Buyers beware!Bought two end tables.One of the end table finish coming of scratches.Have a 5 year warranty.The end tables are not even 2 years old.There refused to replace it.Had to file a Better business report on them.Ashley furniture will give you the run around.They have an excuse for everything.There furniture is junk and won't Honor warranty.Do not buy from them.They will ripe you off.
I would warn anyone from purchasing from Ashley furniture. I was assured 12 weeks for delivery. I was scheduled 4 different times for"delivery" set aside my day and each time they cancelled delivery and said a piece was delayed. I was rescheduled the next month then it happened again, and again and again... Finally someone called me after about 5 months and said everything is in and will be delivered on a specific date. I set aside my day and once again. Not on delivery schedule and rescheduled... Still don't have my furniture. I will never do business with Ashley Furniture again regardless of the price. I would strongly advise anyone from doing business with them. It's worth paying more for good service.

Buyer beware! We just received replacement #3 for our table set we just paid $700 for. Chairs came fine, bench was fine, table has been damaged every.single.time. Customer service was horrible. The escalation lady we dealt with was awful, getting loud and ugly. Now we are stuck with a damaged table and they want us to carry it to donate it and show them the donation receipt before they refund the order. They will send FedEx, which took 2 weeks the first time before they picked it up. Meanwhile, we are stuck with a beat up table and short $700.

We spend over $5,000.00 on 3 pieces of furniture & it didn't last more than 3 months before it started to fall apart. Had them come fix it a few times now they refuse to fix anything with or without a warranty - even though we bough the warranty on all 3 pieces. They do not sand behind their products!

Highly disappointed with the product and services. Ordered sectional, sofa, queen bed, bedroom dresser, etc. In Apr 2023.
Below is what I have gone through.
I spent so many hours in calls, follow-ups, taking pictures and videos to be sent to customer care.
Finally disputed the transactions after no concrete results.
Will never deal with Ashley's furniture again.
1. Returned a sofa on the date of delivery, which was taken back by the delivery guys on the same day.
It's been 4 months and the amount has not been refunded yet. Raised a claim.
2. Sectional and another sofa is of very poor quality. They get loose very often and comes apart. Sometimes in front of guests which is very embarrassing. Called the technician multiple times and they fix it every time. However it's not sustainable and one cannot call the technician every 2 weeks practically. The wood and cloth are of very cheap quality
Absolutely zero customer service. Won't help to resolve any issues even with the extra warranty. Never buy their furniture.
New kitchen table came cracked. Chairs smell like formaldehyde and stunk up the entire house. We will be returning it all.

Ordered a couch over 200 days ago and still have not heard back, even after countless phone calls and emails. No company should treat their customers like this. It's clear the company is going down hill and isn't able to fulfill it's customers orders.
However, some of there products are actually pretty decent if they ever arrive. Needless to say this will be my last order I ever make with Ashley Homestore.

Avoid buying products from Ashley all together you might be waiting over 200 days for your product to arrive.

Customer service doesn't seem to know what's going on. I received various delivery dates. The delivery man was supposed to send pictures so I could get a paint touch up and he never did, No they don't want to do it because too much time has passed. How is that my fault? I've contacted them several times about this never getting any return contact back

4-6 weeks refund for cash purchases. Other stores manage refunds in 10 days. Misleading sales tactics, slow customer service, and will say anything for a sale. Now my 80 year old parents have to wait 2 months for the $500.
Daughter bought bedroom suit for new baby.Installers said they were missing screws to put up bed left everything in hallway.Daughter is 9 months pregnant. I gad to purchase screws at Home Depot and put it up.

Worst experience ever. So glad I didn't purchase my mattress and box spring from them. Bought those elsewhere due to the sales rep at the store was unprofessional and rude to say the least.

I recently purchased a new bed. Went to several stores. Ashley Home Furniture in North Branch I was assisted by Lee. I would highly recommend him for his professional manner and his product knowledge. He even followed up after the delivery to be sure that everything was okay. Lee provided what Customer Service should be.
Purchased a couch recently. It had a flaw. The driver told us that it was not right, took a photo and said that we would be contacted. No contact. We tried calling the store. No one responded to the call. In fact, we were disconnected two times. There warranty is worthless. The words on the website are just words. I will never purchase anything from Ashley again. I pray they will soon be out of business with such lousy service.
After only 2 months our $2600 couch is not only falling apart- its fabric has completely changed from soft to scratchy and pilled. The cushions look terrible now- they have completely lost their shape and don't sit right on the base.

I should have kept buying my things from American signature! Delivered a night stand with 2 legs instead of 4 terrible terrible terrible service! Problems with my bed and had to keep calling and actually go into the store to finally to get them to honor it and the warehouse customer service out right rude I will never purchase not a darn thing else from here not nothing! Terrible paid money for a delivery when all parts were not delivered I'm beyond upset don't waste your time I'm tearing up my card right after this review
We purchased a sectional from them and after six weeks we needed two cushions cleaned. I called eight times and left a message. Emailed them for nine months with no return of my email and my husband went to the store personally to talk to them. He was told they don't handle that and gave him the phone number we had been calling for weeks. Buy furniture at Ivan Smith. I never used their cleaning serving and they gave me a store credit to spend in their store equivalent to the cost of the warranty. Did Ashley offer any such to us? Of course not. Run from this store, there's better businesses out there.

I bought a 7 piece grey sectional from Ashley Furniture and was promised the chaise lounges would be on the left side looking at it. Of course, once it was delivered the chaise lounge is in the right side and blocks off my dining room. I called customer service numerous times, they said it was the reps fault in Fultondale AL location-she was new. So the manager reached out to me, said if I want to correct it, then it would be 20% of total cost plus delivery fee…really for your stores mess up?! Almost $1000 to correct something your rep placed in your system incorrectly.
We ordered (in person) bunkbeds; they said it would be 2 mos. Ok. We waited 2 mos and checked on status. By checking on status that's giving up after being on hold 45 mins. We tried the online chat. Absolutely ridiculous automated response, though someone did call a few hours later. Said order delayed at least another 4 weeks. We discussed whether we want to do business with such horrible service, have decided to cancel order. We're now on hold another 30 mins in addition to doing the ridiculous chat exercise. Beware. They should not stay in business with this type of service.

BUYER BEWARE! Post furniture purchase customer service is non-existent. I have been attempting to receive a refund due over $500.00. Corporate office is not reachable. Representatives hang up the phone after waiting hours to speak to someone. The store personnel is wonderful, however you will enter ZERO support once the deal is sealed.

I love their furniture. So I must be a masochist to keep ordering from them.I spent over 5k on March 3 for a couch set and it is now April 11 and no couches but they got their money when I bought them. I am told they will get to the store tomorrow but they cannot deliver them to my house for another week. If this company had competent competition they would get run out of business.
The rating for Ashley's customer service is a negative zero! I just spoke with a representative that was so rude and cutting me of through the entire conversation after waiting on hold for over 30 minutes. Your experience maybe great if you never need to call in, but if you do be prepared to speak with someone that doesn't care about your issues. I hope that this review doesn't fall on deaf hears and your staff starts monitoring the incoming customer calls.
They delivered my sectional after a 3 month wait and the delivery men ran out the door in seconds without allowing me to inspect. I called them immediately as there was a hole in the chaise cushion and many glue spots on another. The quality was nothing like what was in the showroom. They sent me an email and apologized and said I would get new covers sent right away but it has been a month and the store stopped answering the phone. Customer service is mia as well. I feel completely scammed for $3113

Inspect the items very carefully and do not sign anything before they leave or you will never get your product fixed. You can't get a refund either as there is next to no customer service.

I confirmed my delivery 3 times, responding to the texts, emails, and phone calls for a certain date. Apparently, they took it upon themselves to reschedule my delivery... a week after it's supposed to be delivered because I didn't confirm the 4th time. WTH? The first confirmation should be enough. I will never shop at Ashley again. I'm not happy with how they go about confirming delivery dates. Each text, phone call, and email was..."Please confirm by nn: nn PM today or your order will be rescheduled." Come on! I responded to every single email, phone call, and text confirming the delivery date. Such an awful customer experience!
