Buyers beware!Bought two end tables.One of the end table finish coming of scratches.Have a 5 year warranty.The end tables are not even 2 years old.There refused to replace it.Had to file a Better business report on them.Ashley furniture will give you the run around.They have an excuse for everything.There furniture is junk and won't Honor warranty.Do not buy from them.They will ripe you off.
I do NOT recommend doing business w/this company. First of all when you make a purchase (order your furniture) you have to pay in full. They have your money & you have nothing but problems. I ordered a sectional sofa & got a call indicating it was going to be delivered at around the same time it was promised. THEN comes the bad news. The inside pieces didn't pass inspection so I only got the end pieces. They said it would be around Feb 1 for the delivery of the other pieces. Again, they have my $ and I have nothing - not even a phone call indicating when the additional pieces would arrive. The salesperson who sells you the item may get commission but then she disappears - as in doesn't answer her phone or return calls. It's now been over 3 months & all I have is a couple of end pieces with no middles. I wish someone had warned me about this company so I'm hoping I can prevent you from having the same issues.

We purchased a leather sofa and love seat from Ashley that was delivered October 30,2022. The cost was $6,500.00 plus $500.00 for insurance. We noticed within the first few months terrible discoloration on all the couches only in the middle of each seat. On April 16,2023, 6 months after our purchase we sent pictures to show the horrible condition of our couches. The discoloration was only in the seat area. We were told this was normal wear and tear and there was nothing that could be done. The couches look horrific and they would do nothing. Their service is just as horrific. Don't waste your money on this companies products or honesty to service their customers.

Salesman Pierre Green was real nice until he got our money. He did not shake my hand and thank me for our business. He turned his back and walked off. Then when our furniture was scheduled for delivery it would be postponed. I picked up my 2 reclining chairs and had to help load them at warehouse. They have a terrible culture and I Will Never do business with them ever.
I received too many marketing emails after placing an order on www.ashleyfurniture.com! No matter how many times I have pressed unsubscribed, I still receive emails. Later, I called their customer service, and they asked me again for my email address. I asked them what the point of placing an unsubscribe button in the emails, and the agent pretended that she did not listen to anything and said goodbye.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never been so ignored in my life. Ordered dressers for my first home has been a nightmare. I did so much research before purchasing, however didn't end up on the correct side of review I guess! If I were to have known so many people had issues, I would have never bought. My main issue with Ashley furniture is the neglect that comes with them. I have spoken to 6 different people now, who just answer and hang up on you it's a no from me. Never again. I spent hours searching for a plan to get my order co. After 3 tries they said they would make a special trip to bring the slats. They did not show. I then spent 45 minutes on the phone with cut service. To be told they could not help me. Then I went to a retail location where I was and the manager called the manager of the location on summer ave in Memphis. He said he would call me at 4 pm. I have never heard anything from him. I have a bed I can not use
We recently purchased a couch from Ashley. If not for the Salesman, Ron, we would've probably moved onto a different store.
The customer service was rushed, irritable and treated us like "a number." That's when Ron came up to us and asked if we needed help. It was then, we knew we would be taken care of.
He was patient, helpful and even gave us his cell# in case we had questions or concerns after we left. If we need to purchase furniture in the future, we will go back to Ashley, as long as Ron still works there.

Ashley picked a return order from my home on June 12 and it's June 30 and yet the issue have not been resolved. I will never order with them again. I have been calling every day which is annoying with long wait times only for the line to hang up. Also, promise to call back once they get answer and never call back. Please stay away from Ashley no one seems to know how to help. I'm still waiting on my refund as of today.No still have not reached me concerning my issue. Ridiculous!

We bought a bench from local Ashley store in Frisco TX and got a delivery with bad smell and they faked my signature. We called them for return and found that they have the worst customer service that I have not met in decades. The agent agreed with us on the call that their business is going down to hell and refused to accept furniture returning. It seems to me that they would prefer any cash money to their future and reputation etc.

We walked into the Ashley Store in North Scottsdale and was immediately greeted by Laura Sharp(salesperson) She knew exactly what we were looking for and within 15 minutes the deal was made and we purchased our table and chairs. I ordered living room furniture and bedroom furniture. It needed to be delivered in 3 deliveries, no problem. I was told the TV stand I would have to assemble myself and it would come UPS/FedEx. Again, no problem. The delivery came for a coffee table and the delivery guy said, they did not pre-assemble the table and he could not complete it for me. He called the warehouse and she apologized saying they will send other table out to me ready to go. I took another day off and they arrived saying I it is a client assemble item. Why did they take it back then. I asked for a manager to be told non where available. Not sure what I paid all the delivery money for if they just leave a box of parts for me to put together. The customer service girl was rude and should really look for a new career as customer service is not her strong point.
Hello, First I will say it is good to go to Ashley Furniture. They have a wide variety of furniture. Secondly there sales teams are helpful but like anything else you need to put your buyer beware hat on. Be very specific with what you are getting. Especially when it comes to mattress sales.
However, when it comes to execution they really suck. There delivery teams are the absolute worst. You need to watch every move they make. They move very fast so stop them and tell them what to do. I would strongly suggest that the person who bought the items be there at delivery. They get paid for pickups. So they will leave you with stuff eve if it means coming back to pick it up. It is kind of like networking to make sure they always remain busy. These are not employees they are contractors with rented trucks.
Upon placing sectional in home my husband noticed it was damaged, tried contacting customer service a whole month & could not get an answer to when I could get a placement or an Technician out. The people who I spoke to was rude. If in the Houston area the North side location just go ahead and find you another store they are the worst ever and I will never purchase another piece of furniture from them again. The worst customer service ever!

Bought leather electric recliner couch. Worked for three months, both sides broke. We have been waiting 5 months for the repair. They would not extend the warranty to accommodate or return the couch. We are almost out of warranty. This purchase was very expensive and worthless. Will never buy from them again. If I could give less than one star, I would. Do not buy from this company
We bought a new king size bed online from
Ashley. They delivered open box items instead of new bed which we are trying to return from last 10 days. All customer service people say they will call in 48 hours to discuss and process the return. We made 5 calls and raised so many requests but they never called back to process the return request. Horrible customer service, will never from Ashley again.

I purchased a sectional and chair Aug 20, it was delivered about Nov 11 2020. After 6 month the pillows started fraying and I sewed the up. The fabric appears to be too loose. After 2 hours on the phone, they said I should have bought the warranty. I paid 1820. 00 for 3 pieces, that was enough. The fabric on sofa and chair looks like new yet but the pillows are terrible. Buyer beware or pay the extra 150 warranty. They sent new pillows at no charge. I quess it pays to ask for manager.
We purchased three pieces of furniture from Ashley Furniture. Two of them have had to be repaired twice. Getting to talk to a person is almost impossible and when you finally get someone they want to have another person call you back. You never get called back though. What a runaround. Even the techs complain about the system. Our tech person came to check out the furniture and was on hold for 30 minutes trying to call the main number which everyone have to use. Talk about inefficient. We will NEVER buy from Ashley or recommend them again.

We purchased a sofa that is of the worst quality. The foam did not hold up and fabric stretched and pilled looking years old after only months. Attempts for refund or replacement were denied. The company simply replaced the foam in 2 cushions only to be wore the same in a few months.
This is the poorest quality furniture, does not wear well with a warranty that leads you to believe different.
I would never trust Ashley Furniture again.

We purchased a signature electric couch made by Ashley. Within a month the seat started sagging, Both sides of the couch squeaked terribly when adjusting it with the electric controls. The store where we bought it brought us a new couch and the exact same thing happened. We paid almost $1500 for this couch and the quality was horrible. I would NOT recommend Ashley furniture!
Junk! Warranties are useless. I bought a sectional from Ashley Furniture and within 5 months a piece of plywood inside of the ottoman snapped in half. This sounds like the exact situation a structural warranty would cover. But they won't cover it because it sounds "accidental." It's not their fault that they used cheap wood that cannot withstand having feet put on it or being sat on. With only 5 months of use! I would never recommend a company that cannot stand by their products and honor their warranties.
Don't buy from this store if you need the product on time. We have been reschedule 4 times and still no mattress. Terrible service with the delivery. They won't give you any resolution on your missing product.

Customer service sucked in the past but now they've completely gone down the toilet. We're supposed to deliver 1/15/21 and now 6 weeks later they cant even tell us when we'll get it. I got an appointment to go in and look at a chair then get a $50 MasterCard for doing that. I did my part to come in and Craig signed me up on his laptop. I went in the store over 9 times over 2 months and never got an answer as to why I not received gift card. I called corporate many times also. Craig was very rude every time I went in and he finally banned me from store. He does not need to work with the public. You should not shop there. Rooms To Go down the street is much better furniture and they are a lot nicer and much more knowledgeable.

Ordered a jute rug and never received it. Called customer service and they claimed I did receive it at an entirely different address than my own. When I told the representative I didn't live at that location she said there was nothing she could do and I'd have to wait 5-10 business days for Ashley to call me back for a refund. Horrible customer service. I've never ordered from Ashley Furniture and never would again.
