Buyers beware!Bought two end tables.One of the end table finish coming of scratches.Have a 5 year warranty.The end tables are not even 2 years old.There refused to replace it.Had to file a Better business report on them.Ashley furniture will give you the run around.They have an excuse for everything.There furniture is junk and won't Honor warranty.Do not buy from them.They will ripe you off.
Very unprofessional the way they are handling delivery part. I was told that my furniture will arrive in February. Middle of February I contacted them and they told me it will be delivered third week of April. As we approached April of course I got new delivery date which is end of June. That is more than a six months from the purchase date. I would not be surprised that they move delivery date again. I would never buy anything again from Ashley no matter what.

Purchased the "Porter" bedroom set from our local Ashley's and was told by the Saleman 13-16 weeks for item to come in.
Ok. Fine. Called at 14 weeks to find out progress and was told it could take 18-24 weeks for product to come in.
Really hate that we were blatantly lied to just to make a sale. And the company really is holding you hostage because you have waited this long already and they know that you don't want to start all over again.
Truly bad business practices. But they don't really care.

We ordered a bed and base in september 2021 from Ashley furniture highland indiana. The bed was a 5000 dollar factory reject with a 7 degree slope a ridge and bowed side. It was unsleepable. The 2000 dollar base broke within three weeks. The sales rep lied and praised their 90 day return policy. It is actually less than 90 minutes.
Have fought for 6 months with customer service and still no resolution. Corporate says go to the store. Store says call corporate. They offer zero warrantee on anything. They just sell it. Once they have your money you are less than dirt.
The store manager and customer service have not doubted the salesman lied and they reward him with the commission. I have never seen a company that had such disregard for the customer.
Run don't walk away from this store. It has been one of the most horrid experiences of my 60 years.

We had a delivery date scheduled and confirmed, and booked flights to deal with delivery.
We were supposed to get a call to confirm the time the day before. We received no such call. When my husband called to follow up, they no longer had over delivery scheduled. No one could tell us why. No one in the "delivery department" was available. I continued to escalate my call with no resolution and the representative had the audacity to suggest it was our fault for booking the flights. All I was told was someone made a mistake on their end and there was nothing they could do. I don't know how companies like this stay in business. Unfair and deceptive business practices. Never buy furniture from Ashley.
What a nightmare of a store. The wife and I ordered dining room and living room furniture, and it took 5 months for delivery. This was post-pandemic, so we were understanding. The problem started when it finally was delivered, some of it was either damaged or didn't function. So we contacted Ashley, and they said they were going to order replacement parts and send out a "technician" to make the repairs. 4 months later, the parts came in. The technician came over to make the repairs, but his repair did not fix the problem. So, I contacted Ashley for an exchange or refund and was told that this was impossible, that they do not accept exchanges or give refunds, and that I would have to try again to have it repaired. IF you do go to this sorry excuse for a furniture store, make sure you get the protection plan! But I advise you to steer clear of this place altogether.
I bought a Purple Mattress from Ashley Online less than 30 days ago, in this time my back is killing me and the side of the bed is broken down already. In 30 days this should not be happening. I reached out for a refund/return and I am told there is no refund once the product is opened and used. This is not a way to treat your customers and to have faulty products. I have been told multiple times they will not help me. So now I am stuck with a $1200 Mattress that is a POS. I am never gonna purchase from Ashley again and I am blowing up negative reviews everywhere. Their customer service is BS!
My 70+-year-old parents went into the store to buy an entertainment center. They were instructed to purchase it online and get the "No Hassle Delivery + Assembly". The product arrived via 3rd-party shipping without any type of assembly, while still charging $74.99. Their paperwork even shows that they opted into the "No Hassle Delivery + Assembly". Now they say that there is nothing they can do because the product was purchased online! What a scam...They were never told that they would have to assemble it themselves; they paid not to. Ridiculous!
While we are all challenged by the supply chain issues as of late, it is incomprehensible to me to have to wait for your product only to be told at the end of the wait that they aren't going to fulfill it because somewhere along the line it was discontinued. Had I not called to find out what was going on, I likely would not have even known that - no effort to mitigate or to find from another Ashley the product - just nope sorry - terrible company to do business with regardless of the situation - will never shop here again

Ashley was to deliver this past Friday and didn't. Then Saturday and you guessed it - didn't. I called this morning to verify delivery for tomorrow/Wednesday and was assured everything was in order and delivery would take place. Later today, I received a phone call from Jillian, who claimed to be a manager and was was quite curt and rude, who asked if I wanted delivery on Thursday, Friday or Saturday. It's hard for me to fathom that a company of this size could be so bad at logistics and plainly incompetent. I've purchased more than $15K at Ashley in the past 2 months. No more.
I bought a dining room set in late 2021. I noticed immediately how poor quality the table and chairs were. I thought moderate price would equal moderate quality. Instead I got particleboard and one coat finish that made the table top look worn within a month. One of the chairs was knocked over during an emergency and it literally shattered. I will NEVER purchase from Ashley Furniture again and I warn off all my friends and family.

I was in the process of purchasing furniture from Ashley's but canceled my order. I was told different delivery dates from having to go to the store each time due to zero communication. Finally, after approx. 5 mos., the delivery people texted us to notify of delivery and canceled twice. Both days my husband took the days off without pay to wait for the furniture, meanwhile we took out our old furniture (luckily we didn't toss it) and it got soaking wet! After no delivery, we just canceled. I bought furniture here in the past and never had this kind of issue. In attempt to reach out to the store all I got was a corporate number and hang up calls after cold transfers. I will NEVER again purchase from this store. Luckily, I was at least able to get my delivery fee I paid back.

Just needed to change an address on the delivery. Spoke with 8 differen people from delivery to customer serve online for my delivery items and each person says it is the other departments job. I can't find a representative at this point who can change the address. Very disappointing. I will never purchase again from ashley furniture due to poor customer service.
Order furniture on Oct 16 waited for delivery it was poor. Felt rushed and pushed. The after calling to put in a complaint. 6 WEEKS later I call and nothing was done. Also found out the table I order was sitting in there warehouse for 5 weeks without them letting me know it was in. And I paid for delivery. Worsed experience with buying anything. Also the furniture is poorly made.

After adding items to our cart and submitting all addresses and credit card info, the prices increased dramatically right before we hit the PLACE ORDER button, AND they tried to add an unwanted protection plan, which they claim is automatic. When I questioned this misrepresentation via chat, they advised that prices are increased based on the area. They ended the chat before we were done discussing, effectively ending any chance of us making any purchases from them ever. Talk about fraudulent business practices. Who does this?

No delivery confirmed. There is no customer orientation. You have to pay a large percentage if you want to return the terrible furniture. In the store, the consultants do not show the actual size of the sofas and as a result bring a much smaller size.They also try to cheat with the price, they constantly change the price and you have to pay more.
Bought a bed and 3 days later i rolled out of the bed and that $#*! snapped… took about 3 months to get the replacement…. To only break again in the same spot…. And they wont give me a return on this faulty $#*! bed… honestly its infuriating

Received a letter ONE YEAR after paying them and said they never received payment. Now they say my CC was expired, it was not. I did not finance, paid in full and have a receipt for it.
I even had a damage claim on my dresser and they have no records of that either.

Do not order merchandise online. It's a night mare to return. The worst customer service! You can't get anyone to speak to you. I ordered a desk online and the color did not match properly. I'm trying to return and their policy is insane. They want you to pay for shipping and then they will supposedly reimburse you. I NEVER BUY FURNITURE from them again.
Terrible Customer service! They never have a direct line to help and must email the service department to call you back. I purchased a table and chairs and within 7 months of purchase, the top middle lifted for no reason, they said it was my fault and did not cover or offer any repair.
It took 3 weeks for a technician to come out to look at it. The technician said he could tell I didn't do anything but he wasn't able to repair it as it didn't have screws in that part.
Customer service finally called me backend told me it was my fault and I spilled something on it and it wasn't a manufactured defeat, which is NOT true at all. We barely even ate on it and used place mats when we did.
I will never purchase anything from there again!

I have recorded all of my calls and did screenshot my chat with them and I will try to get this viral so it doesn't happened to anyone else.

I ordered a pull out couch and was told it would be 6 weeks before arrival. The couch arrived 6 months later. Within 2 months this poorly made product was broken and stuck open in my living room. The costumer service I received was horrible. I was told basically to suck it up and it would take 2-4 wks for a tech to come over to assess. Knowing at this time the couch was stuck half open and closed in my living room making it complete I functional. The tech that came hardly touched it and stated yep that's really broken. Left in the same situation, the tech advised the couch be replaced. Head off called me to tell me they would only be replacing it the part and that it would be another 3 weeks before the part even arrives to the warehouse.
BUYERS BEWARE. Terrible cheap product and bottom of the barrel costumer service. Do not waste your money on Ashley Furniture.
