Buyers beware!Bought two end tables.One of the end table finish coming of scratches.Have a 5 year warranty.The end tables are not even 2 years old.There refused to replace it.Had to file a Better business report on them.Ashley furniture will give you the run around.They have an excuse for everything.There furniture is junk and won't Honor warranty.Do not buy from them.They will ripe you off.

They failing always.It comes 12 times to my home for delivery and 12 times with bed conditions all furnitures.

I have a junk loveseat in my living room that I am waiting for Ashley to get out of my house to exchang for a different one! I have not even got all of my living room furniture and I just got a bill for ALL OF IT TODAY! I will be cancelling EVERY BIT OF MY LIVING ROOM FURNITURE ORDER TOMORROW, PRONTO IN THE AM! ASHLEY FURNITURE IS TERRIBLE QUALITY, SEVICE IS TERRIBLE, AND THE COMPANY IS TERRIBLE TOO!

ASHLEY HAS THE WORST DRIVER AND THEY WONT EVEN TAKE RESPONSBILITIES FOR THE DAMAGE THEY MADE ON MY WALL, FLOOR AND DOOR. We just moved into our new home and these people were such in a hurry to deliver our couch. They scratched off the paint, scratched the floor and door. UNBELIEVABLY DISAPPOINTING!

I was a little disturbed, it shows a black guy at the dinner table with an Asian family then it goes on to say "you've been waiting all year for Black Friday " seems a little racist.

We saw a great deal on a couch in an ad. When we got to the store, the manager would not honor the ad, saying it was a mistake. We even found more copies of the ad in the front of the store.

Do NOT buy from Ashley's. They guarantee a date of delivery but keeps being pushed back so good luck on getting your furniture. 4 months and still waiting!

We were shopping for a new reclining sofa, so we went to Ashley Home Store. The salesman helping us showed us a few sofas, and my wife picked chose one she thought to be comfortable enough. We ended up paying over $2400. For the sofa, and had to wait a week to have it delivered. The day it was delivered, we found it to be VERY uncomfortable to both sit and recline in it. It had lumbar support, but that just made the back pain even worse.

We went back to the store the day it was delivered, and spoke to the salesman who sold it to us. We were told we would not only have to pay a 25% restock fee, but also have to pay $50 for the delivery guys to come back to the house to get it.

We received a call from the warehouse a few hours after it was delivered saying it would be 5 days for them to come back and get it. We don't live out of town... in fact we are in N. Medford (not far from the store).

The ONLY guarantee Ashley has is to NOT return all of your money if you're not completely satisfied.

So, to summarize... a week to deliver it, having to wait another 5 days for them to come and pick it up. Plus pay $500 in restock fees and another $50 to have it picked up to return it.

Stay away from Ashley Home Store if you don't want to lose money.

Ashley Furniture stole my money. They refuse to refund over $200 for a desk that came broken and returned on the truck the same day. I purchased the desk on June 3rd and cancelled the order a lil over a week later. It's been over 60 days and I still have not received a refund. 3 times now they have told me that "the request has been processed" with nothing to show for it. Everytime you call customer care you get someone different who "cannot see on their end" any prior transaction and speak to you as if you are lying. They placate you with a flat-toned "I'm sorry about that" - which I've heard are least 50 times today having to speak to 4 different people today alone - as NO ONE accepts any responsibility for the issue at hand. I've been lied to and redirected and lied to over and over again for the past two months. They just pass the buck and could care less if you get your issue solved. Ashley Furniture Customer Care is a joke! And the Anderson SC manager named Audrey is as well. She told me today that someone named Tiffany would contact me within the hour about expediting my refund. Never heard from Tiffany. So I call customer care and Keondra tells me Tiffany isn't even working today so she sends me to Sheretta (I think that's what she said) and Sheretta says that Tiffany doesn't even address customer care issues on the phone. Lies upon Lies. They are a scam!

On April 8,2021 my husband and I went to Ashley in search of a nice mattress ( I have been having back problems) I was helped and pretty soon I found what I was looking for I found it to be a bit out of my budget so the sales rep and her supervisor offer me $ 200.00 Ashley gift cards, and 6 months of payments to be refunded to me by a Visa CC in the amount of about $ 200.00 monthly payment was going to be $ 32.00 a month, they offered free pillows, mattress cover and I was happy so I say let's close this deal so the total amount was for $ 2,488.74 including sales taxes sales taxes were charged to my Visa CC to my surprise once I signed the contract, I was told that to forget about the $ 200.00 Ashley gift card because the total they had written the invoice for already included the $ 200.00 which was never communicated to me until after I sign the contract. I could not believe how unprofesional they are that tried to pull a wool over my eyes, so I ended up getting the $ 200.00 ashley gift cards. The delivery was scheduled for April 12th and everything was going fine until I got a phone call from their warehouse stating that they were not going to deliver the mattress because it was out of stock take in consideration we had already moved everything out of the way waiting for my new mattress and she told me to call the store if I wanted to cancel, well I did but I keep getting a call center needless to say I was never able to talk to the sales rep or her supervisor. I will never go back to this place.

We bought a Bed from Ashley. We found Head Board was damaged inside the packag. The Head Board and Foot Board were different models WITH MISSING PARTS. Upon contacting Ashley, we were told No Exchange or Return because of their terms and Conditions.

My wife and I bought a recliner from Ashley in Irmo, SC on October 31,2020. At that time they told us it would not deliver until December 19,2020. Ok we understand things are backed up because of the corona virus. Fast forward through several months of no contact, us having to call and ask about the Chair. It delivered to us on February 12,2021. Hooray!
On March 1st the Chair broke! Electronics will not work! What a piece of crap! They tell us after trying to get through their maze of customer care folks. I was #80 in line at one time my wife gets to talk with one of the people. They are gonna send a part within 10 DAYS! And then they will call us and tell us when a Technician can come out and fix it. THEY SUCK! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. They do not back up what they sell or back up what they tell you. Nobody can answer a question. We talked to an operations manager for this region. She said she could not access any work orders?! What? You are in charge of operations and do not have access to work orders?
You Can't Make this Stuff UP. I am warning you if you don't want to end up sitting on a recliner that doesn't recline-Stay away from ASHLEY!

Tip for consumers:
Ashley Furniture BEWARE. Service is non existent. Delivery times are long and they charge over $200 for delivery.

I wish I could give this store minus 100 zero stars. We purchased a couch in Feb 2022, didn't receive it until April. After 2 weeks the cushion fabric looked like it was worn out. One by one the fabric on all the cushions looked the same and my couch looks like it's 10 years old. Now after very minimal use of this couch the back cushion zipper broke & all the stuffing was coming out. I put in a claim for the $500 warrantee we were talked into buying and they DENIED the claim saying its "normal wear & tear". The couch is only 5 MONTHS old! I also put in a complaint to the store and the technician had me send several pictures. They then sent be a box of stuffing and a new back cover. The said to contact them if I need assistance with stuffing it. Here I am stuffing a cushion for a couch that I paid $3,000 for and is only 5 months old. The ottoman that came with in is sunken in. It all looks like a piece of junk furniture. I wish I paid attention to the reviews. I wasted my money and this piece of junk isn't going to last 2 years. Cheap Cheap Cheap furniture! Customer services is extremely rude.DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS JUNK!

My husband and I inquired about buying a couch on Sunday, and we decided to go with a different vendor. I kindly communicated with Ashley customer service that unfortunately I had a better financing deal and would not be purchasing the couch. Please let me reiterate my husband and I signed nothing. We authorized nothing. Today we found out that Ashley went ahead and charged our credit card over $4,200 and wanted to deliver a couch that I never ordered. I never signed for this purchase and I never ever ever authorized it. I have spent the whole day disputing these charges, and explaining my situation and what Ashley did to us. To add insult to injury, we left the store on Sunday emotionally upset because our dog had just passed away a week prior. The salesman gave his condolences, and told us to take our time deciding on the couch. So it amazes me that the next day they actually charged my credit card without my permission after telling me how sorry they were that my dog had passed. I highly suggest anyone in the market for furniture, stay as far away from this company as possible. I have still not been given an explanation as to how or why my credit card was charged without any type of authorization. It is a crime that this business is allowed to stay open; don't be their next victim. Their furnture is subpar at best and you don't want your credit card charged without your permission. They need to be held accountable as they certainly don't have the customers best interest in mind, but instead their Commission. STAY AWAY! Store in Middletown, NY. Manager was Austin.

I've been waiting for the railings and foot board for over a month. I finally get my railings and foot board, one of the gentlemen was being a little carless and instead of waiting for me to move my mattress he just pulls the box into the room and ends up scratching my wall. Then he sees me unpacking it so he says, " oh she's doing it so let her." Even though I'm just trying to help them after they carried the stuff up to the 3rd floor. They don't even bother to help me put it together even though I paid the fee to have them put the bed together. Then I had to mention that what if something is broken or missing for them to not leave. Only one of them stayed to check if anything is missing. Then I find out the tools and screws are missing. He tell me that I can call the furniture store to see if they have the screws or they can place an order for it. Now I find out that I have to wait 7- 10 business days until I get the screws and tools even though it was supposed to come with this. Great way to keep customers. I'll never order from here again nor suggest it to anyone.

Had I read reviews before I went and ordered I would've stayed far away from it. I ordered a living room set table and a mattress with foundations they kept messing up my delivery until 3 weeks later living room and table finally made it mattress and the foundations came after 6 wks only to have the wrong size of foundation their delivery guys messed up my bed frame I bought at living spaces and didn't wanna pay for the damages sent me a letter stating they weren't at fault cause the foundations didn't fit, when the delivery guys were trying to force it in they took that back to have another delivered in 2 wks foundations wrong again until this day no mattress or foundation going on 2 mths for something that was already paid for cash the sales person that made the sale after that he didn't wanna deal with the situation. The worst thing about it after you purchase after that your dealing with 3rd parties where there's no point of contact to report them and hold them accountable.
I highly suggest not to purchase from there the worst and most disappointing feeling and regret, I will never deal with them again!
And my credibility is accurate!

On 7/31/22 we purchased an Ashley memory foam bed. The first thing we noticed was that if you sit on the edge it would collapse. The first and only night we slept on the bed I slept next to the edge which I always do and I literally rolled right off the bed. Something I didn't even do as a child. We called Ashley the very next day to try and return it and they refused. The only hope we had was they were sending out a (bed Technician) haha. This is what he did. He put a string across from one side to the other and measured from the string to the mattress. And since it had the same measurements all the way across the string guess what. This proved there was nothing wrong with the mattress. It was hilarious to see this. They really believe this to be so? The Bed Technician never even sat on the bed. But the string was what determined it to have nothing wrong with it. I have a 15k credit with them and I am closing that account. I would never buy from them or recommend anyone else to buy from them. We just can not believe that they refuse to take it back. The bed was 1600 total and they would rather lose a customer that would potentially spend 15k over 1600. And they just did..

My wife and I bought over 5K in furniture from them and after we received the delivery their manufactury defects with the two tables and chairs. Both Sets have been delivered three times and they continue to have quality issues with the products being manufactured correctly. They say they will not refund your money. But some of the employees will say they can and yet corporate customer service will tell you NO, Crazy Right? They tell the customer that can not be hied accountable for manufacturing, but the customer has no authority over the manufactured. They also told me that they manufactured the product in one of the locations here in the US. I look at the tag on the bottom of the product and it is manufactured Vietnam, so they lied again. They promised to put new backs on on table set and never showed up to install, lied again. How can we in America allow this type of business to exist!. Still no resolution from them after 90 days. I felt violated and robbed the only item they were missing was a gun.

Tip for consumers:
Stay away from the Ashly Furniture Store Google site will not allow you to leave a review!!! They must have paid lots of money to them to stop this.

I bought a couch yesterday in West Jordan Utah. The salesman was great and easy to work with. However, when paying for the taxes and delivery fee (just over $400) the Manager pointed out that I was charged twice. The lady at the counter in charge of opening an account for me was told to refund it. I got home and by 9:00 pm that night I was called and told that she charged me again! At this point I was over charged by $800! I wasn't able to get to the store timely that night so I said I would go the following day. I showed up today and some gentleman was training the same girl and said he will refund it. After they submitted the refund I was notified it will take 3-5 business days to get back into my account. This was horrible customer service, the lady that overcharged me didn't even say a word, the gentleman couldn't even look up from the computer and nothing was offered for triple charging me at this point. I will not be going back to this store with the lack of customer service and regard for charging me that night over $1,200.

Worst place ever! We bought a $300 mattress pad along with a $1700 mattress. Well after about a week we noticed the bed felt like sleeping on rocks. I went to my Dr. in so much back pain and body aches, she gave me some pain relievers. We figured out it was the mattress pad it wasn't letting the bed breathe, because the bottom of it was rubber. Well my husband went to return it, first thing they said was there was nothing they could do. After a long conversation they gave him $200 in gift cards and talked him into buying another one and spent another $70.
When he brought it home I looked at it and told him no, it was the same rubber bottom just a different version of the last one. So unopened and unused we went to return it, the manager Julian at store #3 in Las Vegas Nv. Said nothing I can do. He proceeded to tell us that everything at Ashley's furniture is sold as is items. That makes all the warranties null and void.
They continue to offer gift cards, we didn't pay in gift cards so I don't want gift cards. Not to mention I don't want to continue giving them my business...

Waiting for a refund over a month and counting. Disgusted and done with Ashley. I DON'T AND WILL NEVER RECCOMEND ASHLEY TO ANYONE.
NO STARS. The item was never delivered. And still im waiting and waiting. IM INTENT WAS TO ORDER A DIFFERENT ITEM ONCE REFUND ISSUED BUT THSTS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. HAD TO DISPUTE CHARGE THROUGH CC COMPANY. AND STILL WAITING.

I purchased a moderately-priced bedroom set online. Overall, it's really nice for the price and I very much like it. The chest of drawers, however, was delivered to me damaged. It appears it was either dropped or the loose staple holding the shipping box to it was snagged on another object, causing the bottom corner (and of course it had to be the front...of course it did) to break and the veneer to become detatched. So I contacted Ashley and they said they would send a "technician" to "inspect/repair" it. They offered me July 4th, 5th or 6th. I didn't want the 4th because it's a holiday, so I chose the 6th. They scheduled it for the 4th anyway, and then they called me on the 4th (at around 7:15am this morning) to tell me the "technician" called off (which I don't actually blame the "technician" for...I mean it's the 4th of July and I asked for the 6th as offered). They said they rescheduled it for the 13th. Now I'm reading online a lot of horror stories with similar circumstances. All I could ask for is to just have the brand new item I purchased for several hundred dollars be delivered to me undamaged, and it's really looking like I'm getting ripped off at this point instead. I love the furniture and to me it's absolutely perfect except for the damage to the chest of drawers. This whole thing just seems bizarre to me.

I have been looking for a couch for a long time now. Ive done tons of research, and finally found something that I like that's on sale! Sounds good right? Nope. I signed into the Ashley furniture site to finalize the buy. So I'm on a 5' screen phone. The top third of the page is just search bar that restricts the view of the products and the bottom half of the page is a tab for financing. It continually pops up in front of the products, completely limiting my view of the products. I spent about 5 minutes trying to dismiss the tab. It wouldn't go away! So I tried on my 10' tablet. I had the same problem! So I guess I was so annoyed that I wrote a sort of terse email saying that their site was difficult to navigate, and that although I think that I finally found a piece that I liked, I couldn't see the darn thing due to the cluttered page. So I got an email back pretty quickly. The sales rep said that she had tried to call me and that they would be happy to help me check out. But that wasn't the issue. I just wanted to see the entire piece! Anyway (sorry about the book I just wrote lol) clearly no one actually read my email, as I told them I would be shopping on Wayfair. So I can't recommend this site. If you are interested in buying from Ashley, you should absolutely go into the store (which I hate).
