AM is still #1 affair site. Huge database of members, very well established brand. There are few cons though: - High price - Recent security breach - You have to pay to have your personal data vanished However, I still regularly use it (and if you know how to treat housewives, you'll get to the 4th base), but to double, or even triple up my chances, I use another great affair website recommended by lots of other guys here: Nostringsaffair.com. Happy hunting!
I was contacted by 10 women using Ashley Madison and all 10 were "romance scammers". Some waited 5 minutes to start asking for money some waited a few days but they all were scammers. The site is not worth your time or bucks!
All they do is send fake messages to you which are blurred out so you join up to read them. Then they send you daily emails with pictures of people way outside your search parameters, anything to get you to sign up (for money). Then they want your credit card number to join (instead of PayPal). Way harder to cancel recurring charges on a credit card than with PayPal. Stay away from this site.
When I started about 2 years ago. I gave it a 75 percent and now it is 20 percent. Too many fakes scammers and hackers. Many people are not located where they claim or bots. When you complain there is a problem with their system repeatedly!
I have been in AM for a month now and all i get are requests from scammers. Like today someone contacted me and sent me her email. Turnout it did not work. When I ask her why it was not working she ask me for my e-mail. This kind of attack is very common, you give then your email and the you will receive an email from them with an attachment with pictures. Once you click on the attachment they can download ransomware and bang they own your computer and you have to pay to get your access back. Be careful guys, these individual target lonely men...
Charged credit card after closed account. Most of the women I met were prostitutes, shanks and a few gold diggers. Waste of time. If you use them, cancel the credit card you used to prevent them billing it for services not asked for!
I am a married man looking for some excitement. I decided to create a profile using true facts about myself, nothing dirty Nd no dirty pictures. After hearing about the hack of AM information last August I decided to pay for credots on the site by exchanging a major retailers gift card. This method of payment buys you less credits then if you used your personal credit card but there is no personal information stored in AM data base. Most of the profiles are not real, the replies that you do get only want you to use your credits then you never hear back from the person. I only spent $100 which got me 230 credits but my advise to all the married guys looking to fool around is to save your money, AM is a scam.
Anytime you write something in your profile their bots or stooges come along and erase it. They want you to pay for messages that may or may not even be from real people. They probably have fake accounts with fake people trigging messages just to get people to purchase "credits", holding them hostage until you pay, taking advantage of those lonely and looking for companionship. Hopefully they will change their ways or just go out of business for they are doing no one any good.
Tip for consumers:
You are not able to write anything you want on your own profile, they will remove it with bots or a perhaps a person that skims and snips without regard.
I've used many casual, swinger, and affair websites and in my opinion there are only two sites which are worth joining: AM and Saphrina.
I understand many people complaining about fake profiles and stuff like that, but AM is still one of the best.
I used AM for 5 years and had a good experience until they "updated" the site. It's now largely unusable and I canceled my account. The ever increasing fees for credits didn't help either. Try anything else!
As a married man I only have certain opportunities to hookup with a sidedish. Even though I have had some good chats, ive not had enough replies from women to be able to find a date/ time to meet up. Its a bit frustrating as this site is meant to be the best, but so far Id say it falls short of the other one ive tried which was called nostringsaffair.com. Its encouraging that there are real women on the site of course, but Id just like more so that I could meet a women at short notice, as its hard to make plans in advance when you have a family and so its best to flexible and be able to take advantage of the opportunities that come along eg wife decides on a whim to take kids to the mother in laws for an evening or something like that, then just jumping online and getting someone to play away from home with would be ideal in these situations. So more women would mean more chance to do that.
Huge scam, spent over $180, and it was all BOTS, never ever talked to a single woman. And would try and keep you chatting just to get more money. Also, they never wanted to email, Skype or KIK because it meant no revenue. Stay away!
After you have tried the singles sites like I have something smacks u in the face! Heh wait a second y no response? Simple the site owners are brilliant! They will never tell u when the last time the person u r looking at logged on to their site! That's it simple u pay credits to message then no response. They make money u spent money no response the may have gotten married or stopped looking but they and the rest do this they can all go to hell! Z next utube video calling them out!
If I could give zero stars I would. Don't waste your money. It will cost you 9 credits to send a message. At 45 cents per credit for their lowest cost package it would be worth it if you knew you messaging a real person but there are so many fake profiles. They have no intention of verifying any profiles because they make most of their money from you messaging fake profiles. It's a sham. You are better off spending your money on sites that verify profiles or sites that don't charge you to send a message. I have messaged them and they have no intention of refunding any money you spend on fakes. It's a sham.
If you enjoy fake profiles and messages, and paying for them, join AM. If you want a vendor which will charge your card over a year after you have signed off because they were crooked, join AM. I have blocked AM with PayPal, and AMEX, for over a year, and am still having to dispute charges
That reoccur. Don't worry about speaking to an AM representative, that won't happen. My profile is still on AM... can't take it off. No wonder they say they are the largest site! And as far as meeting someone off AM, well, free beer tomorrow...
Tip for consumers:
Go elsewhere.
AshleyMadison.com is one of the very best sites you will find. But it has some issues: To be honest, it is really a very slow and of course expensive process to hook up. As I experienced you will achieve faster results on some other sites, like Saphrina.com and some AFF sites.
After all, I have been lucky on Ashley Madison as well! But again: It takes patience and some cash.
My issue is that I was trying it out and browsing around. I couldn't get on a lot, for obvious reasons. Then I got on one day and had all these messages from men saying, "Nice pics" The site had sent numerous access keys for my private showcase to random men. I had only added two private pics at this point, not sent the first one. It was at least 20 guys who got pics of me that I NEVER intended to send out. Has anyone else experienced this?
I went through my initial membership fees so fast it felt like a robbery. The only women who responded were obviously shills to get me to pay money so I could send more messages to bots? I guess.
Total fraud, sorry I didn't read the reviews here first.
All you stupid religious $#*!s judging everyone. You are the stupidest people. Have you ever even thought about the $#*!ed words that exit your mouth. "Burn in hell?" Someone told you this bull$#*! when you were a kid and you have been too short-sighted and $#*!ed to ever question such a ridiculous notion.
I have been with Ashley Madison for quite some time now.
I have met not one woman yet.
Plenty of conversations that go absolutely nowhere.
This site is so riddled with fake profiles it's not even funny.
So many Fake profiles it's ridiculous I would never join this site again.
Be careful gentleman
I paid for 100 credits which I never got. Ashley Madison steals money and doesn't give you credits..
Tip for consumers:
Don’t use it…
I have spent almost $200 on Ashley Madison over the last 2 years. Most of the women profiles are fakes. Ashley Madison will even send you emails to contact the fake profiles. This site is a scam, if I were you, I would look elsewhere.
Tip for consumers:
It’s a scam, look elsewhere
I've been using Ashley Madison for a while and let me tell you I haven't started sleeping with woman until I started using this website. I don't know what it is but the woman are way more open minded on here! My recommendation is to try it out I'm 57 years old and weight 210 so if they are willing to meet up with me I'm sure they will meet up with anyone. http://bit.ly/AshleyMadisonPage
I have been on the site a short time. So far, nothing but disappointment. First girl I contacted on profile said she lived in same city as me. Wrong, she lives in Rusdia, scammer alert!
Second girl was interested in me to promote a cam site and third girl said she wants 500 dollars to meet for sex. Expensive to start as well, expect to pay almost 70 bucks to get credits and fee, will use my credits, move on and keep searching for legit site!
I've always had much better luck with sites like Ashley-Madison and Saphrina than with Craigslist. Never even had a single hookup from Craigslist. Dating-Apps annoy me but I use them once in a while. But they are not good enoughif you are a married man looking for like-minded women. In my honest opinion: Stick to affair websites! Even if they are flooded with Fake-Profiles you will still find someone if you stick to women of a similar age.
Ashley Madison is MOSTLY FAKE SITE. If you are a man don't waste your money! Real women like me are trying to connect with you but we get blocked by the company so they are just taking your money! They block my account everytime a guy sends me their info. If you are a man don't waste your money! Real women like me are trying to connect with you but we get blocked by the company to waste time and just take your money! They have blocked me like five times since I've been on there bcz guys send me their info. I have gotten like four emails saying my account is reinstated but I still can not get into my account. I think they do it on purpose to buy time so the guy pursues another person... I get so many men saying hello but if I'm blocked they just wasted their credits. Bull$#*! website. DONT EVEN TRY.
Tip for consumers:
DON’T...total rip off for guys. They block real users so the guy keeps spending. MONEY TRAP for sure.
It took me a while and I had to send hundreds of messages to various women, but it paid off! I had some doubts at some point and I registered on another affair site - nostringsaffair.com to compare the results (and I have to say it performed really good too). But now when I had a date with a nice looking lady I met on AM, all my doubts are gone!
