap quality. It is not the first time to have a fabric sofa and it is not the first time for me to wash it. I contacted the customer service since I have a manufacture coverage the first thing they said that this part is not covered, what does they cover then, they want to save money and use low quality materials then it is not covered, don't buy from them.

Then upon delivery (POOF) no extra furniture! POOF invoice is no longer in there system! NO RETURNS ONCE ITS DELIVERED.
I WAS CHARGED $3800. FOR A COUCH THATS $1800 ON LINE. ALSO THEY TRIED TO DELIVER A $1000. COUCH TO MY HOUSE.
AND THIS WAS THERE 50%-80% OFF SALE! SAME AS THERE FLYER IN THE MAIL BOX THIS WEEK!

So I am first going to start off by saying I have spent close to $5000 in this store. No problems… But luckily everything was perfect… We purchased a $270 bed frame online… It was delivered on a Tuesday, in early February while The husband was out of town… it was so very heavy, my youngest son helped me bring it inside. That Saturday the husband got home and we opened it up and it was "used". I called them about it and sent them pictures immediately …
I didn't hear anything so a week later... mind you this huge thing is still sitting halfway in the box in my front living room... they once again apologized and then come back to me saying I can't return it at all Because I was outside of that window of opportunity… I was like well we need to have it replaced… They had to do an investigation that took another several weeks and they finally came back and said that they would replace it… Supposed to be handled at the beginning of April…But here we are it is May 9,2021… Three months later… they still have not picked up the damaged product and they still have not replaced the damaged product!
If I could only charge them rent I would… I do not recommend Ashley furniture for anything… If they can be this petty over a $279 product I cannot even imagine if things would have gone awry with my other purchases… Never again.
Writing this post they just sent an email delaying delivery and pick up another week…

We bought furniture from Ashley furniture back in September. We waited till November for the two couches to arrive. When they arrived they were wrapped in plastic and the legs weren't on, so I had to put it together and take all the plastic off. Then our chair we ordered same time came in in January and it broke in ten minutes. At the same time I noticed I one couch the cushion didn't sit back against the back of couch. So we called customer service and they sent someone out to look at them, the couch had a broken board that nails were sticking out. They replaced the chair and a worker from Saw came and "fixed our couch". You can see the repair he did in the picture and the cushion still doesn't touch the back of our couch. Saw sent a second person out and he didn't have the right piece to fix it so they apparently wrote a report that repair was fine and customer just didn't like the way the cushion sat. When I finally talked to Ashley head quarters they told me all this and told me we broke it. First of all no one even barley sits over there and how can we break it in less then two months from the time we got it in November to the time they came in January. They are going to send Saw out again but I feel like we are going to be in same situation.

We ordered our bedframe July 17,2021. It's July 24,2022 now - MORE THAN A YEAR - since we paid for the item - and we still have not received the bed frame we bought. We were initially told that it will be delivered Aug 2021, but here we are, ONE YEAR LATER, still nothing.

Aunt and Uncle bought bar stools from Ashley in Springfield Mo. They gave salesman the size, height of stools that they needed. Salesman gave them the wrong size. We went to the store with Aunt to get exchange. They tell us call Customer service. So we did, they tell us that they have to send approval to Store manager, said it will take 24 to 48 hours.
Customer service has number you can text. So I tell them when it has been approved to contact me. They later said they can't approve the exchange. First excuse was they got the right stools, I sent pictures of the size that they gave the salesman.
Second excuse was he signed for it. I showed them pics of no signature.
The next day they give me the excuse that if it was the correct order they can't exchange. I again show them pics of size that they gave to salesman. Then they say we can send a request to store manager,then I tell them one was supposed to have been sent.
Then it was oh yes I see it was sent yesterday. It will be 24 to 48 hours.
What good store manager doesn't read their emails everyday. We are going to go talk to store manager in person. No faith in what they call customer service

I am absolutely disgusted at the product that Ashley Furniture sold to me. I ordered the Isanti dining table and bench in September of 2021. In June of 2022 powder post beetles started emerging from the leg of the table! I AM STILL SO DISGUSTED THAT ASHLEY FURNITURE INTRODUCED INSECTS INTO MY HOME! They clearly do not treat their materials properly. What is even worse is is that customer service claimed that neither the manufacturer's warranty nor the protection plan that I bought includes this type of issue. After battling with their customer service department, I was promised a new table leg nearly 2 weeks ago and they have been ignoring my calls and emails to get a status update. Our only option is to now dispute the transaction to our credit card company. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE!

I just paid $800 for a piece of junk that they won't let me return! I got a reclining sofa that 1. Was so small it only fit my two kids comfortably 2. You had to launch yourself backwards to actually recline and 3. THE LEGS WOULDNT STAY UP IN THE RECLINING POSITION! After calling them they basically told me that no returns/no exceptions BUT had I purchased IN the store that I might be able to return it?!?! Their customer service is beyond crap and their return policy is basically no policy. I should have listened to the reviews but I just thought it wasn't going to happen to me! This is your warning…..

I purchased a sofa and love seat on 2/6/2023, paid almost 3000 for a new furniture. We received a furniture on 3/4/2023, Saturday that we thought of a new one however the furniture was broken at the bottom part of it and we did not see the broken side of it as the delivery guy was standing in front of the broken part for a delivery paper signature. As soon as he left the door and entered his car, I waved my hand and he start driving his truck as he did that intentionally for sure. As soon as he left our door I took a picture and a video and sent it to the delivery company and Ashley and the manger I spoke with was very disrespectful and she was saying that It was my fault not inspecting it and will have to deal with it. I called again on Monday, both the delivery company and Ashley customer service and they requested an email with the picture on it, which I did and waited for a week and have not received even a call. I waited a gain for two weeks no response to emails or calls. I suggest to customers you should be careful from purchasing from this store; I believe this is equivalent to fraud or stealing!
Very unsatisfying we still have our broken furniture and no response or a single email or phone calls for 3 weeks or more!

I want to start by complimenting my salesman Ahmimi in San Antonio he was awesome spent time explaining everything and made sure I was happy. I ended up with 5 different orders and it will drive you insane trying to talk to a live person about your delivery they give you a number *******7930 and says to talk to someone about your order hit 1 then you get a recording that loops around over and over and says this order number has 1 fulfillment and can't ever talk to anyone. Then they delivered my stuff today on time but when delivery guys finished common sense you would think that they would ask you if everything is ok are you happy with the delivery. Well they forgot to install the handles on my king size bed frame that came with several handles. So I tried calling the store they give me that number that you will never get a live person. Then I opened a ticket online to turn the drivers around they had just left. I chatted with one agent who then transferred me to a second agent who then sends they will send message to delivery team agent which is 3rd agent and they have it contacted me back yet it's been a few hours now so I'm not happy there is more I should complain about but I will not
While attempting to order furniture for my mother who lives in a nursing home, Ashley gave me the constant run-around. The first order went through no issue, but I needed to change to assembled delivery. Not possible to change, have to cancel the entire order and start over. However, they may not cancel your entire order and ship parts of it anyway. Then tell you to order again. Great! Oops, now too many items are shipping. Call customer service - guess what, oops, we accidentally canceled your correction order, too! Oh, guess what, now you can't order any more because your billing and shipping addresses don't match. But they never matched, and they never had a problem placing the first two orders.
Called my local store, they were extremely helpful. My advice is NEVER ORDER ONLINE! Only issue with my local store is they can't help with the shipment out of state, so now I have to find a way to visit an Ashley store where my mom lives because they won't take my order over the phone because, guess what, I'm out of state.
My advice is to avoid ordering from Ashley Furniture unless you are very close to a local store. Buy their furniture from some other company, you'll have a much less stressful experience. I've spent at least 3 hours on this this week, with no furniture. Oops, never mind, I at least have a lamp and nightstand set from the order that was supposed to be canceled!
I 100% would never recommend Ashley furniture. My boyfriend and I went there to buy a bed set, we found the perfect one. Than our salesman took us to look at mattresses. He showed us the temperpurdic beds and we loved it. We ordered all the pieces (for a large amount of money)!… Day of delivery of the mattress: they bring the mattress and it doesn't have remote or anything so we are confused. When calling the store the salesman got $#*!ty with us and said that we refused the adjustable frame, when he never even told us about it… fast forward. We then get the dresser and night stands and fast forward, day of delivery for the bed frame: they gave us a 3 hour time frame and showed up 2 hours past that time, at which we were no longer home due to work. And they refused to wait 15 mins for me to get home. So we reschedule our delivery, take the day off from work and when they show up, they only have the footboard and side rails, but no Headboard. Now they're telling us 2 weeks before the headboard will be ready. Poor communication, terrible customer service!
